The tech agent came to work on my AC unit. It wasn't getting rid of enough heat inside of the house. He spent close to an hour, thoroughly washing the unit, testing it, re-calibrating it and making sure that it was functioning at peak efficiency. He answered all of my questions, was considerate in the house, asked for permission before going downstairs and was very respectful. I really appreciated his willingness to solve my problem and the fact that he took the time to do quality work.

I was very pleased with this whole experience, from sales to installation. After some initial confusion about an appointment, Reliance were very accommodating. The sales rep explained everything very clearly, and made an appointment for the installation of both furnace and air conditioner. The installers arrived at the expected time, and were very polite and respectful. After some initial concern about limited space for the furnace they managed to come up with a solution and got to work. The installation was completed in the time they had predicted, all areas were cleaned up before they left. I was very happy with the whole experience.

I had some issue with my rental hot water tank. I called them yesterday. After a long wait on the phone, approximately 1 hour,(which is unacceptable) a representative answered the phone and she booked an appointment for the technician to come to my house toady (May 29th 2018) between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.
I booked day off from work. I waited for the technician but no one showed up or I didn't even receive any call. I left the house and finally I got call from the technician around 2.20 PM saying he will be coming in next 10 mins. I explained him that I waited for him during the window time and now no one is at home and requested him if he could come after an hour so that I can be back. But he just told me that reschedule your appointment. I was speaking with him but he just hung up the phone. Really *** and *** workers.
This company does not respect customers time and they have *** and *** staff working which does not know the meaning of customer service.

We had a problem with our A/C. Amarjit B. came today and fixed it. Amarjit must be an asset to Reliance Home Comfort with his extensive knowledge of the product and his professionalism. Our A/C has never worked so good. Thank you Amarjit for your excellent service. We are happy to continue paying Reliance if all their technicians are like you.

Everything was satisfactory. I have given a 4 but if the technician would have brought a filter with him and would have replaced it I would have given 5.

We've rented our hot water heater from this company for 8 years, and paid roughly $3,600 in "maintenance fee" for it over this time. The first time we required service, it was non-existent. If you want to talk to someone, be prepared to sit on hold for hours.
Friday service call - they will not send a repairman on Friday despite that fact that it is leaking gallons of water into my basement. Book me for Saturday morning.
Saturday morning, service guy does not show up but the Reliance service is listed as fixed. I spend hours on the phone trying to get a fix on when he will arrive.
Service guy arrives at 6pm on Saturday, in and out in 10 minutes.
Sunday morning - water heater is still leaking gallons of hot water into our basement. Hours on hold with Reliance again.
Gave up, called another company and the problem is fixed.
Now I wanted the $3,600 back to repair the water damage in my basement.
All this time, the customer service reps are trying to UPSELL me to buy a protection package for my other systems? Are you kidding? I've never waited more than 2 hours for a service call on anything else.

We had an issue with our water heater which necessitated a call to Reliance last night to make an appointment for a repair. First thing this morning we received a call advising that the technician would be there within 30 minutes. Our technician, Adam was fabulous. He kept his word and was to our house within 30 minutes and was able to repair our water heater.
