 Problem:A few months ago my account under the email, [redacted]@yahoo.com, on the game APB Reloaded was wrongfully banned. The company claimed that I was banned due to suspicious activity of trading. When asked about this they brushed it aside and blocked my emails to customer support. The only trading I did was with two of my friends and would have no problem in having them testify for me for this matter. Not only that but since this was only my first offense in the game, usually players are only supposed to get a warning if the issue does not involve anything that gives players an advantage over other players such as the use of third-party software. Instead of getting a warning I was banned with no questions asked. Not only did they wrongfully ban me but they also went against their own rules of how to deal with the situation. Not only that but they had banned my friends whom I was trading with and gave them their accounts back but refused to release my account. I had sent emails to them asking why this was and was only met with automative responses until my email got blocked.
Desired Resolution:Other (requires explanation)selectDesired Outcome:My desired outcome is for my account to become unbanned and my characters be restored. If this cannot be done then I'll want a refund for the things I have purchased. If both cannot be done, or proper compensation is not met, then I will not hesitate to bring this to court. Regards,

This complaint was not in regards to account wide items versus character specific items. Do you even bother to read? I cannot use ANY portion of my account because my characters are located in a DEAD SERVER.Your game is broken and has not improved in 4 Years Time.Declining my request for a refund based on your statement is ridiculous.This game is unplayable for me on my hardware (which exceeds the minimum requirements) for the following reasons:1) No Server Population (makes for playing the game near impossible)2) No Open Character Slots (which I would have to purchase)3) Severe Performance Issues (On your end)4) Unwilling to provide character transfers (I am not starting from scratch)5) Populated servers have excessively high latency (over 1500 miles from my geographic location) which creates an unplayable experience.In addition to this, I will not be able to transfer my account to a stable gaming platform with better core optimization (Playstation 4) when the console versions drop later this year.Every Dime i've spent on this game is a complete waste because your company has failed to retain players and provide any sort of game optimization in 4 years. It's actually gotten much worse since the game was purchased from EA/Real Time Worlds.I've purchased a product from you which by law is classified as Defective and you're failing to stand behind your product.If I don't receive a refund on all purchases on my account, followed by an account closure, i'd be more than willing to escalate this beyond the Revdex.com.

 I received email, however, saying otherwise. People receive an email saying that their ban falls in the category of cheating, however, mine stated inappropriate. On the day I was banned, my friend told me that as soon as I said good bye, the account came online and he was a bit shocked, saying that this never happens. He whispered the person, they responded. As soon as my friend went to do missions, the person went on Abington (Fight Club).

By a sheer stroke of luck, I have managed to get short contact with one of your staff. I was told that the proof you have consists of login data of my account from different countries. I was promptly told that it was impossible for me to have logged in from these different places, and therefore must have been me selling my account.I have asked if I could know what countries these are, and if I could verify that it was me. Obviously, this was ignored.I have been travelling and living in multiple countries over the past few years, and I have data, such as passports, to prove it as well.

Review: On the 12 of December 2014 there was a bug in the Game APB Reloaded which allowed Players of that Game to use Weapons in a Game District which normally wouldn't allow it.

I played like many other players with that bug out of curiosity not knowing that it would cause any harm to the game. At a later time on that day I got disconnected from the game, when I tried to log back in I got the message saying that my account has been blocked. Immediately after seeing that Message I contacted customer support. After doing so my E-Mails got blocked not allowing me to send them any further E-Mails to resolve the issue. I had to create a new account to contact them again.

The next day I read on the Games Forums that this bug didn't grant me any unfair advantage not did it interfere with any Players Gameplay.

I can provide all E-Mails including the responses I have got.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund or want my account reactivated.

Review: I received an email from Gamersfirst (owned by Reloaded Games Inc) at 2015-04-14, threatening me with a suspension and immediate termination of my in-game account to one of their games, APB: Reloaded for using the in-game art tool to create a Hindu Swastika to be put onto my in-game vehicle. The email I got stated the following: "This is a notice of an official warning being applied to the APB Reloaded account associated with this email for the use of swastika's in game. The use of symbols such as this are strictly forbidden by our ToS."

