This company misled me completely about debt consolidation they never said my credit would take a huge hit they never said my accounts would be charged off they told me I would make a monthly deposit and that would pay these creditors when I talked to Freedom Debt Relief who they sign me up with they're telling me exact opposite they told me all accounts will be charged off they told me my credit will take a huge hit so this is not truly no debt consolidationI was never told about accounts would be charged offoffThat's a huge thing to leave out when you're signing someone up on a programWhen I called *** ***  he was very rude to me and all he did was brag about his years of service in the financial industry and did nothing to help me with my problem about receiving different information from Freedom Dedt Relief His voice became loud he would not let me talk to his supervisor and told me he couldn't help what customer service said to me and when I said I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com he said I was threatening his company and his voice got louder What is the Revdex.com for if companies are going to try to threaten you or get nasty with you when you say you're going to report themThis doesn't make sense to me and I don't recommend this person to anybody or this companyThey give out falsified information and then when they turn you over to Freedom Debt Relief and then he said they can't help what Freedom Dedt Relief tells you if it's different than what was told when *** signed me upThis is not okay and this is not right

As I'm sitting here in tears overwhelmed with my current situation, I have spoken with several types of these programsBeing reluctant to use these services I received a mailingI called and spoke with Edgar.when I tell you what a load was lifted his knowledge of the program, his financial background his confidence in what he was doing was a good thingI'm pleased to do business with this company as Edgar represents his company wellCan't wait to graduate!
