Review: This company has banned my account which I have spent alot of money on , I have no actions of hacking on the account , but they intended to ban me with no proof of hacking . My email to my account is [redacted]. They have no proof of me hacking or neither I woudlnt hack on a game.Desired Settlement: I want them to unban my account which I have no actions to hacking in the game , I have play fair and never hacked

Review: I have attempted to contact customer support several times and am greeted with the same canned response every time. I have not played a game of theirs {APB Reloaded) for several years. I reinstalled the game and when I tried to play, I was greeted with a message that my account was blocked. When contacting them for support on this issue, I was told to contact EvenBalance support, the maker of their anti-cheating system. When I contacted them I was told whatever caused the account to be banned did not appear to be in error and there wasn't anything more they could do or tell me. I then contacted Reloaded Inc's customer support and opened several more consecutive tickets in an attempt to resolve this or at least get more information. Every time I get the same automated response to contact EvenBalance, even when in the original ticket I mention that I HAVE already contacted them. This account was an original preorder account, I believe I have paid for at least 2 months of premium subscription time, and I feel this is a terrible way to handle my legitimate confusion about what happened to cause my account to be banned. Given the comment regarding talking to EvenBalance, and their response, I assume someone gained access to my computer or account and was caught cheating. I haven't ever cheated at this game, and while I'm not sure when the cheating happened, it's safe to say it was between when I stopped and now, but I cannot even get any details as to why/when the account was banned. Given that this account should have some legitimate monetary value it seems at the least bare courtesy to give me some more information, if not unblock the account under some sort of probation.Desired Settlement: I would like this account unblocked. If it is the case that someone else gained access and caused the account to be blocked, it seems reasonable to unblock it as any cheat detection system should catch me and block me were I to cheat (which I have not to my knowledge), I would expect. At the very least I would like an account credit for the value of the blocked account applied to a new account.

Review: My account on the game APB : Reloaded has been banned for no reasons,I was playing since beta of the game, I get it banned after more than 4000 hours of playing, and more than 500 spent on it without ANY explanations, everytime I send mail to support for more details I just get the same auto reply again and again, I respected the terms of use, didnt broke the EULA rules, I dont see what could possibly make block my account permanently, WITHOUT any warning. I just get banned some day, without even know the reason, or an explanation from a gm, just the same auto reply they look to send to lot of people, I never used cheats or hacks, it would be so stupid to use hacks or cheats after all this time, as I was a good customer of Gamersfirst, I was hoping at least a correct explanation and maybe some help for try to unblock my account, but nothing, just thanks for your money and bye. I feel scammed, its a shame i'm forced to do that, but I want to know the answer, this account represent a lot for me. I met my girlfriend on this game, and we were enjoying playing, it was more than a game for us, it was part of our story :(Desired Settlement: Unblock my account. Review: Hello I come here today asking for a few things from the Revdex.com in regards to a game called APB Reloaded they recently added a new anti-cheat called fairfight about two and a half weeks ago.Now I was a victim to this anti-cheat,On 8/6/14 at about 6:00pm central standard time I was playing this game and was permanently banned from this game for supposed cheats,I tried contacting www.gamersfirst.com asking for some support and all I received back was a automated message regarding my ban.No proof of me cheating whats so ever they immediately closed my support ticket and said nothing will be done.Now I have spent about 800$ in this video game and for them to not give me any kinda proof is wrong.I have heard that the Revdex.com does not support anything to do with Gamersfirst all I am trying to do is get some unresolved support.Thanks alot for you're time and paitence would love to hear back ASAP.Desired Settlement: Wondering if I could get my APB Reloaded account unbanned so I can play on it I would love some assistance. Review: Hello, I have read on the internet that this organisation help helpless people all over the world to deal with companies that abuse their practice.I am a customer of sorts (a player) in their video game called [redacted] reloaded. I had a technical issue with their game launcher, it failed to download a file called [redacted] and I tried to troubleshoot the problem, also taking information from their forums, even joining with another persons thread about same problem and explaining in detail what I have done to troubleshoot. I got banned out of their game, as far as I know I got an autoban that resulted cuz I maybe copied my close friends files to try to overcome the technical issue that was preventing me from playing the game9 that's what I could find out on the internet). the ban reason **( the company) called it [redacted] violation autoban. I opened up a ticket and got after 5-6 days an automated reply not stating why I was banned.I replied and asked kindly to know the reason and to state they made a mistake, I replied on their forums asking for assistance, I also sent several messages to an administrator of theirs and had no reply to this day.I have to mention that the companies game is a free 2 play game, I on the contrary to other players payed closely to 500 USD to support their game, that's alot of money , money that I even don't have actually. Review: They have banned my account directly after I spent 40$ in their game, APB:Reloaded. I believe it was some sort of money scam and this is why it has happen. I have reported it to the mcountless times, every time the same reply, with no reason to why this has happen.Desired Settlement: I would like for my account to be unbanned, or for my $40.00 USD to be returned to my steam account ASAP.

