Rapid Blinds & Shutters

I purchased a home that the previous owners had shutters installed by this company. one of the shutters is not functioning properly and cannot be adjusted to function properly. When I contacted the company they said it would be a $125 service call fee since the 5 year warranty is non-transferable. a day or two later I get a call that it will be another $50 to order a new panel if they come out. surely not my idea of standing by your products or customer service.

I had been working with 3 other blind companies and out of the 4 I spoke to and met Rapid Blinds were the most friendly, on time, professional and cost effective one!! I always heard back in a timely manner and every time I called they knew exactly who I was and what I was looking for. We are in the massage industry and a peaceful/relaxing environment is what we aim for, the blinds got installed with in 3 hours and they remained quick and quite while we had massages in session. We were so happy with their work and friendliness we are having them do our other location.

We had excellent service from Rapid Blinds. The salesman listened to what we wanted, he gave us some suggestions, and didn't try to push in any way. It was so easy dealing with him. Blinds arrived on time, were installed at our convenience, and look terrific. We are so satisfied we are having them back to finish a few more windows.

After writing a not so nice review, I would like to add another comment or two.
I received a phone call from [redacted] at Rapid Blinds apologizing for any anything
she said that was misinterpreted to be rude. I truly appreciated The effort it took
to make that phone call. Of course. she was repeating only what she was told to say.
I suggest that the salesman lay down the guidelines for installation. Perhaps see
if someone needs help moving a couple of pieces of furniture because of age or
health reasons. They should know in advance and not be charged per window at
the last minute.
Thanks [redacted]. You are truly a good employee. Not very many would pick
up a phone to apologize. I'll put you in the Positive range for sure!

I had my new shutters installed last week. They are amazing, only wish I had done this sooner! Rapid Blinds salesman Dennis came in measured, helped me make some decisions because of his product knowledge. The gentleman who came to install the blinds was Rafael. He too was awesome. Rafael let me know how he would proceed and was very organized and clean. What a great experience from start to finish! Highly recommend this company!

Love my shutters, in fact, I ordered 2 more rooms. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the name is rapid and it took 2+months to receive. In all fairness, they gave me the estimated date up front. I just wanted them quicker.

Wow what an experience! Had a salesman come and he did the exact measurements for exactly what I wanted no pressure to do anything more. It took about 8 weeks to get the shutters in and man do they look great, the installers were fast and courteous and were maybe there for twenty minutes tops. The double checked with me to inspect the install before leaving. The heat the shutters keep out is amazing Those rooms are so much cooler and the rooms are much darker making it perfect for nap time for my little ones Everything I wanted and more, will definitely use rapid blinds and shutters for my future window treatment needs.

We bought shudders for most of the windows in our house. We even have them on our back French doors. We just love them all. Has made the house much cooler now. This company was very professional from start to finish. The salesman knew what he was doing. The installers were very efficient, never left a mess of bode &a plastic, knew what they were doing also. I would recommend them to anyone who wants good quality shudders.
