Customer service, or lack there of, has declined my request for a full refund, despite my order being over a month late.
After finding out about Revice Denim from Instagram, I purchased a pair of jeans from their website in December 2018. I knew that the jeans may take some time to ship because they were made to order, and thought that the initial delay was because of the holidays. Upon receiving them mid-January 2019, I realized I had to send them back for a larger size. This took place back in January 2019 and I still have not received my jeans.

After multiple follow-ups on the tracking of my package, the Revice team notified me that due to a large amount of requests and orders they would have to cancel my order and reprocess it. This dumbfounded me, not only because it took days for someone to respond to my original email requesting an update on my order, but isn't it part of an online business to receive many orders and process all of them?

Now it is mid-February 2019 and I reordered my jeans for the second time. Last week I followed up three times (because their customer service is so bad that no one responds to the first email). I was then notified again that there was an issue in my order and that there was a manufacturing issue with the type of jeans I wanted, as they did not do well after being washed. This is a MAJOR fault in the way the jeans are made, making me not want them anymore. Of course I was denied a refund based on company policies. However, company policies also state that my jeans will be shipped in 5-9 days and that the quality of my jeans are worth the $70 I spent, not shredding after one wash.

Then the customer service representative said they could cancel my order, give me another refund, and process it again. What part of I want my jeans now that I've been waiting for since January 2019 do they not understand? Why would I want my order cancelled? And now no one is responding to my emails about next steps and what it really means that now my jeans are not made properly. Of course, after complaining, they said the jeans are fine now, but that just doesn't make sense at all.

Basically I want a full refund. This is probably the worst customer service I've ever received in my entire life. No one has been helpful, responsive, and clearly the quality of the jeans are good to be worth all of this hassle. It's also infuriating that no one responds to any of my emails.

I ordered TWO pairs of jeans on Dec 3, 2018.I received ONE pair in MARCH. I have tried to contact them many times,no response. I was charged for both
The order number is XXXXX. I placed the order on December 3,2018. I received one pair in March. Never received the other pair. My card was charged the minute I placed the order. I have called and emailed too many times to count. The only responses I get are standard automatic emails clearly stock because they all say the exact same thing and never include any specific details from my order. I order using my MasterCard. The amount for both pairs of jeans was approximately 160.00

I placed an order on December 1st 2018 and have not received my full order and only receive a form letter, but no advice on receiving my order
On 12/1/2018, I placed an order for the Athena long pants size 27, for 70 dollars,and the Athena shorts, size 27, for 64 dollars. I was told as per their sale it would take 3-4 weeks. I received the long pants in January and still have not received the shorts. I have emailed them approximately 8 times and they send a form letter that my order #XXXXX is almost ready and will be shipped soon. I asked for a refund and still receive the form letter in response. There is not a phone number for this company to speak to a person. I would like either a refund or the shorts, but do not believe they will deliver either. This is not a reputable Buisness from what I can see. Please help me in this matter. It has been 3 and a half months. Thank you

I bought a pair of jeans that were supposed to ship the next day. A month later, they claim they are still making them.
I bought a pair of jeans on feb 14th. The website said that the jeans would be sent out the next day. There is no phone number to call. I have filled out a complaint form multiple times and they keep telling me that my jeans are still being produced at the warehouse. The website said they would be shipped the next day though, so they are lying. Each time I message them, the say that my jeans will be shipped within the next week. I finally got an email today saying that my package was on the way.... just told find out that they are sending me a t-shirt and NO JEANS. They claim they are still making them! They refuse a refund and keep prolonging the shipping date.

I ordered a pair of jeans on January 5th and still have not received them on March 14th. Tried cancelling order several times and got no response.
I bought the pair of jeans on January 5th. After reading reviews of the company, I tried to cancel my order several times within the next few days because I didn't want to get scammed out of my $75. They responded to me once, but never cancelled the order or returned my money. Now, it's March 14th and my order is still processing. I either want my jeans or want my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The jeans are cute and good quality HOWEVER...it is nearly impossible to make an exchange because Revice will not respond! They had my email wrong so the return label couldn't be printed. Supposedly fixed the issue but didn't. Emailed them twice more. Still no response and no way to return!! This is the second time I've had trouble with returns!! I've only ordered twice sooo.... ! I won't order there again!

