I stumbled upon QVC and thought to myself, well I've heard about this company and their prices are very competitiveSo I decided to give them a tryThat's where I went wrongI attempted to place an order and I had the correct amount in the bank for the orderI hit submit and it advised that my credit card declined, however, it still took the money out of my accountThe next day the funds were still not back in there, so I chatted with an agent with QVC and she advised the order did not go through so she would help me place an orderThe agent then took the item number and added it to the cartI advised on the credit card issue and she said that the funds were released due to the declineShe then told me what the shipping time frame was, I advised that I wanted expedited shippingShe then said ok and what I thought was she placed the orderHowever, what happened is she placed the order before telling me or even asking me what shipping method I wanted, then when I changed it she recharged me for the new amountCount that, that is different charges and I wasn't informed of thisI called the bank to confirm the charge was taken for the order and I was overdrawn $Please keep in mind I had $in the bank and my charge was only for $So why was I overdrawnOh yes, it's because the agent double tapped my damn cardThis all took place on 7/2/Also, my check was deposited this day and it took money out of my check to compensate for the overdrawThe agent then said I would receive my product with the expedited shipping I paid for on 7/3/I called back on 7/3/as I seen online that it was still in process and was told that it hasn't shipped but would be shipping soon and I would receive on Monday 7/6/Here it is Monday and I call back and am told that it hasn't shipped yet and I will need to call back tomorrow for an updateThis is after I asked if I could be contacted instead of having to keep contacting themI was advised that is not a possibility and I will have to call backSo at this point, I am short at my bank due to this companies negligence as well I do not have the product and it was for my anniversary which is tomorrowI would have never continued my order through this company if one of their agents wouldn't of advised me that I would have the product before my anniversarySo what do I have to show for it, nothing! I have no money in the bank and no productIt was definitely a lose lose situation with this companyI do not recommend it to anyone

presented as having US tech support and a lifetime of technical support for the life of the computers.Our customer recently experienced a problem with a computer this program was installed on and called *** for assistanceThe call was taken in ***, Italy, Our customer was advised she would have to purchase their support package in order to speak with someone, Our customer then contacted QVC and again was provided the phone number to contact *** for assistance, this time reaching the PhilippinesAfter some time working through e-mail, our customer was finally able to have a working computer againOur customer stated she feels there were promises made in regards to this product, She expected to be assisted by US tech supportShe has not received the customer/technical support she expectedCustomer almost lost years of information stored on her computer and feels the presentation was misleadingQVC confirmed our customer purchased this product under Order *** ***, QVC Item ***This product is an anti-virus protection and has scven applications which can be used for seven uses or seven different computers to prevent virusesReviewing the issue, there were two phone numbers which our customers are reserred so sor assistanceThe first number is for PC Treasures Premier, they would be able to assist with instillation and obtaining missing serial numbers for the productThis service is US supported, The 2nd phone number *** is not US supportedThey are the technical support for ***Our customer should not have been asked to purchase a support package in order to receive any assistanceWe are also unaware of calls being taken in ***, Italy for this companyIf our customer would like to provide the phone number she called to reach this location we would be happy to research this furtherQVC will also be happy to reach out to the vendor of this product if she needs additional assistance.Our customer can reach me directly Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm Eastern at ***, Ext ***.QVC appreciates the opportunity to respond to this complaint in an attempt to respond to our customer's concerns,Sincerely,Dolores D

I am rejecting this response because: I was told by a QVC employee, actually two different ones, that this was turned over to a collection agency and I know that those are reported to the credit agencies. I am in the process of purchasing a home and do not need this popping up. I was told by two employees that it was reported. What do I do now and how do I know it isn't on my credit report

