Review: Hello, I have read on the internet that this organisation helps helpless people all over the world to deal with companies that abuse their practice.I am a customer of sorts (a player) in their video game called APB reloaded.

About 2 years ago I got a message that my account was blocked. I contacted them because I wanted to know why.

They said: "We regret to inform you that this account has been closed, as someone with access to this account was found using cheats."

I did not use any kind of software that helped me play this game, but when I asked them if they could send me proof they didn't have any.

I know doing this 2 years later is a bit wierd, but I still don't know why they blocked my account for no reason.

Also i've have spent 50500 G1C, which is $631.25

Review: My All Points Bulletin account was randomly closed with no reason why. Attempting to contact the company via their support results in the tickets being closed with no reason giving (example below). As I have invested time and money into supporting this game, I see no reason why their can not be a response presenting detailed information.

Review: Well to start, I would really like to push for them to give me a non-standard response, I would like a real response on this matter.

The problem is that my APB (Video Game) account was suspended on 7/8/14 for what the auto message said "Hacking/cheating" and when I sent a ticket to figure out what it was Tiggs (The responding support member) said: "Someone with access to this account was observed performing an inappropriate activity which violates our posted Terms of Service policy." So that right there leaves me still unsure what I was banned for, was I observed by a in-game GM and manually banned or did their anti-cheat (punkbuster) ban me? I would of went ahead and asked more but they disable your account from being able to send more tickets so you can figure this out. I ended up sending a personal message to Tiggs on the game forums on 7/9/14, still has not been read yet; which I understand the PM inboxes can get crowed so i'm not saying they should jump to my need right away, but I do need some help. The account is about a year and a half old, and I have happily spent about $1,200 into that account. I would have no reason to cheat, I love the game and want it to succeed. But there's been lack of communication about my recent suspension, I would like to know what happened exactly because as far as I know, no one has access to my account and I would NEVER cheat or do anything that would even have a CHANCE to jeopardize my account's status. I can't be anymore straight with them about it.

1.) They tell me what exactly happened to my account and my account stays suspended but receive a refund. (I spent $1,127)

2.) They tell me what exactly happened to my account, have me send them the windows file (I don't recall what it was) to prove that I never cheated on this computer (I believe that's all it can prove) and i'm put on probation whilst having my account unblocked.

(Depending on how I was banned, If I was banned by PunkBuster I would also like my GUID so I can take it up with them)

Review: In early June, I purchased $50 of in-game items from Gamers First for the game APB Reloaded. After purchasing the items, my account was banned for 'being inappropriate'. I am 27 years old, and I rarely ever used the in-game chat system. I do not partake in 'inappropriate' activities. I play on the weekend to have a good time between working and that is it. This is a complete scam. They get your money, then ban your account.

When trying to fight it, they said all further inquiries would be immediately blocked. This company is a total joke. I proceeded to do a chargeback through the bank, and the bank also declined helping me because I was banned, how convenient for Gamers First (don't sign up to Wells Fargo folks). I am now looking to the Revdex.com for help. I don't care about my account anymore as I won't be playing this game ever again. I just want my $50 returned to me.Desired Settlement: Refund my money to my Paypal account I used for the purchase, or direct to my debit card.

Review: Hello, my account on one of [redacted]'s games (APB: Reloaded) was recently banned for the use of 3rd Party Tools/Hacking/Cheating. I have never used any 3rd Party Tools/Hacks/Cheats on not only this game, but any game. [redacted] has no proof of me using 3rd Party Tools/Hacks/Cheats. I tried multiple times to be civil and get this resolved with [redacted], they never provided an explanation, proof, or anything of the sort. [redacted] closed my account from making any further tickets, therefore, I was left with the final resort of filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I know that the Revdex.com will do all they can do to get this issue resolved, unlike [redacted] who did not help one bit. I will provide any additional information needed. Review: I have bought some in-game items of the (cash shop) Reloaded Games Inc (APB:Reloaded) has introduce a few items which I have bought. 1. Joker box 10 20 pack (5 bonus) 2. Joker box 3 20 pack (5 bonus) event +20 so 45 boxes. After looking at my inventory, I have notice that I am missing some mail that was suppose to include the boxes. So after carefully counting I have notice I am missing out on the bonus boxes. Since these items are a gamble item. This means I have a good chance in winning a jackpot in this case (legendary item). But I will never know cause I did not receive my boxes.This is very disturbing and I wonder what I should do, the company is not willing to make an compensation. Since this is a gamble item, who will know the out come. I hope that Revdex.com can mediate so that I can get an solution to my problem and continue on playing en enjoying the things I purchase with real-life currency. My suggestion is to receive both legendary items, since it is an chance item. No parties should know the outcome. [I find it some how funny that you have come to this conclusion, how could "staff verifying that it was

involved in illegal in-game activities" when I have never done anything of the sort?.. Ever. No cheats, No scamming and No unfair glitching or griefing either 100%.

