I paid (PayPal) for a pair of blue jeans, order #XXXXX, on November 9, 2018. Today is February 25, 2019, and I still have not received my order.
On November 9, 2018, I purchased a pair of blue jeans via PayPal and received a confirmation email with order #XXXXX. I have sent a number of emails asking the status of my order and always receive a standard "we're working on it," reply. I have tried to call multiple time only to get a full voice mail box. Today is February 25, 2019, and I still have not received my order. Revice Denim, did, however, take my payment immediately through PayPal. Please look into this business as it has to be the biggest scam. I had purchased these jeans for my daughter - it looks like their advertising is intentionally targeting the younger age group to scam them out of their money.

Desired Outcome

If Revice Denim cannot fulfill its end of our contract and produce the jeans that I purchased and paid in full, I would like a total refund.

So, I ordered 3 pairs of jeans almost a year ago at this point. I received ONE pair out of 3, about 3 months after I first ordered them. I contacted them multiple times and was told they were on back order and they would send them within 2 weeks plus give me a free shirt. This never happened. Today, I received a package from them and it was the same exact pair of jeans they already mailed me. They refuse to refund my money (although I don't see how it's a refund since I never even received 2 pairs) and refuse to answer my emails or phone calls at this point. This place is a just a scam.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! or you'll be like me and wait almost a year for 2 pairs of jeans.

This company is a complete scam and need to be investigated!
My original order #XXXXX placed on 11/9/18. Did not receive full order until, only received 3 of 4 items on 11/18/18. During this time I made many attempts to contact the company to find a status on my order as most companies provide this information hassle free. After weeks of emails, leaving a one star review on the Revdex.com, and having to file a formal complaint with PayPal, I finally received an email on 12/14/18 saying they missing item was being shipped next day. Didn't receive anything until 12/22/18. The some of items I received were not as described and did not fit so I tried to return them only to find out you cannot receive a refund only store credit. Which takes, according to their emails, "2-3" days to process your return request, another "1-3" weeks to process your return, than another "1-3" weeks to process your store credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return as well. Did not receive my store credit until 11/28/18. Replacement order #XXXXX made 12/1/18, have only received 1 of 2 items. Replacement order #XXXXX placed 1/13/19 still have not received my items. On 1/31/19 received this email "Thank you for your order from Revice! We wanted to let you know that your order (#XXXXX) was shipped via USPS, DHL GM Parcel Plus Expedited on 1/31/2019. You can track your package at any time using the link below." I still have not received my package. Tried to contact them to only get the same generic email 6 differ times saying "I am so sorry for the inconvenience regarding your order! I just looked further into your account, and I can confirm there was an attempt to ship your order. However, due to an error in our fulfillment center, it was not processed and shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience and delay. We have your order written down and will make sure it gets shipped out within the next 2 weeks! Again, I am so sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience!" This business is promoting false advertising on all social media outlets, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Posting "new" contatent everyday up to 15 new posts, email blasts, advertising that these items are made in Los Aneles and only take 2-3 weeks TOPS to send out. You have to spend at least 15/20 minutes navigating the site to find their "terms and agreements" which is completely contradictory to their advertising, this company is a complete and total scam thru and thru. I am done playing games and I am done with waiting for merchandise that will never arrive. I want the items I've paid for in a timely fashion within 7 business days or I want my money back in full! I have email documentation, recorded voicemails I've left, this is absolutely unacceptable and cannot continue. CEO *** of Revice should be thrown in jail, 315 complaints in less than three years should be ringing all sorts of alarm bells. If there is not already a Class Action Lawsuit filed against this company there's gunna be soon.

I want contact fro. the company as to what is going on with my order, I DO NOT want an email response saying two more weeks, the product I've order delivered in the next week or a refund in the FULL amount of $279.39 immediately, NOT STORE CREDIT!

