Review: well despite saying that the vehicle in one of their product packs delivers as either the bighorn or mammoth (just the car not the parts packs) they refuse to achknowledge it, they have also lied saying this does not come with refunds or exchanges and it says so in the describution of the item whihc is completely untrue if you were to go to the products they offer no-where does it say no refunds or exchanges I went through their support about 6-7 times with them telling me this lie and saying no then instantly closing the ticket before I can respond they also dont look at the evidence I supplied via screenshots.Desired Settlement: I either want a refund to my account, the parts as advertised in the mammoth pak onto the account I wished them on or the completely unusable kits transferred over to my friend's account

They sent me an email that said You account has been suspended and will not be unblocked in any future events . Review: Hello, so I love playing Reloaded Inc's game APB Reloaded. I joyfully play it everyday and play with clanmates. I sometimes spend money to buy ingame credits to make my character look nice. Last night I got off around 1am. Next day I wake up and I find out I have been banned. I contact their support and they say I have been banned for "third-party tools". This basically means they think I cheated in their game. I barely bought my gaming computer 2 months ago and downloaded basic games and software. I looked in my computer and all I had was OBS (Open Broadcaster Software which is a streaming software) a screenshotter program, and Spotify. I had no third-party software that would affect this. I recontacted them asking if they can tell me what program their system detected but they gave me a general automated message saying I was banned for third-party tools and I cannot do anything about it. This is a false ban on their part and they have been falsely banning many others for "third-party tools". There is also no other way I can get on the phone, skype call, or any other system to talk to them in real time. This has to be fixed. I did not spend my money and time just to get myself banned.Desired Settlement: I want my account unbanned. This is a total falsified ban on their part as I have never cheated in this game before and their anti-cheat program is flawed banning people who play the game legit like me rather than the hackers in the game.

Review: I was denied access to my account containing 500+ dollars worth the product from this company without explanation or justified reason. I was alleged a victim of targeted discrimination by members of the staff, who make it a point to conduct themselves in a grossly unprofessional and preferential manner. Friends of the staff are given personal treatment for all their problems, and a quick positive resolution. People they don't like are subtly targeted, and removed, under their false pretenses. I have since been completely blocked from receiving any kind of help in regards to this, while "friends" of the staff are quickly and promptly helped even if they are at fault.Desired Settlement: I would like to be either refunded the cost of the products I have paid for which you have inappropriately, and unjustly taken away from me. OR I would like my access to these services to be returned in full without further discrimination or harassment.

Review: My APB: Reloaded account has been blocked and I have not done anything wrong. Whenever I try to send a ticket to try to contest my ban / try to ask what I was banned for they immediately close my tickets without a response. I've played on my account for 1 years and never done anything to break the terms of service.Desired Settlement: I would like my account that I worked on for 1 years to be unbanned.

Review: Hello Revdex.com or whom it may concern,I was recently denied service from GameersFirst with no exception of why or how exactly this has happen. I was then directed toward [redacted] another company which works with [redacted] in game cheaters. They should not take action unless there is further evidence other then random in game reports. In which this game every seems to thinks everyone uses such programs. And reports everyone they can. Also there has been a huge amount of favoritism going on in the community between certain GMs and players. Recently a lot of them were let go from GamersFirst I have read. This is a good step in the right direction seems.

This response from Reloaded Games is completely unacceptable. This character never will be or has been any part of any scams. It has never had any legendary weapons and only paid weapons and items from the in game [redacted] store. This character never has offered any tradable items in game for real money outside of the game or has tried to trick anyone into giving them anything or asked for anything from another player trying to scam them. This sounds completely incorrect and is a false accusation. I am completely appalled by such a response. I am sure no research has been done on reloaded productions side. This kind of support is absolutely unacceptable for a business to practice in such a way. I know valid research and logs would prove my character innocent of scams. I would like my account back due to wrongly being banned based upon your invalid research and false accusations.