I did Have a long list of my gaming career prepared and the distinct lack of bans to my name on any game Ive ever played (7 years counterstrike, 10 years total with earlier games) and also a LONG list of logical points to also show how stupid it would be of me to suddenly start cheating now and throw my whole account down the drain. Like: The fact that I have spent so much of my time and money (RTW vet too), the fact that I KNOW cheaters will never get away with it....Ever, Playing all day every day on the same setup and from the very beginning and not getting banned until now? and at the same time, playing on the [redacted] ([redacted] version) [redacted] with the exact same setup but not being caught by the extra anti cheat they use too? Etc.. and the Innova account is a completely free account by the way, no money spent at all and still dont cheat on that one either. lol Ridiculous.

I really did have about 20 more locical facts to throw down here but its pretty clear you are set on perminently banning a Legit, Clean and not to mention Fair player with long standing contribution and testing of your game. Oh well, Really does make me sad tho.. I put everything into this game.

All in All, This gives me and my friends the perfect chance to boycott your game for good also you wont see me Rage hacking the patootie out of your game either (because im not a hacker sg lol) even tho I feel it would be justified seen as tho you are simply robbing me of time and money. I wont.

Review: I have an account on this game and was banned without proper reason. I did not do anything to break the terms of service. I play the game either at my home location or over a vpn, and have never done anything warranting a ban.

I have put alot of money into this game, probably over $600 over the years of being a member, with about 2 years left of paid premium service.

Review: My complaint revolved around the fact that I was falsely banned from an online game. K2 Networks fails to properly reply to my tickets. I would like an explanation as to why I was banned. I was falsely accused of hacking APB:Reloaded. I've never hacked in a video game and never will. I feel targeted, I feel powerless, I feel like I have no control over my situation.

Review: I've been playing this game called "APB Reloaded" for years and I love and supported it for the longest time spending over $1,000. Basically my account was mysteriously banned and their support system ignored me and wouldn't respond and tell me why they banned me.

I submitted a support ticket to them on December 3rd, 2014 asking why I was banned, and they responded almost instantly saying I broke their Terms of Service (Which I spent a couple hours reading through).

I then submitted another ticket immediately after hearing their response asking what part of the TOS I violated. I didn't receive another response for 4 days because they couldn't respond because I never violated the TOS.

So I am here 4 days later and they just copied the same response from the first ticket and pasted it into the new one, failing to tell me what part of the TOS I broke or why I was mysteriously banned.

They also immediately close the ticket after their very vague and shady response so I can't respond back.

Review: Hello, I've been trying to get support on an issue involving money on one of the Reloaded Production games, APB:Reloaded. For almost 2 years now, I have been getting no effort from the company to resolve the problem. The last response I have gotten from Gamers First, was about an update for a resolved issue. It has been more than 3 months with the update regarding the matter I am trying to get resolved. I have spent a lot of money on the game over time, but with this issue I have been having caused me to stop playing, there for I have been losing money and premium time in game. In the past couple of years, I have had over a hundred emails with Gamers First about the issue, asking about any fixes for my issue with the same response over and over. At this point I am about to give up with this company and game, but it is hard to quit considering I have put so much effort and money into it, which will make it impossible to quit over a problem I can not get fixed with the company. One of the other issues I had with the company was with the servers. Since I live in Austrailia, and the Hong Kong server was closest to me in order to have decent latency and play how it is meant to be played, I was enjoying it. Months later, they changed the location of the server from Hong Kong to California without notifying any of the players that put their hard dedication into the game. In other words, they pretty much screwed us over forcing us to start all over again with no support. After the server died out, Gamers First would not allow any of the players to get a refund or exchange on all of the purchases they have made to transfer to our different characters on a brand new server. Till this day, I am still having this problem. I have spent at an estimate 31920 G1c's, AKA GamersFirst Credits which is about $400 AUD, I can also provide proof if needed.Desired Settlement: I would at least like to have decent support from the company otherwise, I would love to have a refund on the amount of money I have spent on the game, which I do not see happening by Gamers First and Realoded Productions. Since their policy is a refund only after 3 days, I do not have a chance unless I get this settled with the people at Revdex.com that have the higher up saying, unless a Refund of G1c AKA GamersFirst Credits Is provided.

