order was billed and shipped to the same address and included a phone number and email address.Our records indicate the items were delivered 9-17-2015 at 10:51 AM.Typically fraud orders will have a different ship to address and minimal information is usually provided.Unfortunately fraud has become a part of doing business so we work to help customers as well as our company resolve these matters.We use the guidelines provided by the Federal Trade Commission Protection Agency and the fraud package that was mailed to MS. The complaint states having made a $10.00 payment by check and when the payment was entered it was keyed for $70.00 instead of $10.00.After checking with the credit dept. come to his email address and at that point he can print off the label and take it to the post office with no charges for the return.As soon as the item arrives back at Stoneberry we will issue a full refund including shipping charges.
