Redline Steel has good products and is working to make every customer happy. My 1st order was delayed across the holiday season, but did arrive and was perfect. My wife loves the design which includes our name. My 2nd order had a few blemishes in the powder coat and I touched them up. I have feedback to their customer service manager and he's assured me that this non-conformance is being evaluated and compensating controls are being put in place. The manager emailed me within minutes of my email to him. This team is clearly going in the right direction and I fully support the Redline Steel products and their business ideals.

The monogram sign I purchased was beautiful. It was a gift for my daughter and her fiancé building their first home. The quality is excellent and the workmanship was very nice. I just purchased another sign for my home, but using the est. date as our marriage date. I appreciated the correspondence between the company and myself, when questions needed to be answered. Referring friends to this company will be easy. I wish much success to Redline Steel while this company is continuing to grow and expand.

Redline Steel is an easy company to deal with. Selections cover just about everything you could want whether purchase is for yourself or a gift. Prices are good. I have ordered twice and getting ready to order again from them.

my monogram sign looks just like the picture. the product was excellent. I realize there were some hiccups in the production but the company followed through with the order and I was able to give the gift to my in-laws. not everything is predictable and I am sure the company did not plan on the setback but getting each order out to the customer showed that they were honoring the commitment to follow through. kudos to the staff and production crew on not letting the negativity set them back.

Advertised product not delivered although paid for. Numerous phone/email contact attempts not answered or responded to. No communication to customer.
On December 11, 2018 ordered four advertised items from company with delivery estimate 4 to 6 weeks. PayPal used. Payment made. No product received to date. All efforts to communicate with company via phone and email not responded to. Only correspondence is solicitation for business.
It appears that no product will be forthcoming as it has been over three months from order date and no response to status requests.

I love my "Tree of Life" metal wall art. It is a statement piece on my wall!

I've ordered from Redline Steel and cannot say enough good about their product. Their products are just as described on their website and are very well made. I was extremely pleased with my order. It came promptly. If I weren't so strapped living on social security I'd order a lot more from them than I do. I have plans to place an order soon as a gift. I am very pleased to be able to be dealing with veterans when I purchase from this company. Who better to service than those who have served our great country. Love this company and their products. I've purchased 2 of the large monograms and they were absolutely awesome! Also purchased the purple hummingbird for a mother-in-law and was very pleased. It feels so good to buy this kind of unique product and it be of such good quality and made by veterans here in the USA!ð??ºð??¸ð??ºð??¸

I have ordered 4 times from Redsteel over the past several years. I ordered from Redline first and foremost because it is a Veteran Co. My son is a veteran and goes over and beyond what is expected at his job as most soldiers do. I have never been disappointed with the Redline products, workmanship nor service. Will order again and highly recommend.

Didn't receive my order when promised. Took 3 months to receive and 1 item was not included in the box, even tho indicated it was.No response to email
I ordered several items on December 5, 2019. The order was promised by December 25, 2019. I did not receive my order until March, 2019 I wasn't missing one item from inside the box, although it was indicated on the packing slip that it was inside. I immediately emailed the company, with no response. I have subsequently emailed the company numerous times, with no response. I located a company phone number online, and have called it many many times. The number indicate that they are too busy to receive phone calls and you cannot leave a message. This company is ridiculous and I am very angry and frustrated. There is no way to get my money back or receive my item that was paid for.
