Thanks for your message and I hope this response finds you well. Our QuoteWizard Support contact information is located in the upper right hand corner of your account. I'm sorry if you had any issues reaching the Sales Representative, but after the account is set up, they are unable to assist you with the account and you would need to speak with our Support Staff for any questions or assistance.
Unfortunately, I was not part of your initial conversation with the Sales representative. I'm sorry if you feel mislead, but the only thing that I have to go off of is the Contract that you signed.
Again, before we can discuss any possibility of a partial refund, we would need documentation that the chargeback you put in place has been stopped. Our hands are tied until we receive that documentation. If the chargeback can not be stopped, we will have to wait until the chargeback process is completed before we can discuss the possibility of a partial refund. With the chargeback that you initiated, we have to file a case with a third-party to approve or deny the charge. Until they have settled on the status of the charge, we can not issue any form of refund.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I would also like to add that I understand the confusion that the company of Quote Wizard has had in response to my complaint.  As I had stated in my original complaint with the Revdex.com, I also could not find a name for the company that was making the calls.  After selecting the first automated option on the call with the problem company, my call was directed to Qoute Wizard and that was the only company name that I could find using all of the options in the automated computer system of the problem caller.I am very glad that they looked into it as well and am sad that a telemarketing company has used their name to sell their product.  I would also like to add that on another call made by the problem company I was finally able to speak to a human.  I could not find a way to add this information to my original complaint so I will add it now.  I got the name of a woman claiming to be a supervisor for the telemarketing firm, Ashley C[redacted].  She would not give me the name of the company that she works for however and when I informed her that my phone number has been registered on the "Do Not Call" list since 2010 and that her company would be reported to the FTC for a violation of terms she made an expletive comment and then hung up on me.I have only received five more of the automated calls since.  But the number of 603-389-2023 is still active and making calls.  Thank you so much for your time looking into this matter.  I truly appreciate it and hope that the additional information might be of some help.Sincerely, [redacted]

Someone made a request using your information to get an insurance quote online. We don't collect social security numbers on any of our forms. I've gone ahead and had your information removed from our system so that if anyone ever inputs again, we won't send it out. The information would have only gone out to up to 4 insurance agents so if you ask them not to call again, then they will not call you.

I am currently seeking an attorney.
The initial deposit has been refunded to customers with complaints on this site that have far less severe issues than myself. Not sure why I am being singled out.
I have also forward this to my state's attorney general office. Georgia has specific laws against malfunction products and services like Quote Wizard's leads.  I also have proof of other customers that have experienced similar problems with Quote Wizard. Not sure where you are getting your so-called "facts" from.
 
I did TRY to resolve the matter by calling Quote Wizard customer service on more than one occasion even changing lead types. My efforts are exhausted at this point. I just want what is right which is my money refunded for a product that does not work for me. 
 
Do you think it is good business to go back and forth with a customer on a public site?

I am rejecting this response because:The reply from the company is false and misleading. Their sales representative was aware that I did not agree to automatic deductions from my card. Second, I did Not request credits for every lead, I only requested credits to the false leads they sent our office. I had requested that we do a conference call and dial their leads together that they were rejecting for credit, Quotewizard declined, and that proves that they are sending fake recycled leads. They should be ashamed of themselves for misrepresenting the way the do business, and mislead agents to sign up with them. Know I know why they lost the State Farm corporate contract. I will never do business with such unethical dishonest company or such people who are representing it.

point you to the correct company, but I don't know who that would be. I tried searching that number as well to help point you in the right direction, but I was not able to come up with the business it was affiliated with. Also, we don't use numbers beginning with 844 at any of our call centers, we only use 866 numbers.

P.D,When I spoke with Quote Wizard I was not given the option to return me the money. For this reason I did not ask for a refund for my least.      As reference one of the leads was "[redacted]".

I'm glad we're having this dialogue, too.  It seems that a public complaint is the only way to get a reliable response from you and your company.
Unfortunately, I don't have recordings of your service agents telling me that you operate multiple websites, which is what I was told when I complained that leads had never heard of your organization.  I had the impression that I wouldn't be in a situation needing to point to a misstatement in your sales and marketing. 
While you may claim not to hide the fact that you use vendors, all of the advertising material on your website shows consumers using your website, going through your process, and saying nowhere that you purchase leads from outside sources.  You may be stepping around specifics, but you very clearly paint a picture of doing your work in-house.  Furthermore, you personally told me over the phone that you do telemarketing.  All of your advertising material says that you generate internet leads.
I understand that your company faces costs, and I am willing to offer a compromise.  We will accept a refund of the entire amount, minus the cost of the three good leads ($46) and one dollar for each other lead, including those that were credited back to us (which should be about $90), for a total refund of $864.  That is the price we expect to pay for cold leads, and I think this offer is more than fair.

Typically, we expect to see 20-25% of the leads returned as disconnected phone numbers, wrong numbers,...

or the person states that they did not make the request for whatever reason. Currently, your account is at a 33% credit rate. It's a little higher than what we normally anticipate, but not too far outside of what we expect to see. I would bet that once you receive more leads this month, your credit rate for the month will end somewhere in the 25% area.What's your follow up process like? We recommend making a call out to the consumer as soon as possible. You should do follow up emails and some agents do texts as well. I noticed that the leads are being sent to a Yahoo email account. Is this the email account you are using to email consumers who are interested in insurance quotes? You may find that you have more success email consumers from an email account that's customized to your business. That said, we can always make adjustments to improve your experience. A lot of agents report that by removing areas with lower income or elderly residents, they see an increase in quality. Is that an adjustment that you'd be willing to try out? Please call our Client Services Dept. at 866-224-2194 if you'd like to make this adjustment.Additionally, if our lead product is not working for you, we also offer a calls product. This would be a warm transfer of a consumer who is interested in receiving an auto quote. If you are interested in switching to calls, please call us at 866-224-2194.When you set up the account, you signed a contract agreeing to a $350.00 non-refundable deposit. A copy of that contract has been attached to this response. Once your initial non-refundable deposit is exhausted, we'll reach out to you to see how you'd like to proceed. If you do decide to switch to our calls product, we do not have a way of stopping the automatic recharge on that product.