Jeans never came, lies about when they will come
On January 5th I got a confirmation email saying order #XXXXX was confirmed. On Jan 9th they said the jeans are being made. On Jan 15th they sent an email saying it was in the 3rd step, and that it would take between 7 and 13 days to finish. They said it would ship after that, which would mean January 28th at the latest. On Feb 13th I emailed them asking why they haven't come yet, and they emailed back on the 15th and said it would be another 1-2 weeks. It is now Feb 21st. I have not heard anything about shipping. I paid 73.50 for the jeans, they look good and I want them. I don't even want a refund. Just send me the jeans.

I haven't received my product after waiting a month.
I ordered a pair of jeans from Revice on January 23rd, 2019. It is now February 21st, 2019 and I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation for my jeans. My order number is XXXXX and I paid $67.50 for the Ex Boyfriend / Harlow Wash jeans. I had contacted the company regarding the status of my order and received an automated email saying that my jeans were a pre-order and would take 4-6 weeks to ship. When I was ordering, it did not say the jeans were a pre-order anywhere. I emailed once again regarding the status of my jeans again on February 19th, 2019 and got no response. I asked for a refund if they weren't going to be sent any time soon but that was not addressed in the original email I received. I have seen other reviews saying that it has taken over 6 months to a year for others to receive their pair of jeans and I refuse to wait that long.

I would either like my jeans to be shipped or to receive a full refund.

I placed an order on 12/20/18 and have not received it nor ever received valid updates of my order.
I placed an order on 12/20/18. Order XXXXX, $65.80. I have requested several times an update of my order. I've received very little information. Every response I have received has been the same. Most recently, I haven't received any response to my request. I never received my order yet they took my money the same day I placed the order.

Jeans ordered in December, not received or informed of delays.
My mom ordered the jeans in December of 2018, it is now almost two months since then and we have not received them.
There has been no correspondence on why or explaining of why the delay is so long.
It was one pair of jeans, why is it taking two months??

I placed an order a while ago and it never came.
On 1/15/19 I purchased a pair of Venus Stargazer cropped jeans from Revice which were supposed to come with a free t-shirt for a promotion they were running. I received a confirmation email with my order number (#XXXXX) on that day. On 1/25/19 I received an email stating that my jeans were in the 3rd step of the production process which is embroidery that was said to take 3-4 business days. The email also said that after this step, the order will go to the washhouse (3-7 business days) and then "finishings" (24-48 hours). After "finishings," my order was said to be shipped to the warehouse and once it did, my order would be packed and I would receive a shipping confirmation which I am yet to receive. I counted the maximum number of days my order would take to reach the warehouse to be shipped, which should've only been 13 business days maximum, according to the email. 13 business days after 1/25/19 would've been 2/13/19. This company doesn't even have a customer service email so on 2/13/19 I had to use their messaging option through their website explaining my concerns. My message request # was XXXXX. After submitting my message, the website stated that my request would be reviewed and that I would be contacted back within 72 hours. I still have not been contacted back and am very concerned after reading other people's reviews on their unfulfilled orders. I believe they ripped me off. I know these jeans were pre-orders and would take longer than a normal order but when I just went back to the website and clicked on the page for the exact jeans I ordered, the website said "Ecpected ship date: February 28th." Yes, they spelled the word "expected" as "ECPECTED." So pathetic. But what I am getting at here is that I ordered my jeans over a month ago and they still haven't shipped, but when you go onto the website and look at the same jeans I ordered, it says if you order them today, the expected shipping date would be 2/28 which is less than 2 weeks from right now.

I want my customer service message to be answered to like the company stated it would be within the 72 hour time frame they gave and for my order to be delivered. I was really looking forward to these jeans.

