initial phone call when the customer admitted she received what she ordered and stated she was "unclear to the salesman" when he was at her house.  She said "it is my fault but I want something different now like my neighbor has."  We tried calling back again and the customer becomes irate with us going as far as far as calling us names, then she hangs up on us.  We have tried several times since then to contact the customer to resolve the situation but she will not return our phone calls.  We are more than willing to work out something to make the customer happy but she will not talk to us so we are not sure what to do at this time.  Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.

I had great customer service the installers were very kind and fast. The two worked great together like a well oiled machine. They explained how the blinds opened and closed and left no mess such as trash or anything. It was a great experience.

Rapid blinds was one of three companies I called for a n estimate. The representative that arrived for the initial consult ( was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the products. My shutters arrived and were installed within the promised timeline and are absolutely beautiful. When one of the shutters was not with the order, on of the installers took the time to follow up to complete my order. I am awaiting the arrival of shutters for one small window!

Rapids blinds did a great job installing plantation shutters on ALL of our windows. They took down the olds one and put up the new ones in just a couple of hours. We went with the hidden tilt/split shutters and they look great. We even shutters in our half moon window in the master bedroom. The shutters have transformed our house and everything was completed in the time they said and at the cost they quoted.

Rapid Blinds did a wonderful job. This is the second time we have used them to install shutters. In both homes the shutters look magnificent. Dan, Ashley, and the installer Billy and his co-worker (I'm sorry I've forgotten his name) were an absolute pleasure to work with. We recently moved into our new home. We checked out other shutter and blind companies in the area and chose Rapid Blinds and Shutters. They were not the lowest bid (but very competitive) but we loved the look of the shutters and their patented design. We waited and were NOT disappointed! The shutters are gorgeous and the windows are classy. The crew that came to install them were friendly, professional and hard working. They cleaned up as they went along and after the installation was complete. Each person truly enjoyed the work they did! It was great to have such a wonderful crew that respected their product and workmanship! I will recommend Rapid Blinds and Shutters anytime.

Love my shutters, in fact, I ordered 2 more rooms. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the name is rapid and it took 2+months to receive. In all fairness, they gave me the estimated date up front. I just wanted them quicker.
