Review: The website that Reloaded games owns is Winster.com. I have been a member here since 2007, I earned enough points to redeem for a $25 online gift card and I redeemed on November 26, 2013. As of now December 9, 2013 I have not been given my prize. They first ignored me for 10 days then they finally emailed me and said they were out, then they emailed me with a claim code THAT IS NOT VALID, and now I have heard nothing. This is clearly fraud, I want my gift card. I have emailed them SEVERAL times and I get no response but the automated one. Why is is that others get their claim code ASAP but I have been waiting over 2 weeks?Desired Settlement: I WANT MY $25 ONLINE GIFT CARD TO AMAZON

Review: Over the last 2 years and even further back. I've spent money on this company for micro transactions on a game called APB Reloaded. I still have all receipts to back it up.

I've asked for a refund since I had characters on two servers and I've spent money on all characters on all servers. But they recently merged two of the servers which means that I now have duplicates on the same server. At first I asked them to refund my items in terms of G1C(Gamersfirst Credits) which is their own currency since it felt like a reasonable thing to do.

At first, they granted the refund and asked for all my personal information such as IP adress and more. Few days later they replied again, telling me that they couldn't help me and that it's none refundable. And since gaming companies rarely merge servers, this should be one of those rare occasions where you make an exception and grant your consumer that refund.

If I could, I would want a full refund of everything that I've spent on my account based on how bad this company treats it's consumers. Never have I been unsatisfied with a company as much as this one and It's beyond me how they are still allowed continue running this business. In my opinion, it's just a scam.

It's like I'm buying an [redacted] and all of a sudden, [redacted] decides to remove an important feature on it which was the original reason to why I bought the [redacted] in the first place.Desired Settlement: Based on Reloaded Games Inc's bad and unprofessional way of handling things. I'd like my refund to go through in terms of real money back and not G1C.

Review: Reloaded Productions is an online video game provider, this may seem like a light video game related problem but it is not. It involves hundreds of dollars spent by the consumer (me). My account has been locked and I was wrongfully accused of cheating. Reloaded Productions has no proof of it, simply because I have never cheated. They refuse to disclose the real reason of my account being locked. I contacted costumer support 4 times only to get a vague automated response; "Someone with access to this account was observed performing an inappropriate activity which violates our posted Terms of Service policy." I did not break their Terms of Service policy, and they refuse to tell me what part of it I would have broken. With the help of a few supporters [redacted] I was informed of the possibility that my account had been blocked for having played with a Cheater. The game, APB Reloaded, randomly picks players to be put in one team against another. Me, as well as the other members of the RANDOMLY created team, were all banned when the real cheater was caught. I have found and contacted one of the other wrongfully blocked player who is just as displeased as I am. Yet, Reloaded production support still refuses to give a proper case analysis.Desired Settlement: Unblocking of my account and if not, a proper case analysis followed by the reason why I was blocked.

Review: I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on this game and never even receieved a warning nor a notification as to what was going on, when the ban occurred, why I was being banned and the reason behind it. Considering I have spent over 400$ I think I should be treated a lot better than what I am being treated.

Review: Gamer's first aka reloaded games has blocked my account for some unknown reason after I have spent over 30 dollars in the game recently. and I own 3 Legendary guns and have a high ranked account in gamer's first. I have not violated any contract issues at all. My account has been blocked and I cannot log in now. Review: I have been a long time customer with this company.

A few months ago my account was hijacked. I have sent a support ticket to the company to help me resolve this issue, and they have confirmed that it was hijacked. They have also confirmed that I was the owner of the account. They asked me to send the some personal information to change the account details in order for me to retrieve it.

It took a month before I received a reply, even though they keep saying that I should get a reply within 1-2 weeks. During this month, I was still unable to access my account.

However, this reply stated that my account was permanently suspended due to behavior contrary to the policies of their Terms of Service.

So they verified that my account was hijacked, they verified that I was the owner and then they suspended the account for something that I have not done.Desired Settlement: As I've stated before. I've been a long time customer with this company, and I've spent a lot of money.

My account has been suspended, and all traces of the account have been terminated. It's as if the account itself has been deleted.

Therefore, I'd like to get a refund.

By a sheer stroke of luck, I have managed to get short contact with one of your staff. I was told that the proof you have consists of login data of my account from different countries. I was promptly told that it was impossible for me to have logged in from these different places, and therefore must have been me selling my account.I have asked if I could know what countries these are, and if I could verify that it was me. Obviously, this was ignored.

Review: Spent about 200$ roughly in this game "Free to play" but you can buy items and a Service called "premium" that gives you 30 day's or more of extra boost in money and experience. I was in a clan that was deemed a cheater clan and the GM's of APB reloaded Aka. Gamersfirst banned everyone in the clan that was affiliated people that don't cheat yes there was probably some cheaters in it I just joined because it was people to play with I I even had a friend that was banned for posting on the forums and the GM went and banned him for no reason I was kicked from the game by GM for no reason given is what it said and when I logged back in I was banned. this is not the first time they have done this I have checked my GUID to Punkbuster and there is no bans on record. I find this Discriminating and UNJUST and I would either like to get my account back with all items and time added back for my premium I had for 154 day's or so if that's not the case I will like all the money I spent refunded back to my paypal accountDesired Settlement: I would like the 185$ I have spent on this game refunded back to my account the ban they gave was unjust and basically racist in a way for being affiliated in the same clan / group in the game. if you need my Paypal log record's please let me know I will provide them.

