After reviewing customer's complaint, we have decided to proceed with the full refund that the customer has
requested. However, we do not agree with the customer's complaint as they received services from us in full compliance with our Terms and Conditions. We provided the customer with the...

BPO assignments for the possible listing of a property, nor a listed property.  Attached you will see our Money Back Guarantee form, where we clearly state that if we do not provide the customer an opportunity to market and sell 2 properties in the span of one year; we will refund the full amount. Attached you will also fine customer's refund receipt

I received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding an upset customer of ours.  I called the customer  initially on 5/8/2014 but left them a  message.   I spoke  with  them again  briefly on 5/9/2014, but they were just coming back from vacation, so they asked me to...

give them a call the following week.   I called and spoke to them on 5/13/2014.   The  customer  had shared their displeasure  on the fact that when  they called to speak with  [redacted], [redacted]  never picked up his phone.  The customer  also called our customer service department  but stated that they also did not pick up their  phone.  As a Director of REO Pro, I can  reassure you that this  is not how we provide a service to our agents.   I apologized to the customer and gave them my direct  line. I also provided the  customer  with an assurance of how we work and asked if they would like to continue to work with us.  The customer stated that they would the Revdex.com that they  would  like to continue working  with  us.
This letter is to summarize how REO Pro took actions after we received a complaint letter from the Revdex.com case ID [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the salesman verbally stated 6 months, not a year to potentially list a property.  I have been promised a refund for two months and there was no action done until I filed with Revdex.com of Delaware.
Regards,

Total Scam! Performed the BPO's and it's been a year and not heard back at all!
First one I did was auctioned about 2 weeks later and never heard anything from others. It's been a year and I was promised a refund if no action in a year. Numbers seem to be inactive now and no email messages returned!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. In addition, they confirmed that they will refund the $400 paid if in 6-months they do not provide a me at least one Real Estate Foreclosure Listings.
I would like to thank [redacted] for addressing my concerns and look forward to improved communication and a long business relationship.

I do not trust them. some sales rep called me offering few BPOs within 6 to 12 months. I asked them give me an active listing as example in my zip code - it took her a while to pull out a record - funny part is the address she provided is so obvious not a REO, or has any activities in the past 10 years... I suspected their business is scam .... she hang up on me after I questioned her with my concerns .... DO NOT PAY ANYTHING to them...

Review: This company called today asking for an upfront fee of $400 which they have charged to my credit card afterwards I looked up the company and found complants against them dating back to 2013 all for the same thing charging $400 and not getting the listings that were promised, some of the listings that they promised were already listed and pending with another agent. This is a scam and I would like my $400 returned immediately I have contacted them as well to reverse the charges, I am not interested in doing business with them.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund back to my credit card

Review: I paid $400 to them on 8/29/14 (see attachment for receipt) for the service of them providing me foreclosed homes that I could sell. Since that time they gave me possible listings that I did initial BPO work submitted to them, but the listings never made it to foreclosure and thus not available for me to list and sell. Since that time I have not been able to contact [redacted] (my contact) as when calling it acts like it is going to connect and then it disconnects every time. I am concerned as several complaints with the Revdex.com shows several other people that have not been able to get any viable leads. I do not want to be contacted directly from this company any more, but want the $400 refunded back to me as I did not receive any listings I could market.Desired Settlement: Refund of $400. I do not want any direct contact with REO Pro any more and do not want to do business with them any more. Do not have them contact me by phone any more.

