I just happened across the website. I liked what I saw, so I went searching. I found 3 designs over the month that I thought would make very nice Christmas. I had no problem ordering my items. I even get a e-mail telling me I had not used a coupon and to use it on my next order. My orders arrived quite quickly. The products were absolutely beautiful.
This fall, I ordered from Redline for the first time. I ordered two items for myself and one for a Christmas present for my brother-in-law who is a LEO and a strong supporter of veterans. For his birthday, he requested donations to Wounded Warriors. So I hoped that he would love the LEO flag - and he did! I couldn't be happier with the products and service from this company.
Love the piece I chose! The quality is excellent and it arrived quickly and safely. I support veterans and made in the USA! This veteran makes beautiful products, all made in America. Purchase here and you won't be disappointed!

Order still not here, can't contact the company
Placed 2 orders on November 20th. Website says any order placed by Dec 5th will be delivered by December 25th, which indicates they can produce, ship and deliver in 20 days. After 30, my order is still in production. I have emailed multiple times (total of 5) to which I have received 2 generic, canned responses. I cannot call the company and after posting my concerns on social media, I am now blocked from posting anything on their page or with their name. This company appears to be a fraud.
At minimum, I want my order by Friday. However, if that's not possible, I want a full refund for the two orders I placed, $403.43, by Friday, December 21st.

I received an email asking for a review of your products. I have ordered several items. I ordered your woodland plaque with deer last year, and gave it to our son and his family. They were in the process of buildings new house, and I was so excited to have that made for their front porch.
This year I ordered a coffee cup and five different name signs for my grandchildren. Four of them were perfect and they liked receiving them. However, one was misspelled. I contacted customer service and was so pleased with your response ... except that I was told it would be remade and shipped free of charge ... in late November. I was confident that all five names would be under my tree on Christmas Day. However, the Reagan sign has still not been received, and it is Dec 27! I can't leave a positive review at this time, because what I was promised has not happened. Please, check on this for me. I have been so pleased with the other items I ordered. My biggest problem is that the name not received belongs to my oldest granddaughter, and believe me, she was fully aware that hers was missing!
My rating at this time is an "meh-ok" because I do love the products received, I'm just really disappointed that I did not receive my "Reagan" before Christmas Day.

I placed an order on 11/23 for 4 Christmas gifts. I was told on 12/3 in email that it was guaranteed by Christmas. They are failing the guarantee.
I placed an order for 4 Christmas gifts on 11/23/18. On 12/3 I sent email making sure it would arrive by Christmas and I was told it would be since it was ordered before 12/5. I sent an email on 12/16 asking for status on the order. They responded on 12/18 with this response: "We realize that Christmas is less than week away, and we anticipate several thousand additional orders will be fulfilled and placed for shipment prior to this weekend, to ensure delivery prior to Christmas. With that said, if this order is intended as a Christmas Gift, we highly advise and encourage you to have a back-up gift readily available in the event your order is not shipped prior to this weekend. Given the large volume of orders placed in anticipation for the holiday, we cannot offer expedited shipping in order to ensure fairness across the board."
I have tried to contact them by phone, Facebook messenger and posting on their Facebook page. They responded with a very similar message in messenger this afternoon telling me I should get a back-up gift. Now they have deleted all my posts on their page and have blocked me from messaging them or posting to their page. I requested a refund if they could not provide a tracking # that shows it will arrive by Christmas Eve before they blaocked me. I have spent over $200 with them and they have my money and my gifts!
I would like my order delivered my Christmas Eve and I would like an apology and a partial refund for the trouble they have caused. If they can't deliver by Christmas I want a full refund immediately.

HOLIDAY ORDER PLACED 3 DAYS BEFORE DEADLINE WITH A PROMISE TO SHIP IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS
PLACED A ORDER FOR A GIFT ON 12-3-18 FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT THAT THEY HAD A ORDER BY 12-6-18 TO RECEIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. TOOK PAYMENT RIGHT AWAY OF COURSE BUT HAVE NOT SEEN OR HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. HAVE TRIED TO EMAIL AND CALL AND GET NO ANSWER AT ALL. STARTING TO FILL LIKE THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I AM A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER AND WE DON'T HAVE ANYONE IN OUR AREA THAT DOES THIS TYPE OF WORK. WAS HOPING THEY WERE A COMPANY THAT WE AND FRIENDS COULD HAVE CONTINUED TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

The wall art was just as described. The workmanship was fantastic and the shipping time was very timely.
Without really checking the website I went and ordered a wall item and was so happy with it that I ordered 4 more for Christmas presents. Then I forgot someone and gave away mine and had to order one more for my house. That "GOD is GOOD" is a great gift to give to Christians. The order came faster than I expected and in very good shape, so I am very happy.

Ordered and paid for product and never received even after being reassured I would.
On 11-20 I placed an order and paid for it. Only to be promised I'd receive it before Christmas only to be told on 12-20 it wouldn't be here in time. And no idea as to when I would receive it

I was told via email that if I had placed my order before 12/5/18, that I would receive the items prior to the Christmas holiday. Following up on the order this week, they recommended that I purchase "back up gifts". The amount of the sale was $82.20 for which payment was made with my visa through Amazon payments. When I found out that the items would not arrive on time, I asked about cancelling the order only to find out it would be subject to %15 "fee". I have contacted the company multiple times. You can not speak to them on the phone because there is a recording stating that they are to busy to take customer service calls. When you post on their Facebook page or ads about the incident (or anything negative) they simply hide or delete all or most of the negative comments. I have no been blocked from leaving comments on their page, cannot get a return email, or speak with them on the phone, yet they still have my money. This company is a fraud and doesn't handle negative feedback well at all.
I would like a 100% refund or the items provided by the time promised.

I did finally get a refund. It was forced through Amazon Pay A-Z complaint. If Amazon had not forced the charge back, no doubt I'd still be waiting! This company is garbage. Buyers beware!
Redline Steel's products are made exactly as described! Beautiful quality, excellent workmanship, products that are worth every penny that I've paid to decorate my new home!!
