But I really wouldn't consider it as satisfied, they didn't tell me they were calling because of my complaint, They're just going to give me another meal for free , when I think they should have to put out in the open they [redacted] their customers, like I told them I haven't been back and really don't plan on it.

The new manager of the [redacted] location reached me via telephone and refunded my money that I was owed and apologized for the troubles. She is having to deal with a lot of issues the last manager left unattended to and she is doing a great job in my opinion but, KFC corporate STILL has yet to contact me and answer why did I have to make so many calls to them to try to resolve the issue. And seeing as to they STILL have not contacted me, I see they are still massive [redacted] who can't properly manage customer service. I will never do business with KFC ever again and I tell as many people as possible to do the same. I have never dealt with such an incompetent business in my life!!!]
