Review: I have been playing a game from this company for many years and I have spent countless hundreds of dollars on this game let alone the 150$ I just spent last week on playing this game. Review: Well it started yesterday 10/19/15 I logged into my apb account and found my self to be blocked and a email saying this ''Your GamersFirst account has been suspended permanently for scamming Rxxxxxxxxx for an AAEPD Volcano. Scamming players is not allowed in APB Reloaded and undermines the spirit of the community and game." Well after this I go back and check the Code of conduct and I've recived emails when my Cap40 was stolen from a scam that APB does not condone trading and should only use that marketplace terminals to trade. I haven't broken any term and agreements I've spent more then enough money to this companyDesired Settlement: I would like to have my account unbanned and I do not require a apology. Many online services (e.g. Microsoft's hotmail email service) flag this corporation for fraudulent practices, assorted scams, and the draconian (and likely illegal) EULA. Review: I was un-rightfully banned by one of their admins, I filed a dispute on their website a long time ago to no avail, I came back to this game in hopes of playing again only to find my account had been banned for no reason. I found that a lot of people on the forum are getting unrightfully banned and I want to dispute this as easily as possible, I spent a lot of money and time on this game and I don't plan on letting this go easily.Desired Settlement: I want my APB account unbanned, plain and simply. Review: On June 24, 2013 I went to luanch A[redacted] and login. When I attempted to login I got an error code and that error code meant that my account was blocked. I sent an email to customer service and they gave me a generic response. They wouldn't even help me resolve this problem. I never cheated in A[redacted]. I spent ~$800 and had almost 900 hours on a character. This game meant a lot to me and for them to ban me absolutely destroyed me that whole summer. Over two years later I sent them another email and I got the same response. They've installed a new anti-cheat software [redacted], i'm sure if they had that two years ago my account wouldn't be banned.Desired Settlement: I want someone from the company to talk to me about this error. I demand my account to be reactivated or my money back. This isn't fair since there are actual players who cheat and they ban those who actually don't.

After having played this game for the last several months and paying for various optional services including for their premium membership, my account was blocked for an undisclosed reason. There were absolutely no illegal activities being performed under these account credentials and there was absolutely no evidence or reasoning given to prove otherwise. In fact almost every single complaint that this company has filed against it in the past 2 years has the same cookie cutter response. This company clearly has no intention of providing quality service to their paying customers and instead just brush them off as violators of their terms of service when no violations have occurred. I would like to know precisely what illegal activities my account is accused of as well as the underlying evidence to support this claim.

Review: I am a regular player of the online video game All Points Bulletin: Reloaded, published and managed by Reloaded Games. The game allows for in game content to be bought for actual money, with the content being tied to the account used to purchase it.On February 13th, after a patch for said game had come out, I found that I could not log into the game anymore, because my three-year-old account with which I had participated in closed beta testing had been blocked by Reloaded Games, thus making me lose all purchased items. I immediately contacted Reloaded's ticket based support and asked why the account had been suspended, and the answer was "inappropriate behavior" contrary to the terms of service, coming from an obviously automated message. I sent several more tickets trying to find out the reason as I am certain that I have never exhibited such inappropriate behavior. Some of the tickets (also automated) read that Reloaded had detected unauthorized third-party tools on my computer which allegedly caused the suspension, which as stated before is not true, and Reloaded have failed to provide any evidence or information on the "tools" supposedly used. Any attempt to elicit a human-written response from Reloaded has been unsuccessful and this is truly disappointing considering the fact that I am a long term paying customer. Finally I am aware that certain accounts that have suffered a similar issue have been restored on a form of probation, but this does not seem to be the case for my account.Desired Settlement: Restore/unblock the affected account, in order to make it functional again.

Review: On the 3/1/15 my GamersFirst account got banned permanently for illegal in-game activities, that violated APB: Reloaded ToS.

Now, this is my second attempt contacting the company through the Revdex.com service.

I have been banned for Real World Trades for In-game money/items.