I ordered a pair of the Uptown Stardust jeans on December 27. Still haven't received them or ANY shipping information and I was billed immediately
I ordered a pair of the Uptown Stardust jeans on December 27 2018. I received an email on January 6 that my jeans were in the 3rd step of production (embroidery) which would take 3-4 business day and that they were then going to be sent to the wash house for 3-7 business days, ending with them at finishings for 24-48 hours and they would be shipped. Assuming all of this was true, the jeans would've been shipped to me by January 24th. As of today, February 17 2019, I still have received ZERO information regarding shipping or where my order is. I sent an email on Jan 22 asking where my jeans are and my answer was that they were experiencing a delay in shipments but my jeans should be shipped in 5-6 business days. I have emailed them twice since then asking the same question, where are my jeans? I received almost the same exact message saying either 5-6 business days or 1-2 more weeks. Obviously automated messages. I once got a reply offering to change my address or size and I asked them to change the address which she quickly replied to saying it had been done. I have been checking my order status daily and the address has NOT been changed, as well as NO INFORMATION regarding shipping, my order status has been listed as "processing" since the day I place the order. I ordered these with the promise of them being shipped within 3-4 weeks. It has now been about 2 months.

I want my jeans sent to me now. I have a few friends who have ordered from Revice and love their jeans. They told me shipping took a little while but none of them have experienced a waiting time of TWO MONTHS. Please just send me my jeans!!!!!

I sent another email regarding my order and they finally sent me shipping information and my order is now on the way!

This company has DISGUSTING Customer service practices. It is clearly obvious at this point that they are stealing my money.
I can't believe this company. It's a total scam. My original order took months to process and I had to file a bank claim just to receive my order. Once my bank scared them into sending me my items, it was obvious the items were falsely advertised as to the measurements etc. I went to process my exchange which they seemed responsive to that. Now I realize that was just a scam so that they could steal all my money and not send me anything. They sent me confirmation that my items had been completed, but it's been a month and I've heard nothing back about shipping. I see my pending order is missing items, it's obvious they have no plan to send me what they owe me. I want my $123 back. It's sad the way people take advantage of other people.

I too am very frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service I have received from Revice Demin. I placed my order two months ago and have been lied to repeatedly about when I can expect to receive my order. Most recently was on January 30th when I was told my order would be shipping in the next two weeks. Still haven't heard anything. When I send an inquiry I am unable to get a realistic response, only automated responses. I am really hoping to receive my order soon. At this point, I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed.

Was charged for a pair of jeans but have not received them.
I ordered a pair of jeans on 12/29/18 and still have received them. I have emailed twice now and got an automated response in return. On 01/28/19 I got an email stating that due to high demand they were delayed in shipping. That was more than two weeks ago and I still have not heard that my jeans have been shipped. I would still like the jeans but at this point I would take a refund. This is ridiculous and it should state clearly on the website that it will take a long time for shipping. I understand each pair is handmade but I expect efficiency and clear communication.

I placed an order on 11/23/18, which was partially fulfilled. I have yet to receive the rest of the order 12 weeks after it was placed.
I order two pairs of jeans on November 23rd, 2018 (order #XXXXX). They jeans were buy one, get one 70% off and came to a total of $114.40. I payed by credit card. One of the pairs was delivered in about a week (the pair that was 70% off), while the other pair was never delivered. The pair that was not delivered cost $88.00. I have contacted the company several times by email (I cannot find a company phone number), and each time I have received the same generic response: "We have a high demand right now and are experiencing a delay in shipments. Please allow 1-2 weeks more, as production finishes up this style." The first time I contacted the company was on December 11th. I have waited MONTHS and have requested refund several times (1/13, 1/29, 2/13), to no avail. I have ordered from Revice once before and had no issues, however I will not be ordering from them again. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to offer any solutions other than to wait. I have waited three months and now I want my money back.

I was charged immediately and wait 2.5 weeks for a shipping email but never received one. I emailed them saying I needed my address to be changed because I was going back to school. They told me the change was made... but they never actually did it. I have sent almost 10 emails to them and recieve the same automated email every time saying to wait either 10 more days or 1-2 weeks. My recent emails have just started going unanswered, as so have expressed my frustration.
It is now Feb. 15, 2019 and I have no idea if what the *** is going on but I'm prepared to report them for fraud if I don't get a response.

