We understand that the customer was dissatisfied with the services provided to themThe customer received a full refundA copy of the refund check is attached, Exhibit As for the customer's allegations towards our services, we consider them premature and unsupportedWe provided the customer with the log in to our proprietary platform, gave them detailed instructions on how the system works and the best way to use it to maximize customer's satisfactionBesides broad options of marketing and educational tools which are available to the customer upon receiving the individual log in, the customer was supposed to obtain a minimum of three BPO assignments on which we were to assist the customerAttached on Exhibit you will see customers profile informationThe customer received an access to the platform on 07/01/Attached on Exhibit 3, you will see that the customer received BPO assignmentsThe customer accepted the assignments, thus agreed to complete BPO forms for all of the assignments and submit it back to us for review and further assistance within the time limitWe want to emphasize here that the customer had an option to Reject the assignments right away so we could find another agent to take on the assignmentsHowever, the customer agreed to work exclusively on those assignments If the customer has any further questions, they may contact us directly and we will gladly resolve any concern

Total Scam! Performed the BPO's and it's been a year and not heard back at all! First one I did was auctioned about weeks later and never heard anything from others It's been a year and I was promised a refund if no action in a year Numbers seem to be inactive now and no email messages returned! Run from this company

We acknowledge the fact that the customer was dissatisfied therefore,we addressed the issue promptlyThe customer was contacted by us multiple times in hopes of resolving any issues.On 7/21/2014, we got in contact with the customer; however,the customer stated to be busy and to call back later Our records indicate voicemails being left on 7/24/2014,7/25/2014, and 7/30/Also on 7/30/2014, an email (Exhibit 1) was sent to the customer kindly stating that we have made the attempt, multiple times, to reach out to them in order to find a viable solution in regards to the initial issue and the Revdex.com complaintThe customer stated that "They will not respond"This argument is invalid due to the fact that we have made the attempt, more than once, to get in contact with the customer The customer states no receipt was recorded for a charge of $400.Exhibit shows a copy of the customer's receipt that was sent to the customer's primary email immediately after the transaction took place .You will see our company's name and phone number on the top right cornerTherefore, we consider the customer's complaint unsupported If the customer has any further questions, they may contact us directly and we will gladly resolve any

After further reviewing customer's concern, we have decided to fully refund the customer and discontinue any working relationships with themAfter they have filed a first complaint with Revdex.com, the customer was notified that they are getting a refund check within several business daysHowever, the customer stated that they are still willing to continue working with usThe customer confirmed their decision via emailThe copy of the email is attachedThe customer then shortly changed their mind againWe issued another refund check for the customer on 5/27/assigned number Although we agreed to refund the customer, we strongly disagree with the customer's complaintOn their complaint to Revdex.com the customer states that there were no open assignmentsHowever, the customer received 11BPO assignments directly from usProperty IDs and addresses which were assigned to the customer are attachedWith that being said, we believe that customer's complaint is unsupported and misleadingWe are still willing to assist the customer with any questions or concerns they might have regarding the issue

We were assigned REO listings with themAfter researching each address, all properties were still in default status and none of them had completed the trustee saleTherefore, none of the properties were Bank REOs yetLegitimate REO companies are assigned properties only after they are not sold at the trustee auctionWe were able to report this to our credit card fraud department and have the charge reversed immediatelyThere are other website postings that have reported them as a scam

The customer received a refund from us on 3/3112014, as evidenced by the attached refund receipt Customer's initial request for a credit was received after the customer filed an official complaint with their credit card companyWe could not issue the refund at that time, since the customer's account was already creditedAs soon as the chargeback was resolved in our favor, we issued the customer the full refund If the customer has any further questions or concerns, they may contact us directly and we will gladly resolve any issue

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I have received the full refund as requested, however, I dispute the contents of the response as the company experienced "phone problems" while we were trying to resolve the situation The company also admitted that they dropped the ball in regards to our account as they terminated the person assigned to our file and never replaced them, which led to several other issues I stand by my complaint in full

I need to attach a message to my rejection. I was unaware that I would be unable to respond once I hit reject. The verbiage that I would have input follows.
I was contacted by “*** ***”, who is reportedly the “senior asset mgr”. I provided my concerns. I informed him that “*** ***”, reportedly one of his asset managers, contacted me offering three REO listings, and stated that he would place them in my queue immediately. I researched the three properties. None of them are actual REO listings, instead only bpos. I further researched the properties to determine that foreclosure has actually been started on the properties. When I contacted the banks that are foreclosing the properties, I received the same response across the board. REO had not been contacted to market the properties in any form or fashion, and have no authority to offer those properties to me as listings.
*** *** told me that his “asset managers” are not allowed to offer me listings, but instead must offer me bpo assignments up front. He asked what I wanted done, I told him I wanted the charge reversed on my credit card.
*** *** told me that he would not refund my credit card, but instead offered to send me a refund via check if I were to cancel the charge dispute that I initiated with my bank. I told *** *** about the many real estate blogs that I researched about his company and how I knew that he would merely send me a check that could not be honored. *** *** took offense at the results of my research, and became angry.
To date, I have not received a check from *** ***. If that were to happen, and the check is good, I will notify the Revdex.com, and drop the dispute at my bank. However, at this time, there is nothing that I have seen in my communications with this company that lead me to believe this entire transaction was nothing but a scam from the beginning.
