I had contacted Personal Lending Group in response to a flyer they had mailed to me regarding a loanI reached out because I was in a tight bind and I knew I needed helpWhat I was doing with my debts was not helping meI spoke with a loan officer named Daniel Rodriguez and he was nothing but professional the whole timeAfter he got my file back from his underwriters he called and informed me that I wasn't approved for a loan but instead a consolidation programHe went over everything in detail and was respectable the whole timeIt takes a lot to open up about personal finances and I felt comfortable with him the whole timeI understood that this program was my best option because I was making my payments and I was getting nowhereIt has been about 3-months since I have signed up for the program and the only regret I have is not contacting Daniel sooner to get startedIf anyone is second guessing this option because of bad reviews I would suggest reconsidering because it was the best decision I've ever made

client called in to inquire about a loan from a direct mail piece that she
receivedOur analyst explained a few different options that Rescue
One
Financial offers including the unsecured consumer loanThe client was adamant
about not listening to any products other than the loan optionThe analyst
simply sent the client the link to apply for the unsecured consumer loanI don’t
understand how the client could say we are a bait and switch company and don’t
offer loans as she was APPROVED for a loanWe are an affiliate of Prosper Bank
and our application is directed through an API to ProsperOnce the client is
approved for a loan and clicks on the offer she wanted it will take her to Prospers
site to complete the full loan application and funding of the loanHere is a
copy of the link that the client filled out and received her approval from *** *** ***I would hope that after
reviewing this and being that the client received a loan approval that the Revdex.com
would not consider this valid complaint.
All of our calls are recorded and I would be happy to send you a copy of
the call. The client discussed the loan she
was approved for with the analyst, but didn’t like the rate she received. She then went on to say to the rep that she
wished she could work from home and the rep said I am sorry mam, but I don’t work
from home. He then explained that she
has days from the date she received the offer to accept that loan and she
then stated she doesn’t need the money and is in no hurry or position to do
anything in the next days. I would be
happy to supply you with any additional information to have this complaint
resolved or removed