I want my clothes! I have ordered from Revice before and never had an issue which is why this is so sad. I was such a loyal customer and now I can say I do not know if I will ever be able to make another purchase from them. I need my stuff to be shipped ASAP. Order was placed May 19, 2018. It is now February 14, 2019 and no product. This business has commited fraud & continues to take money from customers.
On May 19, 2018 I ordered two pairs of jeans. I paid over $100 for these jeans. The first pair was received 5 months later and the second pair has still not been received 9 months later. I have sent countless messages to their Instagram account as well as many emails. I finally received a response stating it will be a few more weeks. This business does not send out their product and does not issue refunds. They are stealing from thousands of customers and almost every sale they make is fraudulant. I am not sure how they are still in business or how the two girls who own it have not been arrested. The next step is a class action lawsuit to get back the millions of dollars they have stolen.

Purchased a pair of jeans December 27,2018. The website says "please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping" Jeans never shipped and they wont refund.
I purchased a pair of jeans on December 27, 2018. The website says to allow up to 4 weeks for shipping. After 4 weeks, on Feb 6,2019, I never got my order and never received a shipping notification or any updates about my order. I then E-mailed customer service for an update and they responded by telling me that they had "high demand right now" but did not offer any details as to where my order was. After another 6 days went by, on Feb 12, 2019, I wrote again asking to cancel my order and be refunded because it has gone over the 4 weeks the website said it would take to ship my order and they responded by telling me there is nothing they can do even though they have not fulfilled their end of the transaction and it has been well over 4 weeks since I ordered. They also will not provide me with any information as to when my order will ship. They have now completely stopped responding to my emails and requests.
After further investigation, I have discovered that there are several complaints about this business and them not shipping orders.

NOT one star-Zero stars. I too have not received an order I placed on Nov 26th of 2018. The website said nothing of it being a pre-order, although it does now. A couple of weeks ago, while checking on my order, AGAIN, the item I ordered had an actual pre-order date of 01/18/2019, which had passed *** I saw it....LOL. Emails get canned responses. Some of those very same canned responses are below in replies to other bad reviews. Every email, I am told they are due to ship out in two weeks. It is now going on three months. Really for a *&%$ing pair of jeans. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OF BAFFOONS. Probably started some young girls who thought they were entreneuers. That they are NOT!

STILL haven't received jeans that were being "worked on" as of December 8th.. it is now February 12th.
I tried to return a pair of jeans to Revice in october/novmeber because they didn't fit. This pair had taken months to get to me, but I understood because they say that each pair is made per order. I really hated the fit, however, so I didn't want to wait another 4 months for pants that I might not even like. But they only offered me store credit. So I settled to just exchange them. After sending the jeans back, I never received any sort of notification that they got the jeans back or were working on the exchange. So, I filed a claim through paypal. almost immediately they sent me an email saying they were working on fulfilling my order. That was Decemeber 8th. January 27th rolls around and I still haven't heard an update from them. So, I email customer service and they say to "please allow 1-2 weeks, or sooner." so I wait the two weeks. That ran out yesterday. So, I reach out again and I get the EXACT SAME email, word for word. They are obviously just copy and pasting the same responses to every email they get. I emailed them back saying that it is ridiculous and I just want my money or my jeans. I don't know if this is a scam or what the deal is, but I am tired of waiting months for a pair of jeans.

Venus Flares / Eclipse Wash - 27 is a PRE-ORDER item and is expected to ship within the next 2 weeks.

Pre-order dates are listed on our website as estimates under the product descriptions. I completely understand how frustrating this can be, however each item is custom made and made to order. The longer wait times are normal as these items go through a rigorous creation process to ensure authenticity and quality.

We sincerely apologize for the delay, but appreciate your patience so much!

The pre-order date has passed and if this was the case you would say so in the first place. If it isnt going to be shipping in "1-2 weeks or sooner" then don't say that. I was told in December that they were being worked on. I want my money back in my account.