I understand the ban reason but my Desired Outcome is different. I will expand about it on the Desired Outcome box.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: Merging items from my banned GamersFirst account, to my current GamersFirst account.

If the company would like transfering all of my Premium days and Weapons on the banned account, to the current account I am currently playing on. Premium is much more important to me than the Weapons, and I'd prefer having the Premium over Items. But if you'd be able moving both Premium days and Weapons, I will highly appreciate it.

As of today, the 6/2/15, I have - "2511 days 8 hours left of Premium" on the banned account, and - "274 days 8 hours left of Premium" on the current account I am playing on.

Transfering Premium days from banned account to the current account I am playing on, will make me highly appreciated for the company going towards me, and helping me on my case. Even though I have violated the ToS and I highly understand my actions was not right.

Review: I bought a digital add on for a game- a weapon in APB: Reloaded. Someone hacked my account and took the weapon, and I asked for a replacement. Unfortunately, Gamers First refuses to replace the item, despite the fact that I have the receipts and proof of purchase. Specifically, two items were taken from my account- an [redacted]. The OCA Nano costs real money to buy, whereas the Cisco Charge requires in-game money to buy.Desired Settlement: I would simply like the items restored to my account, or a refund for the full purchase price, both in real dollars and in-game money.

The company has permanently suspended my account for "payment fraud" when I have never once put a chargeback against them.

Review: I have been having issues with GamersFirst who I have been a customer of since 2011 and have never, asf far as I'm aware of, broken any violations.After four weeks of being inactive in their system, I logged in and wasn't able to enter my account since they said that I've been performing inapropriate activity which violated their ToS policy and that they there for have terminated my account. I've since contacted them with a complaint, requesting an explanation or just the paragraph of the part of ToS that I've violated. The answers from the support team of GamersFirst seems to be pregenerated since it's the same answers I get everytime, without any hint of actual costumer support. They don't write me back with anything relevant to my question, and it's always the same.This is of great distress for me, since I've been enjoying their services for the past three years. I can't recall any actions I could have peformed that could have resulted in an account termination.I've put this complaint under contract issues, since it seems to be the agreement between me and GF and the ToS that is the issue here.Desired Settlement: I would like this matter to be settled in such a way in which I either get a refund of the 1077 USD I've spent in the game for the last two years or I get my account reopened or whatever the laws of the US perscribe in such a case.

[I am not satisfied with the results due to me being 100 percent sure I have not violated any of the terms, and the reasons given to me in email doesn't seem right. When I contacted them they gave me a automated message and say I have had used a 3rd party tool which gave me a unfair advantage. I have pretty much been running the same software while playing this game for 3 years, so it's kinda of a surprise to me when they accuse me of tools which give me a unfair advantage. It is also worth noting that the company was giving me automatic responses for a few days, and they only gave me a proper response when I posted thread on their forum. During the past few days I contacted support again to get my case solved, and this time there was a nice lady who "tried to help me" I say tried because she gave me a option making a new account with the option to ask her for unban after 3 months. The company quiet recently has also released a statement regarding a false banwave in which people were affected from last year who got unfairly banned and just been unbanned for it. I feel that their detection software needs to be re-checked and must be faulty since I am not the only one who is facing this issue. There is also a lot of other customers who faced the same issue, and have also complained to "Revdex.com". The major flaw with this company is that the support give you automatic response instead of dealing with the customer and explaining why the issue has occurred, they also don't offer a phone number, so it pretty much leaves the chance of getting proper response from them "random". I have also listed some of the email's I have received from them below so you guys know exactly what I am dealing with. At the end I just want this issue to be solved, I have been playing this game constantly for 3 years and in all that time this is the first problem I have got with them. I am aware that it's normal for companies to make mistakes but it's extremely hard to contact this particular company if you ever get into an issue like this, and I hope they can improve upon it in the future. I will also want concrete details of what program they think I have used and how it affected the game. Since I am not aware of having any programs which give me an advantage in this game so it's pretty difficult to know what they are accusing me of when I don't have any programs which gives me an unfair advantage over someone else in game. Another worrying point I would like to make is that in one of the emails I have listed below they stated the following " These tools

for our servers to detect them. " , how would I be able to have unfair advantage if the program doesn't even need to be associated with apb.