Review: My steam account (sr_wootiown) has been permanently blocked due to a breach of their Terms of Service. I was not informed what part of their Terms of Service that I supposedly breached. I've attempted to contact them multiple times and received the same copy and paste email. I've spend nearly 200 dollars on this game, nothing really compared to some of the other players of said game, but for those of us who are of a low income status like myself, 200 dollars is quite a bit of money. The day I was banned I was at work and had no way of being on the game I was banned from (APB : Reloaded). To top it off, the last 50 dollars I spent on the game was literally within hours of me being banned. I find this activity to be extremely fraudulent. If the company that I'm filing my complaint against does not comply to my VERY simple and VERY reasonable terms, I'll be taking the company as a whole to court and they will be responsible for any and all moneys paid to the court system from both parties.Desired Settlement: My very simple and very reasonable desired outcome is this. I want one of three outcomes.

1.) My account to be unblocked and fully reinstated.

2.) I want a full refund of all funds that was put into that account,

3.) I want to have ALL of my legendary and retail weapons which I had to paid real money for to be transferred over from the banned steam account (sr_wootiown) which houses the banned character "Noto" to the new account created under the email address of [redacted] which houses the new character "NotoReturns".

Review: My account on APB: Reloaded by the name of [redacted]@gmx.com has been falsely banned/blocked from playing the game without any valid reason and without any notice given, and every attempt I've made to solve the situation is met with either me being ignored by the support team, or I'm simply given an automated, copy-pasted response. My account has had $630.00 USD invested into it. Reloaded Games simply refuse to offer any support and don't even have the decency to have any proper dialogue with me. I have been terminated from their service for several months and I have had no chance to even discuss the matter in a civil manner with them. This account has hundreds of dollars of my own money invested into it, as well as thousands upon thousands of hours of my time. This is my first time ever having any account terminated from their game, despite their claim that I have been terminated in the past. It is simply not acceptable to be lied to like this. This needs to be investigated, but the company seems to choose to pretend it didn't happen. Issue 1: The reasoning behind this is because I am considering deleting the character that has the items on it, and making a new character, and re-buying the items on it. I do hope they can refund the items for me, since I have been playing this game for almost four years, and I have supported the game financially for almost four years. I have spent at least $600 by now. I also don't see how this affects them in any negative way, they would just be helping a player out. If they do help me out here, I will be buying some more G1 Credits soon as an appreciation of my love for the game and love for your company. I love supporting this game, so I think you guys can help me out right now. Review: Not willing to transfer a character or PAID items to another character. So,

The money I spent, the time spent = useless.

Reloaded production is hosting APBR and had hosted a server in HONGKONG which was later shutdown because there was a shortage of players. G1 told us about the server shutdown 3 months after they moved the server. Then later promised that it will be returned back very soon, making us buy more things (all players)

Even after 6 months+ RP hasn't taken any action on this matter. And even recently they told us they will make another server for ASIA. And nothing after that..everything went blank.

So I recently contacted the RP support asking for character movement to one of their other servers i.e one in EU (obeya).The support told me the exact same thing they told me a year back. It is not possible.

A lot of items in the character are paid,including many limited edition items.Which they said they wont help me out.

I asked for character transfer, that includes the level of the character (R 210) and just the paid items. I dont even want the things I earned through the game play that includes (ingame cash, modifications, special designs that took HOURS to make-which is something very special).

Still they said NOPE, not possible.Desired Settlement: So I am asking for either one of these :-

1) Character transfer with paid items + character level and if possible the designed cars.( I really love them :( )

2) Refund all the G1C I spent on the character / if not possible all items bought on the account, before the creation of any characters on any other server, which I have made.(I bought a 20$ item recently on other server). They can take away the items, since I bought some items just because I had 50ms latency in HAN server. In EU serve

The Overseeing/Developing company has failed to make notable Improvements to Gameplay and Gameplay environments (Server performance) over the last 4 years (Since 2011)

Unfulfilled promises of game improvements over an exceeding long period of time has resulted in the consistent degradation of gamplay experience since the game's Open Beta in 2011.

A little about my situation:

Since 2011, I personally have spent over $1200 USD on this game and the products and services are unusable.

My Home server of [redacted] has suffered a severe population decline since 2011 and is currently at an average of 250 Players which is spread across 4 Player Threat Level Brackets, making for a very, VERY THIN player population, and there is hardly an instance where I dont play against the same handful of people over, and over, and over which results in complete boredom. In addition to this, the game's population is so very small on my server that it can take in upwards of 2 Hours to find a match.

