Amarjit B. Was an Excellent technician, He is one of the people that who passionate about their job and know what they were doing.

Before him, I had three technician form Reliance for the same issue.
The first one said that the Compressor failed, So I called the Vendor to come and have a look, after his diagnosing, he said that there is a leak on the system.
So I called Reliance again to come and have a look, The third guy came, I explained the situation and all the scenarios after listening he decided to leave even without trying to fix the issue.

In a frustrating situation - I called reliance again
They sent Amarjit B.- He diagnosed the whole system step by step.
He did the leak test, He checked every single component on my AC.
Finally, he found that there was a clogged line on the Evaporator. He flushed with the Nitrogen and Recharged AC with the Freon gas.
He was telling every single step and explained to us why he was doing it.
it is really helpful, and it made us trust him.

Now the AC is blowing cold air at 14.8 'C.

. Refusing to replace our unit after two years of complaints. 6/16/2018 is the day I am writing this review and this upcoming weekend is the hottest of the year with temperatures around or above 100F.

We have been begging and pleading with them to replace our unit since last year but even more this year as it has only gotten worse. The unit is totally non-functioning. After 30 minutes of use it totally stops working.

Reliance sent technicians to our house once again for the 10+ time this afternoon. They did nothing. They were in the backyard cashing in on an easy job at the end of the day on a Friday. They sat in the backyard for hours and did absolutely nothing whatsoever. They came and told us that it was "possibly" a valve, and that the part wouldn't be in the city until Tuesday. We looked at them in disbelief. How can they expect us to survive in this heat?

We are senior citizens in our late sixties. How is it that we pay this company SO much money but we cannot get any sort of customer service? *** I have never heard of anyone else having issues like this.

Great service. Had a problem with my air conditioning from purchase. I had 3 technicians come and diagnose a different problem. I was feeling quite frustrated. Finally,
Amarjit B., senior technician, spent 3 hrs and figured out the problem. He was professional and did all he could until he figured out the problem. After a month of no air conditioning, I finally have it!! Thank you.

Best service provider by Gurmeet who came from Reliance to fix the hot water tank. Really very knowledgeable and helpful . Quickly fixed the issue and advice for maintainance plans and tips.

Phenomenal service from all involved. Air conditioner was not repairable. Darren confirmed this with his expertise. Reed explained, in great detail and with his expertise, our options and the machine that would best suit our needs. Ben and Scott demonstrated excellent workmanship and professionalism when they replaced the air conditioner in our home on a very hot day. My ac unit at my rental property was leaking and Dan T. walked me through the problem, explaining everything as he went. Not only was my ac broken, it had leaked into my furnace and was ruining the motor so I needed a new furnace. Dean explained everything to me and go back to me quickly with a solution. I'm very happy I went with Reliance.