Having read their Terms of Service prior to this and remembering no such statement, I went back and proof-read their Terms of Service and as my memory served right, there is not a singular mention or statement in regards of Swastikas or their status to be used in-game being "Strictly forbidden". I politely started a "Ticket" to contact them in regards to this matter, questioning this statement about it being mentioned in their Terms of Service, which is false, and I soon got a reply from a total of three of their customer service representatives named [redacted] and [redacted], all completely ignoring my question as to just where the swastikas are included in their ToS and instead going ahead to say that, and I quote: "The use of any symbols that could be found offensive to another player can result in a ban."

I repeat my question in regards to where their ToS specifically mentions swastikas and also [redacted] on what part of the Hindu symbol for luck, good fortune and well being can be considered offensive just to yet again, have the question be overlooked and have the same thing be stated over and over again until finally one of their support representatives, [redacted], gives me a reply stating that: "To find out why they are offensive please do some World War II research." Before [redacted] also goes ahead and locks down and closes my ticket, blocking my ability to reply to them as anything I try to send ends up with "Your email has been rejected".inDesired Settlement: This grotesque display of discrimination aside, telling paying customers to "Go study World War II history" while also blocking their ability to make contact is absolutely unacceptable on so many levels. I simply asked for where in their terms of service swastikas are mentioned (as the email I received threatening me promptly said they were) and all I got in return was disrespect, unintelligible prancing around incoherent ToS statements and a communicative ban. I therefore make these two following demands:

1. A full termination of the binding contract I have agreed upon with Reloaded Games Inc and their services, a full refund of the 25$ I have spent in the game followed by a full termination and/or banishment of my in-game account to prevent any chances of fraud.

2. A written letter of apology from the offending customer staff members for prematurely banning my ability to communicate with them while being disrespectful and showcasing a condescending attitude

Review: I've got banned over-night from the 3rd Feb. to the 4th Feb. for supposedly 3rd party tools, according to the automated answers from a Supporter ([redacted]), which was probably a false-trigger by [redacted], I am desperately trying to get my GUID to be atleast able to contact EvenBalance , which I actually did but they've told me to ask you for my ban reason ( 3rd party tool apparently ) and my GUID, so I would appreciate if you would've been able to provide it. I would really love this issue to be solved and being unbanned since I was and hopefully will be able to stay an supporter (over 700$s spent) of this game,also was banned with no legitime reason.Also I've first got told it was usage of 3rd party tools , then inappropriate behaviour now again 3rd party tools, which clearly indicates something is wrong. Review: On 13 dec 2014 I was banned in the game APB:Reloaded.

I didnt do any kind of inappropriate activity on my account, I were playing like any other players.

I was playing this game since 2011. Everything worked fine. I donated over $900 in this game.

This ban really surprised me, it happened, while I was offline.

I tried to contact the support of this game, but always got the same message.

I wrote over 15 messages, and got 15 similar answers, without any particular reason or prove of that ban.

Moreover, I can provide any email I got from G1's support.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund or want my account reactivated.

And I want information about what exactly I did wrong.

Review: Hello I am here to to post a complain about this company and the Unblock or the Refund of the full money use on this game witch is about $700 to $100+ dollars.It stared 8/26/12 when I was first banned/blocked then in 6 months of constantly messaging their support, Even balance and Revdex.com I was finally un-banned/unblocked on JAN 2013. then I Stared to play again and kept supporting the game by buying their products and was not using any tools to cheat because I never did in the first place. then on the JAN 31, 2014 I was Reblocked/banned for no Reason again then days after that they issued a false ban notification that people got banned unfairly showing that their system to ban is not Stable I checked my account to see if it was un-banned/unblocked and no it was still banned. I went to message support to see if they forgot about me. well I Gave them the link/url to see if they can unblock me they said 'Someone with access to this account was OBSERVED performing an inappropriate activity' witch means it was a manual ban. well then it was a unfair ban because I don't use cheats or anything. then if it was a manual ban this it has a higher chance to be a mistake since no human is perfect. a manual ban is when a Admin/gm play's undercover vs players and see if anyone is cheatting and then bans them. since this game if one of my favorites and I play like a competitive player and try my hardest to win.well I guess he/she [the gm/admin] went Vs me and got totally destroyed and banned me. that's that I think how it happen.