Review: On August 10, 2014 I was banned from one of Gamersfirst games APB:Reloaded. I have spent well over $1000.00 for ingame items. I had never had a warning or suspension of any kind on my account and I was permanently banned from both the game and IP banned from the forums all due to giving my opinion about something to a GM. A friend of mine cursed this GM out and was kicked and banned for doing such. I did take up for him by telling this GM that I did not think it was right for her to tell a grown man that it was time for him to have a permanent time out. Shortly after this I was kicked and perma banned.

I tried several times to contact the main customer service GM "Tiggs" for information on why I was banned but received no help or information as to why such extreme measures were taken against me. However, after making a post on steam about the issue in hopes of getting a response from Tiggs she did reply saying ""those who are rude to a GM get removed" . After contacting G1 support I did also receive an email saying I was "permanently suspended for inappropriate activity" and that if attempted to contact them again my support ticket would automatically be deleted without a reply.

Three days after I had already been banned and it was said by support that I was banned for inappropriate activity I received another email from support saying that my account had been banned within the "last 24 hours" for third party tools (cheating). This made very little sense, support had already said that I was banned for inappropriate activity and Tiggs said publicly "those who are rude to a GM get removed" So, obviously I was indeed banned for the incident with the GM, not cheats.

I feel that a permanent ban was extremely harsh for my offense. I do feel that a suspension would have been acceptable and I also feel that anytime someone is suspended or banned they should be able to receive proper information about this issue.Desired Settlement: I have been a very active and loyal player to APB:Reloaded. I am very aware of the mistake that I made and yes, suspension would be understandable. But, to perma ban someone who is a veteran player, a legit non cheating player, and high spending player of the game for something so small is unacceptable. I also believe that hiding manual bans like this behind the "they cheated" statement is absolutely unacceptable and a major abuse of power.

My hope is to get my account back. I have most certainly learned my lesson about speaking up to GM's and that is something that will never happen again. Although I do not agree with some actions that were taken I do respect the GM's and have apologized for my actions.

I played a bit the 01/22/2014 afternoon and when I came back around 9:00 PM, what was my surprise when I discovered "ERROR CODE 10008 account blocked". I never used a cheat or something against the rules on this account, the only thing who maybe made me bannable was a program who should make a window transparente to create logo on the game and be flagged by Punkbuster as a "third party tool". I can't access an account where I bought for approximatly 800 dollars. Its unforgivable! If I did something illegal I would accept easily the ban but i'm an honest player who just want to play in peace when I come back from my work... The reason I am filing this complaint is due to the unjust banning of my account on the 25th of June, 2013 by one of their staff members (who now is laid-off) due to reasons which the staff member never explained and were mostly based on his personal dislike of me as I have never broken their published [redacted] or [redacted].

I have spent over 500 USD on that account, and have had that account for over one and a half years before it was banned. I would like to stress that the account was not banned for cheating, and GamersFirst/Reloaded can confirm this by checking their records and seeing that my account was banned based on a personal decision made by an incompetent staff member.

Sadly, their support system has an automatic ticket-closure system for all permanently-banned accounts regardless of reason.

Upon contacting GamersFirst/Reloaded about this subject on the same day I was banned, I received the following reply: [redacted] JUN 25, 2013 11:43AM PDT Thank you for contacting Gamers First Customer Support. We regret to inform you that your account has been permanently suspended.

The description "inappropriate activity" is a term used to describe ambiguous banning, and it was used to reply to my ticket due instead of unbanning me and actually investigating the incompetency of the staff member who unjustly banned me.

I assure you that I have never broken their terms of service and I always made sure I play both ethically and with a high sportsmanship spirit, I was an active member of the community, I even appeared in one of our server's (Obeya) fan-made posters featuring all famous players.

It saddens me seeing that all the time and effort and dedication I put in this product and the faith I put in this firm getting thrown away by the decision of one individual.

I kindly request aiding me in restoring my account from GamersFirst/Reloaded, and thank you for your support in advance.
