We issued the full credit to the customer. We were unsuccessful in attempt to reach the customer regarding their assignments for over four weeks. Then, we received a Revdex.com compliant from the customer.
We tried to contact the customer again, left multiple voice mails and emails. Finally, we got...

to talk to the customer on 5/19/2014. The customer was very unclear explaining their compliant to us. From our side, we were always monitoring customer's files and work, but we could not reach the customer, and the customer was not responding to us. We are willing to refund the customer and discontinue any working relationships with them.

We understand that the customer was dissatisfied with the services provided to them. The customer received a full refund. A copy of the refund check is attached, Exhibit 1.

the customer with the log in to our proprietary platform, gave them detailed instructions on how the system works and the best way to use it to maximize customer's satisfaction. Besides broad options of marketing and educational tools which are available to the customer upon receiving the individual log in, the customer was supposed to obtain a minimum of three BPO assignments on which we were to assist the customer. Attached on Exhibit 2 you will see customers profile information. The customer received an access to the platform on 07/01/2014. Attached on Exhibit 3, you will see that the customer received 3 BPO assignments. The customer accepted the assignments, thus agreed to complete BPO forms for all of the 3 assignments and submit it back to us for review and further assistance within the time limit. We want to emphasize here that the customer had an option to Reject the assignments right away so we could find another agent to take on the assignments. However, the customer agreed to work exclusively on those assignments.

We acknowledge the fact that the customer was dissatisfied therefore,we addressed the issue promptly. The customer was contacted by us multiple times in hopes of resolving any issues.On 7/21/2014, we got in contact with the customer; however,the customer stated to be busy and to call back later ....

Our records indicate voicemails being left on 7/24/2014,7/25/2014, and 7/30/2014. Also on 7/30/2014, an email (Exhibit 1) was sent to the customer kindly stating that we have made the attempt, multiple times, to reach out to them in order to find a viable solution in regards to the initial issue and the Revdex.com complaint. The customer stated that "They will not respond". This argument is invalid due to the fact that we have made the attempt, more than once, to get in contact with the customer.
The customer states no receipt was recorded for a charge of $400.Exhibit 2 shows a copy of the customer's receipt that was sent to the customer's primary email immediately after the transaction took place .You will see our company's name and phone number on the top right corner. Therefore, we consider the customer's complaint unsupported .

This is not the way to do business and for any realtor who wishes to do REO's and foreclosures. Go directly to an asset manager and get on their list. This is in my opinion a misrepresentation of a service that the bank pays you to do directly. I must have been asleep at the wheel when I was contacted. LIVE AND LEARN.

I received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding an upset customer of ours. I called the customer initially on 5/14/2014 but left them a message. Then I called them every day, but could not reach the customer. I finally spoke to the customer on 5/22/2014. The customer had shared their displeasure on the...

fact that when they called to speak with one of our agents, they would never picked up their phones. The customer also called our customer service department but stated that they also did not pick up their phone. As a Director of REO Pro, I can reassure you that this is not how we provide a service to our agents. I apologized to the customer and gave them my direct line. I also provided the customer with an assurance of how we work and asked if they would like to continue to work with us. The customer stated that they would like to continue working with us.

the customer had more time remaining to be serviced by us. As to the changes to our web site, we input new pop up window with the instructions for the customers to help them with the web site and assignments. Therefore, we consider customer's complaint unfair. All of our customer service phone lines are working properly, and we respond to all of our customers' emails timely and accordingly. You should understand that it is our first priority to make sure our customers are doing well, and submitting their assignments on time. With that being said we always make sure the web site is working proper,y. With the dynamic changes in technologies nowadays we have to keep up with new trends and customers' requests regarding our web site.

I have received the full refund as requested, however, I dispute the contents of the response as the company experienced "phone problems" while we were trying to resolve the situation.  The company also admitted that they dropped the ball in regards to our account as they terminated the person assigned to our file and never replaced them, which led to several other issues.  I stand by my complaint in full.

As evidenced by submitted documents below, the customer received services from us in full complaints with our Terms and Conditions.

We believe that customer's sudden allegations toward our company are unfair lies and are very premature. We would much rather offer our services to another agent, to whom we can trust. Therefore,we deactivated customer's profile;all their leads will be reassigned. We have provided the full refund to the customer. Attached you will see a refund receipt (Exhibit 4).

We also tried to contact the customer back in regards of an immediate refund request,the customer was not available and they never returned the call. After further reviewing customer's concern, we have decided to fully refund the customer and discontinue any working relationships with them. After they have filed a first complaint with Revdex.com, the customer was notified that they are getting a refund check within several business days. However, the customer stated that they are still willing to continue working with us. The customer confirmed their decision via email. The copy of the email is attached. The customer then shortly changed their mind again. We issued another refund check for the customer on 5/27/2014 assigned number 1484. Although we agreed to refund the customer, we strongly disagree with the customer's complaint. On their complaint to Revdex.com the customer states that there were no open assignments. However, the customer received 11BPO assignments directly from us. Property IDs and addresses which were assigned to the customer are attached. With that being said, we believe that customer's complaint is unsupported and misleading. We are still willing to assist the customer with any questions or concerns they might have regarding the issue

Reo Pro is a total scam. They took $400 from me and promised me that I would have exclusive exclusive territories in South Florida and several REO properties for my real estate agents. I own Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Florida First and I have over 250 agents serving South Florida. They contacted us out for our experience and ability to handle all of SOuth Florida. I even had my agents do some work for them and they kept promising we would be getting the deal. The deals were with the lender and any day we should be getting the real estate listings. They really need to be shut down!!!