Review: Winster.com is not up to par for automated membership service which I have contacted them via email several times and no response besides their auto-reply was they will get back to me as soon as they can. I paid membership fee twice (for Nov. and Dec.) via PayPal on November 24. As of Nov. 25th I am still not a member yet which they should have done automatically. I know how it worked which I have cancelled and renewed in the past since I became a member since 2008.Desired Settlement: They need to improve and up to par when needed. They need to have technicians on stand by 24/7. Membership should work automatically when renew or sign up.

I am playing the game APB : Realoded by Reloaded Games Pruduction.

4 months ago I got banned from APB, which is a false ban because I did nothing wrong.

I went right away to gamersfirst's support (gamersfirst holds the support to the game) and I told them about my problem and they ignored me; they kept on answering me with auto message saying my account is permently banned and no further action taken. I read the Terms of service of them, and found I did nothing wrong, I didn't use any illegal program / third party program.

I am playing this game over 4 years I spent over 1,000$ and more than 4,000 hours.

I sent gamersfirst over 11 tickets (to support) and none of them were helpfull therefore i'm contacting to [redacted] to seek for help, I spent too much time and money on that game and I don't want to let it go, when I was fully legit and did nothing wrong.

I also want to mention that im not the only one who suffered by false ban.. a few of my close friends also got banned and they are also fully legit players.

I feel like they took my money and then banned my account hoping ill pay all over again, but I won't, I did nothing wrong, I am absolutly sure that if they will really check into my ban they'll its a false ban.

it feels for me like a fruad, taking away somebody's money but when he needs the assisstence they ignore me.

I really hope [redacted] will help me, you are my last resort.

Review: Hey there Revdex.com, I've recently got permanent suspended in the game APB - Reloaded, and a friend of mine told me that I should contact you if I'd like to get some assistance.

It all started 2/3 days ago, when I was playing the game, I went AFK (Away From Keyboard) for a few moments to be with my dog, and when I came back I've saw my account was permanent suspended.

I've sent 3 tickets to the Game Support, and they literally gave me a copy paste "answer" and locked my ticket. (Yes, they did that with all 3 tickets. 2 tickets from the suspended account, and 1 ticket from a fresh account I made to contact them. 1 more ticket is pending for a reply from them)

This is the full ticket I've sent them, and this is the reply that I got; [redacted] (uploaded it to pastebin since I have not enough space here.)

I have removed all the privacy information from my ticket. If you need any of those details, I'll provide them.

[I am not satisfied of the company statement, since it does not gives me any DETAILED information on my ban. As I have been browsing other complains against G1 using the Revdex.com service, they are giving a copy paste answer which does not satisfies me. If the company will never unblock my account, I demand my premium and everything I have bought from the company store (Gamersfirst Armas Marketplace) in the past 2 month since I got banned, to be restored on a new account that I have already created and been playing. I have been banned on the 1/3/15, so calculate everything I have bought since 11/3/14 and restore them on my account that I have made a month + ago. Review: I went to log in the other day and my account was randomly blocked. I know for a fact that I don't use any third party programs. I heard overwolf sometimes cause problems with this and I was using overwolf (the teamspeak overlay thing). I also don't know if this is maybe because I killed a 5 start forum mod last night. Review: Was falsely banned due to Punk Buster stating that I was hacking in game, I tried to contact customer support in which they flat out told me they banned my account, will not unlock it and will close any further tickets sent in to customer support. There was no investigation into the issue, nor any attempt to resolve or even figure out if the ban was legitimate. There has only been 5 programs installed on my computer these being APB, Microsoft Security Essentials, Skype, Teamspeak, and Google Chrome, though it stated that it was due to third party programs in which I have none of, it may have been the engine on the new mouse I purchased called a "steel series engine" though I uninstalled that as soon as I set my new mouse up, I only learned that this may have triggered it after some further research into the subject and Punk Busters bans, though in the past punk buster has been known to falsely ban, and there are numerous reports online as example.Desired Settlement: I would like either my account unbanned, or a refund on the money I put into the account.

