Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The new manager of the [redacted] location reached me via telephone and refunded my money that I was owed and apologized for the troublesShe is having to deal with a lot of issues the last manager left unattended to and she is doing a great job in my opinion but, KFC corporate STILL has yet to contact me and answer why did I have to make so many calls to them to try to resolve the issueAnd seeing as to they STILL have not contacted me, I see they are still massive [redacted] who can't properly manage customer serviceI will never do business with KFC ever again and I tell as many people as possible to do the sameI have never dealt with such an incompetent business in my life!!!] Regards, [redacted]

I'd like to thank youThe ten dollar check wasn't necessary but thank you againI like good customer serviceI didn't feel like a person I just wanted to order some food and wait on my ride and that was itIf I wasn't allowed to that I wish the staff would of told me thatI truly do appreciate you responding back and getting to the bottom of the situation

But I really wouldn't consider it as satisfied, they didn't tell me they were calling because of my complaint, They're just going to give me another meal for free , when I think they should have to put out in the open they *** their customers, like I told them I haven't been back and really don't plan on it

The operator has attempted to resolve the guest’s issue but, has been unable to connect with the guest thus far. The operator has
called and left two messages for the guest but, has not received a call back as of this morning. The operator has mailed a refund and a gift card to the guest. We respectfully ask that this complaint be closed.
