We are sorry that the appointment time was misinformed. Our installer installed your unit yesterday evening and you signed a paper saying you wanted to pay by credit card.

I am rejecting this response because: Attached are pictures of one bolt for the door they did wrong both sides are like this, pictures of the overhang that is not right and there are multiple panels with rust. So put these on your list to be repaired/replaced. I am not off every Friday I'm off this Friday but will do what I can.

I have  contacted the dealer which is triad carports in Lexington  nc......phone number..[redacted]..........they continue to tell me I have to get deposit from eagle carports......and that they have contacted eagle...and eagle told them I WOULD NOT get my refund back because I couldn't take delivery on a Friday......which.....no one ever told me that it would only be on a Friday......I made several attempts to take delivery ..Monday thru Thursday..........and the 1 Friday I stayed home from work.....which was oct. 23 .......eagle had made the appointment......eagle cancelled..............the deposit is 69.50...........it is not much....but I am on a fixed income and can not afford to give money away......

Mr. [redacted] is on schedule for this coming Monday 6/12/17 and a $150 discount has been applied to his order due to the inconvenience. I do appreciate Mr. [redacted]'s understanding that we cannot control the weather. Mr. [redacted] is over 9 hours away from our closest shop so our contractors simply cannot take a chance at driving all the way to his house to simply have to turn around and come home due to rain or the installation surface being soft and or muddy. For this reason we are having to schedule his job when we know that the weather will be cooperative. He will get his building completed this coming Monday. Thank you,Chris [redacted]

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on the phone just last week. I explained to him that we have not serviced his area since June of this year due to not having an engineer in New York. I will be more than happy to refund any money he has paid to Eagle. I told Mr. [redacted] last week that it would be best for...

him to find a local company in his area to install his carport. If Mr. [redacted] decides to keep the order in place, it will be the 1st or 2nd week of October before I can have a crew in his area. If he decides against waiting and wants to cancel, I am happy to issue the refund. Thank you,Chris [redacted]

The contractor Ramiro spoke to Mr. [redacted] on the scheduled date 2/5/18 to let him know that he would be arriving late in the afternoon. Mr. [redacted] told the contractor Ramiro that he was out of town and would not be available. Ramiro offered to come the next day 2/6/18 and Mr. [redacted] once again said...

that he would be out of town and not available and would need to be rescheduled to the next available date. Because the contractor did make an attempt to complete the repairs on the scheduled date, I would not be able to compensate Mr. [redacted]. The scheduling supervisor now has the job scheduled to go back out for next week (week of the 12th). If there are any further issues due to missed appointments, I will be more than happy to compensate Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] will be called for scheduling no later than Monday February 12th. I do apologize for any inconvenience due to the faulty roll up door. Thank you,Chris [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

The job was completed on 5/18/17. The customer has been contacted via phone and email to confirm the customer is satisfied with no response from Ms. [redacted]. We did confirm with the installer that the job was completed. I am not sure why Ms. [redacted] still has any type of concern since the job is finished.