Review: There was people circulating child pornography, when I brought it to the administrators attention I was banned. My issue with them is the false revocation of my account. I have already contacted the fbi as well as the rcmp.

Review: Ok well first of all I would like to mention I have been playing this video game created by the company K2 Network called APB: Reloaded for a little over 3 years and I have spent just up to $1,000 USD on it. My email registered for that game is [redacted] and in-game character name is "Wizard". Ok let me start off by saying since I have been playing the game for 3 years I am better than most players and hated for being one of the best because no one likes to lose in that game. So I was sitting inside the social district in APB: Reloaded when a GM (GameMaster) named [redacted] was talking to people about this recent ban wave where my clan leader was banned. That aside all the players see me running around and start to say i'm underage to try to get me banned. Next thing I know this GM [redacted] was messaging me asking for my date of birth, let me start off saying that I made my account 3-4 years ago when this game was in early beta and rushed putting in random details so I could play the game. I give my real birthday and my name to prove that I am of age to play this game, then GM [redacted] says it is against the TOS to provide false information on my account which this isn't false information in the first place and bans me from the game saying it doesn't match the date I put on my account which is ridiculous because the date I registered on my account proves I am over 18 which is the required age to play the game. I will now provide screenshots of all the players trying to get me banned and the GM "trolling" me and messing with me before banning me without reason.

Review: I got apparantly banned in one of their games called "APB Reloaded" for using a third-party tool, which I not. Players in this game are not able to see the different between a good players and cheaters. It's a casual game and for a gamer like me with competitive gaming background really disappointing to see yourself banned because Admins in this game are incompetent. I played APB for over 2 years and made alot friends and enemies. But the fact that I started to stream lately made even my worst enemies apologize to me that they made a mistake. It's not the first time a good players gets banned. People do mistakes. I'm not even that surprised. They switched out almost their whole Adminstaff. Review: I have been unable to reach customer service representatives, to resolve a problem, giving them a generous portion of time to read the messages left and comprehend and reply with a solution. This is an ongoing problem with this company. It seems the only way to resolve a problem with them is using the Revdex.com. I paid for a service I only expect to be treated as if I did. I have the account on the game called APB reloaded that is on a email account that can not be accessed by anyone and can not receive support emails to handle any problems that may occur now or in the future.Desired Settlement: I want my accounts email address to be changed over to the new email address. The account is currently using Gmail account [redacted], the new account email address is [redacted].

Review: I am an avid streamer of their game [redacted] Reloaded. I streamed every day I played. Providing free advertisement for their game for 3 years. I was wrongfully banned on my account[redacted] for reasons they refuse to detail specifically. I was even kicked and banned by a GM personally in game on stream.[redacted]. This was an unjust punishment for an unknown offense. There is no evidence of any TOS breach at any point. If this was for a harassment claim the first time offense is a maximum 3 day suspension. If this was for a cheating claim. There is no proof and no detection by their anti cheat provider [redacted]. I do not accept this. I was personally GM banned only. In what way has a GM taken it upon themself to decide I was cheating? While streaming your game? Stream located at[redacted]. As you know [redacted] does not allow the streaming of cheats or any hack program on their site. I have been streaming there for 3 years. I find it strange that they haven't banned me and never will need to. Yet one person has decided I am cheating in your game. There was no sort of anti cheat trigger such as [redacted] on my account. This was a personal decision made by a new staff member in your establishment. GM [redacted]. This error must be corrected.
