The Family Tree I ordered for a friends Wedding was great hit with the bride and wedding guests. I love my infinity , it hangs over my door and I ordered another one for my friend in a different color. Love that there are color choices. The custom sign I had made for my husband was beautiful and even though it was ordered for Christmas the company kept in contact with me supplying me with updates. They even emailed me after we received it. I highly recommend this company. My husband is proudly displaying it in our new home.

I know these people had a tough time with unexpected equipment problems, etc. and had a tough time filling Christmas orders. I talked to the CEO ( via Email) several times. He was courteous, helpful, and very apologetic. When my order arrived, it was perfect. I won't hesitate to use Redline Steel every time a need for their product arrises. Despite their trials, they have shown a lot of professionalism. I have already recommended them to friends.

I purchased the tree if life for my son and his new wife, the heart of the home sign was an added bonus. I was kept up to date on my order and shipping. My son and daughter in law loved their Christmas gifts.

Ordered and paid my order on Dec 4th. Was promised in their website delivery by Christmas 2018. today is March 31st and I still haven't received. T this point I want a refund and I'll shop elsewhere. I sent them an email and the automated response was it will take them 55-7 days to get back to me.

Deception, no customer service,false advertising, failed to keep written commitments,refuses to return calls or emails,trickery - bait & switch
THIS IS THE EMAIL I SENT TO REDLINE STEEL AND THE OWNER HIMSELF "COLIN". I can support this claim with emails from Redline themselves . " I am INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU AND YOUR COMPANY. The following statement can be supported / documented by emails from your company. I will gladly forward the emails to you, but out of respect I will not publish them here. I placed a large order (multiple items) in November 2018 for Christmas gifts and myself. Nothing arrived. I sent several emails with no response from you. It wasn't until late January 2019 that customer service rep "***" contacted me. She did credit my card back $50.00 for the inconvenience but what's most disturbing is that she explained the company's backlog and due to the length of time of the first order, promised to fulfill my original order and replace a medium size piece for a large piece at a discounted price but she would have to remove the original item from the pending order to do so. ***'s conversation was so sincere and the offer was very generous so I agreed. Go figure, to-date (again after several emails) I still have not heard back *** or anybody from your from your company. (My original order did arrive in February but one item was wrong, no I didn't bother to complain about it)
All I get from Redline is a generic email. You brag about customer service, what happened here? I will say though that the items I did receive from you were top notch quality. But they were not received until February 2019. Veteran owned and operated? Then you know the importance of customer service. Shame on you, talked us out of what we really wanted and then ignore and stall us with generic auto response emails. Your phone number even gives the same generic message. . For your reference my order number was XXXXXX. My name and contact number is there if you care to reach out to me. ***, for your service to our great nation I do thank you. But as a business, the level disappointment is extremely upsetting. Regardless of the size and volume of your business, you don't treat customers this way. When you do , you lose customers."
I would like them to fulfill my order or at least contact me with an explanation of why i was tricked out of my order and never contacted again after Ive tried for 2 months to contact them. I can support my issues with emails from Redline Steel.

Complaint number XXXXXXXX - The frim indicated on 4/2/19 that the product would be shipped that week. I have given them 17 days and to date nothing has been received . This was there response "Your SKU: RLS-FXXX-XX-XX-BLU Will ship this week . Again, I apologize for the delay."

Placed order #515989 (two monograms for $103.95) on 11/14/18. Placed order #524727 (IGWT Eagle plus small eagle for $98.75) on 11/19/18. Received notice on 2/5/19 that orders were to be combined for shipment. Received order XXXXXX on 2/9 but order XXXXXX was not included in pkg. Have sent repeated emails and website messages but have never received any response of any kind. So far I Have ordered four pieces from this company. I am very well pleased with all four. Two of them I have given as gifts and they were very well pleased .My favorite so far is the Tree Of Life .I also ordered one for my daughter-in-law and she is also overjoyed with hers.we have had many compliments and inquiries on where I purchased them. I am extremely happy with the 2 signs I received. Quality work...and Made in the USA!! I will be a repeat customer for sure. Like most things in life, this new company hit a few bumps along the way....but no reason to try to run them into the ground with bad reviews and complaints.

placed an order in Nov.2018 -cancelled order and received refund 1/2/2019. Order was shipped 3/25/19 company not responsive...this is a mess!
As I did not reorder this cancelled order I do not want to be charged and I do not want to be inconvenienced trying to return it. It was shipped to another state so is would be others that will be inconvenienced. There is no phone number to contact customer service for this company and they do not respond to emails in a timely manner. I thought this was taken care of when I received a refund January 2, 2019. Received email 3/25/2019 that my order was shipped. Too much drama with this company.
I want assurance that I will not be charged for this order. A call would be great.

There is a but...Redline should have made their intentions clear and could have in the email stating that they shipped the sign. Doing this would have resulted in a thank you and a possible positive post on FB. That would have ended the matter. I stand by my statement that they need better customer communication/service.
