Rapid Blinds is fantastic. We have used their services at least 5 times. They actually have real people who answer the phone, they return phone calls if you call after hours, they verify appointments, they arrive on time, and workmanship is top notch. Not one single issue with them. Sales staff and installation staff are very professional and they clean up a mess if they make any.

We had several companies out to give us estimates to do shutters on our new house. The sales rep was not only on time and friendly but gave us several suggestions that nobody else offered to us. We never felt like we were pressured but there was a genuine feeling like he wanted the shutters to fit our needs. On top of that it was the best price we received while getting more options at no extra charge. We placed the order and were scheduled install within the timeframe quoted. The installers worked quickly but did not rush thru the job and gave us a walk thru when they were finished. At the end of the job they asked us to fill out a survey that asked us to rate not only product but the entire process of the installation to which we gave a 10 out of 10. I really was impressed with this step, it showed there is accountability for the quality of the install. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install blinds or shutters in their home. We could not have been more pleased. Since our install they have done work for my family and friends all of whom have been very pleased. Thank you very much!

We had purchased shutters a few years ago for three rooms in our home from Rapid blinds. We love them so we decided to call and get an estimate for some additional rooms. Eric was our salesman. He listened and answered all our questions. We were given an estimate that day. He offered some great suggestions. We decided to do all the rest of our windows with shutters. The customer service staff are friendly and very pleasant. The installers were on time, very efficient, pleasant and did a great job. Rapid blinds has it right. They give outstanding customer service no matter who you work with. We have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

We recently moved into our new home. We checked out other shutter and blind companies in the area and chose Rapid Blinds and Shutters. They were not the lowest bid (but very competitive) but we loved the look of the shutters and their patented design. We waited and were NOT disappointed! The shutters are gorgeous and the windows are classy. The crew that came to install them were friendly, professional and hard working. They cleaned up as they went along and after the installation was complete. Each person truly enjoyed the work they did! It was great to have such a wonderful crew that respected their product and workmanship! I will recommend Rapid Blinds and Shutters anytime.

All shutters were received and installed in a professional manner at dates and times as agreed upon when ordered. The shutters are of high quality and they function perfectly. I only wish they were mfg. in the U.S.A. instead of China, perhaps then they would have taken less time to arrive.

The sales person know how to measure. Evidence the installer Jeff had no difficulty. They look beautiful. Only addition; needed caulking; was easily resolved.Price was competetive. All in all, good job.