I purchased an area rug in March of and selected the "easy payments" option I received a bill for the first installment and it was promptly paid However, I did not receive any further bills for payments through 4; and quite frankly, I forgot about the balance because I did not receive any further statements On June 1, 2016, I received a letter saying I had a past due balance and to pay immediately to avoid having my shopping privileges revoked and to avoid a collection agency (I haven't ordered from QVC in many years) I immediately contacted the company and asked why I haven't received any bills for my easy payments The woman in customer service said "it isn't our policy to send bills" I explained that I order from other shopping networks on their easy pay plans, and I ALWAYS receive a bill every month I use credit cards all the time, and this is the first time a company hasn't sent me a bill when a payment is due I think this is a ridiculous way to do business and this "no bill" policy does nothing but put one's credit in jeopardy I pride myself in having an outstanding credit score and pay all my bills well before the due date That is, for companies who have the courtesy to send bills in the mail when a payment is due or at least an email reminder Am I supposed to remember every single purchase I make with a credit card? Buyers beware of this policy If you purchase something on QVC's "easy payment plan", you better write it in your planner or mark on your calendar when your next payment is due because you won't be receiving any bills in the mail after the first payment

she made payments in the amounts of $22.47 on 1/21/14 and 2/14/14 and in April, made a payment of $176.87 to pay the balance in lull on a Bissell floor eleancr. Later she received a letter from a Collections agency claiming she owed a total of $44.00. Customer needs debt identified.Our customer may be confused between a Q Membership which lists all of the orders our QVC customers place paid by various Credit cards or cheek payments and a Q Credit Card, issued by [redacted] and a monthly statement is sent by them.QVC reviewed our customer’s records and found the following information.Order [redacted] for Item [redacted]for a [redacted] Platinum Plus Coffee Maker billed to her Q Credit Card and the Credit Card statement reflects a billing of $176.87 on March 19,2014 and then a payment of $176.87 posting on April 21, 2014. Our records also reflect Order [redacted] placed for Item [redacted], a[redacted] Floor Cleaner billing in 5 EZ-pay installments in the amounts of $22.44@ to a [redacted] Credit Card. QVC successfully billed 3 of the 5 installments to her [redacted]. We were unable to bill the 4 and 5th installments leaving a past due balance of $44.96.Our customer contacted. QVC after filing this complaint and paid the outstanding collection balance and this issue has been resolved.QVC hopes this information has been helpful and considers this matter closed.

I am rejecting this response because: QVC's Christmas refund policy extends from the "Christmas in July" show through January 31st following Christmas. I tried to return the [redacted] Diamond rings during the refund period. First, I was told, I could not return them, because they were over 30 days old. I pointed out, they both were purchased in August, and I was within the Christmas refund policy time frame. I was told that only applied to some items, but it did not apply to mine. I have been watching QVC for decades. I know their policies. On air, the show hosts state ANY item may be returned according to QVC's Christmas refund Christmas policy. QVC is not upholding their own policies. I, of course, realize today's date is out of that period, but QVC should have honored my request, when it was first made months ago. To tell me, I could not make returns, because a 30 days had passed, when it clearly was a Christmas refund, should not be ignored, I talked to more than one representative about this, the Christmas refund policy period is very well known by every major business I can bring to mind. It is common place. Every customer service representative to whom I have ever talked, is familiar with it. The only exception would be [redacted].com. They allow customers to return anything at any time for the period of a year after purchase with no questions asked.

I watched the QVC program that offered the Areo Pilates machine with the trampoline, pillow and DVDs. I ordered it happy to make the cut off of the supposed temporary low price and installment plan. It is still offered and it didn't come with the "for this show only" extras. I asked for consideration and was denied. Worse than the bait and switch, the customer service representative was rude and unyielding. Maybe they work on commission. I'm not sure. But her attitude and the company not following through with what was advertised by the girl demonstrating the product is bad business. If they had just said she mistakenly said the items were included and they were not supposed to be I could have understood. But even the neck roll (different than the pillow they advertised but refused to honor) that is in the photo is not included in the package. When I tried to explain that to the customer service representative she interrupted me, repeated her pat answer that she can not do anything about it then when I told her she didn't need to be rude she hung up on me. This item is too much trouble to pack up and ship back but I'll never shop with them again.

QVC is offering 6 monthly installments for some of their products. They are discriminating against customers, especially when the want to order an Apple laptop by not following through with the order. The customer service department pretends to contact the customer when in fact they don't try at all. It is in my opinion false advertising and discrimination.