Review: Gamersfirst(Reloaded Productions) has had a false account block incident involving several accounts and as a result blocked my account.I contacted them through their ticket system, they refused to hand reply, only auto replies and closures. Review: I have purchased two lifetime account weapons. The Silenced HVR PR1 and the Star LCR PR2. Both of which where accidentally deleted on both of my characters. My characters names are DaringDo and GabbyGums on Joker NA EAST. I submitted a ticket with customer support about a week and a half ago. Review: I am an Apb:Reloaded Veteran Player, highly skilled player.

I played this gamer over 3,900 hours, 3-5 hours a day. spent about 400-500$ on this game, never used any illegal Third-party software/cheat or any kind of macros.

I was fully legit player and I didn't do anything that I shouldn't according to the Terms Of Use.

I got banned, and I have no idea why, I contacted gamersfirst's support, they didn't give me a satisfied answer nor helping me.

I can't describe how I feel about this ban, I am really upset and desperate. My Gamers First (specifically APB Reloaded) was hacked and the account e-mail was changed December 14, 2014. I did not notice since I was taking a short break with the game. I am not sure how it was hacked, it may have something to do with my e-mail getting hacked as well. My guess is that the hacker took a screenshot of my registration of my Gamers First account that was in my e-mail, dating back June 3rd, 2011. The flaw with their support is two-fold. If your account gets hacked and the e-mail gets changed, the e-mail you receive (the generic "click here if you did not authorize this") sends you to their support website. However, it forces you to login to send a ticket in, which is problematic because you do not have an account since it was just hacked. I made an alternative one and for this reason I had to deal with support from an alternate account. The second problem is that they barely respond and if they do, they give you generic answers.

I contacted support around December 24, 2014 in attempt to restore my almost 4 year old account. At first, I was given my account and noticed that someone had in fact been using it and making purchases on it. It then got taken back the next day and the e-mail changed again by a support admin without my knowledge. I got it back a couple weeks later for a couple more days, and lost it a third time to the hacker (or whoever it is that keeps taking my account). Some admin on another ticket must be changing it and being duped by the hacker.

I have supplied Gamers First support with a plethora of credible evidence and get such poor customer service in respond. I have sent in pictures of purchases I made as early as 2012, my license, picture of my credit card, and bank statements. I have also sent them registration of my account and the e-mail showing my account e-mail was changed on December 14, 2014 (and that I did not authorize this.Desired Settlement: Restore my account to the original e-mail address so that I can continue playing. Put a lock on the account e-mail address so that it cannot be changed without contacting me first, or something similar to that nature. I also want all my items restored if they happen to be missing and compensation for the 2 months of not having an account.

Review: I got permanently banned on October 24th, 2013 by a GM after finding a glitch in the game. I was about to report that to the company's bug report area. Review: Day 10th of june, my account on the companies game : APB:Reloaded was permanantly suspended under charges of usage of "Hacks" or cheats by the anti cheat software [redacted], this anti cheat system has triggered and banned on a few legitimate people and they have been unbanned from the game.

After explaining the situation to their support desk and requesting investigation, [Case #: [redacted]] I got a standard copy paste reply without intent to help a long standing player (around 2000 hours in the game) and whom has spent near to 400$ in said game's microtransationsDesired Settlement: I'd like a refund of the 400$ if my account continues being suspended OR removal of the suspension since this anti system[Fairfight] is known to flag the few players that are outstanding in their ability

Review: Reloaded Games suspended access to my account after alleging I used unauthorized third party tools when accessing there services, this however did not happen, as I was not using any of there services at the time of the alleged issue, nor did they provide proof of this wrongdoing in accordance with there own terms of service and EULA, sending only one email reply stating my account would not be reviewed any further, and all support to me was ceased.

Review: As a normal player in this game I would expect for Gamers First/Reloaded Production to do some sort of investigation into the reason, or reasons as to why I was banned. I dont know why I was banned, I have multiple emails showing that I had recieved an automated response from the company's Customer support, and after multiple tickets it became apparent that they wouldnt not respond, after being banned once, I pushed the matter to the side forgave, forgot and played on a second account. This account too got banned and I received multiple emails(all of which I have kept from both accounts being banned) which are all except for two(and even these two are identicle to each other) the same. I was not given specifics on why I was banned, and to this day I do not know why I was banned. I've given this company my money and I expected to be treated fairly and given a chance to prove I'm not in the wrong.Desired Settlement: I want both of my accounts unbanned, an investigation is allowed to be conducted on me if necessary. If I am not able to be unbanned on both accounts, I would like to have every item I've paid for to be refunded into a Paypal account.

Review: I have played on the Winster site for 3 years. I play under my nickname [redacted] and my user name is [redacted]. In November, I was charged for 3 memberships instead of one. Paypal got my money back for me. This month when I tried to downgrade to a basic membership, I was charged for a silver. I have no membership at all right now. I also just paid for a day pass tonight they took the money for it but haven't given me that either. When Reloaded Games first took over Winster, the site was run in a decent manner. Now all they do is rip people off and steal their money. Their customer service is atrocious and almost non-existent. I think it's a shame that a nice site where people come to have fun and make friends has turned into this.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the silver membership plus the one day pass that I purchased but have not received. That is 7.49 for the membership and 1.00 for the day pass for a total of 8.49. This site needs to be monitored so it stops ripping people off.