The company (Reloaded Games/GamersFirst) offers NO Player-Character Transfer or Transfer of Paid Items (In game Clothing, weapons, Cars etc.) to other servers (which may or may not have a Higher Player Pool) by way of In-game option or Customer Service.

This has Rendered the Hundreds and hundreds of Dollars I've spent, and hundreds of hours of work put into this game, a complete waste.

I am completely unsatisfied with their Product, purchases Ive made in hopes for a better, improved game, and their total and complete lack of customer/player backing.

I want My money I've invested back (because I obviously cannot get my time and effort back) on grounds that this company has completely failed to uphold their end of the bargain (Improving the game and providing a fully functional product).

Review: I would like to start by saying that I have never once cheated on any game. I have taken pride in the fact they I constantly try to get better at any game I play and to improve myself to beat those better than me. I would also like to state the fact I had stopped playing and went to another game because I was fed up with the constant negativity with in the district chats and the failure to progress the game through the countless money they are making off of it. There were some days and even a week you couldn't even play the game because of the lag due to people hacking their systems or the fact that they can not keep up system requirements to up hold a large community like there is. On June 14th I decided that I would start playing, APB: Reloaded, once again. Yet, when I logged on. I came to find out that I had been "blocked/banned." It stated, "Account blocked...Error code 10008." Which is a permanent banned for using Third Party resources. I had been playing another game for 2-3 months before this time. In between this time I did not once log onto my APB account. The next day, June 15th, I submitted a support ticket explaining what I just said and asked nicely if I may have my account back. Two days later I was given a generic e-mail stating, "We regret to inform you that this account has been closed, as someone with access to this account was found using cheats which violates our Terms of Service policy. As a safety measure, we have a built-in anti-cheat system called PunkBuster which will detect and ban players for using third-party tools/hacks and or cheats.This account will not be unblocked and all current/future tickets will be closed with no action taken on this account." They continued to give me the GUID which is the number used for information on accounts from EvenBalance (PunkBuster) as to why they were banned. I continue to EvenBalance and submitted my ticket explaing the same thing and adding some new information. I had come to find out that some things like Overwolf, a tool for gaming, may trigger this ban and that it is a simple fix. I also stated that I had a virus at the time and if that may have triggered it. They replied two days later stating, "The supplied GUID has been associated with hacking or interfering with the normal operation of our PunkBuster software and has therefore been compromised resulting in a global ban from PunkBuster enabled game servers. We have no way of knowing who was actually playing with this GUID at the time the violation was triggered. We also have no way to know if the violation was triggered on your specific computer. Our system does not collect personal information and furthermore we have no way to attach a cheat/hack violation to a specific person. This ban will not be lifted as then the person who did trigger the violation would again be able to join PunkBuster Servers using this GUID." Basically stating that they don't know if it was me, on my computer, or what actually triggered it. It seems to me that their system triggered on something and then happen to randomly choose me.

It also states that it can't be attached to a specific person. Futhermore, the went on saying, "To be clear: we are not saying that you cheated as we have no way to know who triggered the violation. If it is certain that no one playing on your computer ever had a cheat/hack violation triggered by PunkBuster, then your GUID (cdkey and/or game account password) has been stolen by or leaked to someone who has used it on a different computer to trigger the violation. We do not have the means to help you find out who is responsible for compromising your GUID." They state that they can't prove if I was cheating or not. In which, is very weird because that is why I got banned as states here, "

We regret to inform you that this account has been closed, as someone with access to this account was found using cheats which violates our Terms of Service policy." So, GamersFirst/Reloaded Games states I was banned for cheating by PunkBuster. Then PunkBuster states they don't say I was cheating or not. Also stating, the fact that they don't have proof if I was cheating even if they say I was.

I have spent a lot of time and money into this game and I have done it without cheating or unfairly. I've played an estimated 6 months and while going through my bank account. I've add that I invested $1,500 into this game within that period of time. Then to be banned for no reason that they can't explain or prove. I would like your help to please get my account back. So I may continue to spend time on my heavily invested account.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology.. Through an e-mail or some other way. Along with a restoration of my account and/or all the money I spent on the game so that I may invest into a new account.