Review: The sales person J[redacted] told me he’s an asset manager has 2 listing right now he could assign to me and that 6% real estate agent’s commission was going to be paid by the bank at closing of the property. (A property purchase price of $200,000 would therefore lead to $12,000 commission being paid out.) All I needed to do was to pay a one-time fee of $400 to be set up in their system and he would assign the 2 listings to me. However, after being set up in their system I was assigned 2 BPOs instead of listings. BPOs are Broker Price Opinions of a property established by driving to the property, pulling comparables from the broke'rs local MLS system and making adjustments. Banks pay real estate agents for BPOs but without any promise of a listing. They might not even decide to list the property for sale at all. They might not own even the property. BPO could be asked for in a short sale situation to determine what the property is worth and if a solution can be worked out with the homeowner. The homeowner still owns the home and neither the bank nor any self-professed asset manager can list their house for sale. Listings and BPOs are 2 completely different things. You can verify with any real estate commission in the nation that they are completely different services. Because of the false promise of services I demanded a refund which remains unanswered. The email address the sales person J[redacted] has promised the refund, but has not delivered and is no longer answering back. The phone number he gave me always leads to a voice-mail, not a live person.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the company honors it's refund policies and refunds my $400.

Review: I'm a Realtor in the state of Georgia and was approached by REO Pro last year. I was contacted by [redacted] who assigned a few BPO orders to me that I completed without any compensation and I also agreed to pay this company $400.00 with the understanding that I would be assigned listings in the future by joining this company. I have not been assigned any other BPO orders nor have I been assigned ANY LISTINGS. I have been aggressively trying to contact someone with this company without any success and I'm looking and hoping for answers and a refund of $400.00Desired Settlement: Have this company shut down and a full refund of $400.00

Review: I was contacted by this company to receive REO assignments and asked to pay $400 upfront for the service. I was given an assignment that is not an REO, pre-foreclosure, and does not have any foreclosure activity and never has in history along with the fact that this company is not associated with the property and should not be selling services associated with something that they have no relation or agreement to. This is fraudulent. I am seeking a full refund as I also was not issued any sort of receipt or invoice for the charge of $400 in question. I have sent follow-up's to John Harrison and have yet to hear a word back from someone in regards to this charge and the lack of validity behind the business model that is being sold. It is unjust to sell a service that is not actually theirs to sell.Desired Settlement: Full refund to the credit card that was provided along with an actual invoice of that charge and a credit for the refund in writing.

Response:

We do not have any records showing the customer provided us with the payment. We contacted the customer to provide us with the evidence of their payment to us, the customer did not respond. Therefore, we believe that the customer's claim is unsupported. We did not receive payment from the customer. If the customer has any further questions, they may contact us directly

Review: REO Pro contacted me to be a listing agent for 3 REO properties. My "asset manager" gave me the address to three properties that I know are active in the forclosure process and he asked me to do BPO's on all three. I paid their fee of $400 and completed the BPO's. I remember agreeing to a money back policy when I signed up. After completing the BPO's, I have tried several times to get a hold of the asset manager to no avail. I have even called the main number and it just asks me to leave my name and number and someone will call me back. No call backs! My broker came across a thread from a discussion on Linkedin about this company and everyone said it is a scam. I sent out a member email to my local MLS to see if any other agent already had one of the listing, and yes another agent did have the listing with a legitimate company. Now I cannot get my money back because no one will contact me. I fell it is a total scam.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $400

Do not do business with this company. Never pay them or anyone to do BPO's

This is not the way to do business and for any realtor who wishes to do REO's and foreclosures. Go directly to an asset manager and get on their list. This is in my opinion a misrepresentation of a service that the bank pays you to do directly. I must have been asleep at the wheel when I was contacted. LIVE AND LEARN.

We were assigned 5 REO listings with them. After researching each address, all 5 properties were still in default status and none of them had completed the trustee sale. Therefore, none of the 5 properties were Bank REOs yet. Legitimate REO companies are assigned properties only after they are not sold at the trustee auction. We were able to report this to our credit card fraud department and have the charge reversed immediately. There are other website postings that have reported them as a scam.

