It was a pleasure to deal with Dean as I found it refreshing for someone to be 100% up front honest, it kind of takes one back for a moment to realize there are still honest SALES PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD.

I've had a 15+ year relationship withReliance and I think the information Brad gave me was superlative, in my views . Although having to shell out a lump sum ,which no one is keen on, I have to rate this experience as painless and better than expected.

I received outstanding customer service from Reliance; specifically from technician Gabriel Fazzolari. Gabriel phoned before he arrived and showed up on time. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a strong customer focus. Not only did he fix our Air Conditioning Issue, he also pointed out several other things to my wife. Thank You Gabriel for a job well done.

Amarjit from reliance was very professional and courteous as I had my elderly parents at home. He did preventative maintenance and also gave tips to keep Ac and furnace in good condition.

Martin (employee #***) from Reliance Home Comfort was able to diagnose the problem with our water heater right away. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He offered suggestions about potentially improving our furnace and air conditioner, but wasn't pushy.

Reliance Home Comfort installed a furnace and air conditioning unit in October 2017. Their Senior HVAC Technician Amarjit B. completed the maintenance thoroughly and as per the agreed schedule. Excellent service