Review: Hello.I recently got banned on my first account. that I had spent 400 on, & Rank 255 & I started over.. I thought i'll give it a try once again. But that was a huge misstake.I started buying G1C for real money. went almost to 70-90 within 7 days. I regret paying this money to them.I got banned for breaking the ToS. I mailed them back & asked for proof. They did not wanna mention that i've broke ToS. Mailed them back once again, no response. Now im contacting you guys & see what you can do. My other account was suspended for being dressed as hitler which is pathetic. I was max ranked. I had nothing on me that was breaking the "rules" & they still banned me. Review: I was playing their game APB Reloaded and my game account got permanently banned.

The problem why i'm contacting you is, that they banned my account and the support just gave me a copy and paste message

which didn't proof anything and doesn't tell anything about the reason they got me banned.

The banned me by an anticheatprogram called fairfight which is detecting hacks and 3rd partysoftware like macros, but I was not using a hack or any programs which was against their tos and could be detected by fairfight.

I contacted the support twice and both times they gave me the same message and just closed the case and didn't reply to my questions.

Review: I have been playing there online game for over 3 years now. It is a free to play game but you can purchase stuff with real money to help your in game experience. I have always followed the rules and never gone against them, and even reported people that have gone against the rules. I believe they have falsely banned me for unknown reasons.Desired Settlement: I would like my account to be unbanned, or a full refund of the money I have spent on the account for all 6 of my characters.

Review: I recently had my account with GamersFirst, due to their reasoning of using a Third Party Software, banned. I have never used such a program as the way they described it (to cheat/hack/mod to play the game in a way it wasn't meant to be played). I spent $1,019.99 USD on this account, and over 1,000 hours of playtime. I have sent many emails to support, about this situation, and each time they have sent me the same exact reply. I even told them that I would go to legal extremes, still the same response. I originally asked them to un-ban my account due to wrongfully banning it in the first place. So I am now seeking legal advice. I mainly care about the funds that I have poured into this game.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that Gamersfirst either un-ban my account or refund the total amount of funds I have put into this account, which adds up to exactly $1019.99 USD.

[I am not satisfied with this business's decision due to the fact that I was not participating in any illegal in-game activity. I feel that my account was closed wrongfully. I have spent over one thousand ($1,019.99) and almost one thousand (1000+) hours of playtime on that account. I paid for in-game merchandise, which I no longer have, and I feel this is failure of delivery of my items that I legally purchased. I would like one (1) of my three (3) resolutions to this matter fulfilled. 1: My wrongfully closed account to be once again activated and fully usable. 2: The funds that I have put into that account ($1,019.99) to be refunded to me. 3: All the in-game items (vehicles/weapons/clothing/gear/modifications) along with the hours that were on my main most used character, that were on my closed account, to be put onto a new account that I will make. I would also like to see the proof of why this company made the decision to close my account.]

[Again, I am regretful to say that I reject your response. The reason being is that I still have no feasible evidence other than your word that I participated in "illegal in-game activities". Unless you accept one or more of my three solutions that I sent in a previous reply, or provide me of the hard evidence I am asking for, you will have a hard time proving your case in court. I would like to not drag this matter any further and find a solution that is acceptable for both of us (Unblocking my account will be of no financial hardship on your company and it will get me to end this ordeal. If you do not accept my conditions, then you are accepting and agreeing to have this matter extended indefinitely, until I feel I am satisfied.]

Review: I was banned in one of their online games for a reasons not given to me. My account was blocked and I was not given any indication of what I did. I contacted support and opened up a ticket, but it was closed almost immediately upon opening. I was even streaming my game-play when I was banned.Desired Settlement: I would like my account reopened seeing as I did nothing wrong.