Review: They do not return phone calls and voicemail is full. They do not return emails. They guarantee listings if you pay 400.00 per year or total money back. I just want the guarantee honored. And a full refund but at least a phone call or an email this way it appears they just closed the doors and I have no way of knowing if they are out of business.

thank you

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my 400.00 back please

Review: On November, 3, 2014, I was contacted by phone from an "asset manager" [redacted]) about signing up for their program. I proceeded by paying $400 and took the online steps to become "REO Pro Certified" to receive a minimum of 2 exclusive REO/bank owned listings within a year.

I was told that if 2 listings were not received during the 1 year period, I could cancel at anytime and receive a full refund of $400.

On April 28, 2015, I emailed a "cancellation notice" to "ReoPro". Two days later, I emailed [redacted], the representative who signed me up, for assistance as I had not received a response.

I followed up with emails on May 9, 2015 to no avail. I left a voicemail message and send an email on May 11, 2015. On May 14, 2015, I finally received a reply. They apologized for "these unfortunate circumstances" and provided me with specific instructions to submit a refund claim to "[email protected]" "for the swiftest processing". I submitted the claim on May 14 and the company replied on May 15 acknowledging a successful submission.

The last communication received from ReoPro was May 15, 2015 acknowledging my claim. I have since emailed inquiring about my $400 refund on: June 1 and June 24. I have also called in between these dates but left no message as there does not appear to be anyone who returns calls.

The company has proven to be unprofessional and poorly operated.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $400 refunded. Please note that I have documentation of all payment and all communication.

Review: This company guaranteed business of a Real Estate Listing and Purchasers. I paid them $400 and worked for free. I completed 3 Broker Price Opinions, had to take pictures of different properties. This process was very involved not to have received nothing. I was promised a full refund if I didn't receive any leads or listings within the first year. They will not even respond to my emails. This company rips off agents who are struggling in the Real Estate Business. I am attaching the e-mail I continue to send to this company, and have yet to receive a response:

Mr. [redacted],

After our initial conversation on April 10, 2015, your promise to me was not fulfilled.

It has been one year from my investment of $400 with your company. I was promised

3 listings and leads, at this time I have received nothing. No listing or lead, no phone call. Absolutely no

communication from you or anyone within your company.

3rd request:

I have not received any listings from your company as promised. I paid your company

$400 on June 24, 2014. It has been 1 year with nothing. After the initial work on the BPO's,

I have initiated all conversations with you, not you with me, this is not a good way to do business.

I was guaranteed a full refund.

I want my money back. A full refund of $400.00.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my investment. $400

Review: I signed up with this company 11/14/2015 - I have not received any listings from this company as promised. There is a 100% guarantee. I cannot reach the company by phone or email or I have not received a response if it went through.Desired Settlement: Full $400 refund

Review: On 6/13/14, I entered into an agreement with REO Pro to do BPOs (Broker Price Opinions) in exchange for at least two listings within one year. I paid them $400 and received a "written" money back guarantee that if I didn't receive the two listings, I would get my money back. I did several BPOs (FOR FREE!!!) and received NO listings! I have not been able to reach REO Pro. Every voice mailbox for every extension is full and no one has returned my emails.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive my $400 back.

Review: We were contacted by this company who also goes by Ireo Pro, 1REO Pro and REO PRO CORP they stated they were an asset management company who saw that we are a reputable brokerage in the area and that they deal with Assets from Chase and Wells Fargo and that they wanted to assign some properties that would be going into foreclosure soon to us and that we needed to complete an exterior broker price opinion for them and when they went into foreclosure, they would assign them to us to list. They stated that we would need to pay them $400 in order to receive those listings and others from them in the future. Shortly after payment a supposed Asset Manager named Elliot Parker emailed us with a photo introducing himself to us as our point of contact. We have since emailed him with no response and the phone number provided was disconnected and when we call the REO Pro [redacted] phone number it just beeps like it is disconnected. Horrible Scam and I don't understand why they continue to allow this company to scam people. There are several complaints about this company. Super scam! I can't even get a hold of them to get my $400 back and not to mention I should be charging them for the 5 bpo's we completed.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and ask that this company be forced to stop business.