I excitedly ordered a pair of jeans on the 18th of February. It is now the 15th of March and I just received an email saying my order was shipped. I was relieved to see that they did follow through with the "ships in 3-4 weeks" note on the website, though they were cutting it close. As I lay in bed thinking of all the cute outfits I can make with these star jeans, I received an additional email regarding my order. Confused, I opened the note to see that only part of my order was sent. The item that was shipped out was my free Revice t-shirt that they give you because it takes so fking long to get your jeans they distract you with a *** tee. Apparently they are "busily working on finishing my jeans" but i'm not sure how it can take over a month to make a pair of jeans when China pumps out 2,000 jeans in a day. Granted these ought to be better quality but for the time it's taking to get these pants I think I could have done it myself.
So if you hope to have a nice pair of jeans before you pass *** don't order from Revice because all you will receive is a free t-shirt instead.

I am looking to receive the exchange I was promised 2 months ago.
In late December I filed a claim with the Revdex.com because I had been trying to contact the company for months about a return label and exchange that the company owed me. The dispute was resolved when they finally answered me and provided the return label on 1/30/2019. I thin promptly shipped the items back, and requested the same items in a larger size of 32". The packaged was delivered to their address in California on 2/19/2019 as proven below by the USPS tracking. 3 days prior I reached out to a representative asking them to confirm with me when they got the package, but there was no response. When I checked the package tracking and found out it had been indeed delivered, I sent a follow up email on 2/21/2019 asking them to update me when my exchange had shipped out. I still have not been contacted and have received no items and it has been almost a month since they received my package.

I would like the two pairs of jeans to be immediately shipped out, and to be contacted when they do with a tracking number. I want to be assured that this time they will be in the right size a 32".

Ordered the product was never told it would take three weeks until after purchase. It has been over a month I still have no received my product. They haven't even been shipped. The company messed up and when I asked for my money back they said no. Been very unhelpful and shady.

I ordered jeans as a Christmas present on 12/1/208. As of today 3/12/2019, I have not recieved my order. I have contacted the company numerous times.
I made my order for a pair of jeans on 12/1/2018. As of today, March 12, 2019, I have NOT received my jeans and they have not been shipped. I have tried to contact the company several times. They continue to promise that they will ship out within two weeks. It has been OVER 100 days. They will not offer a refund and they basically stole my money. Terrible customer service. Their website should state that orders take well over 3 months to ship one pair of jeans.

I think their product is super cute but definitely not worth the time or effort it has taken to try to get a pair of jeans. These were originally a Christmas present. I just want my money back and want to warn people about the time and and lack of service from this company. I think 100 days is way too long to be promised a product.

I ordered a pair of jeans from their online website and paid $64.33. It was a preorder pair and the estimated ship date was January 30. It is not March 9 and I have not received them. My order number is XXXXX. I know Revdex.com has a lot of complaints against this company too and it is a scam company, but it has 120,000 followers on Instagram and I never considered it to be a scam. Please help get me a refund and shut them down

I got an email on February 26th saying my yin yang b&w skirt had shipped, but it is nowhere to be found. And Revice's customer service is awful!
I ordered the yin yang skirt b&w around the 22nd of February and then got an email on the 26th of February saying that my item had been shipped. But it is now March 10th and my order is no where to be found. I even did the "track my shipment" link and it just had updates from February 27th. My order number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
And I even requested to contact Revice and they say they get back within 24-72 hrs and I've heard nothing from them. Countless emails and I've heard nothing back from them. I've read scary reviews about Revice and I'm not sure if it's a scam or not, but my order was NOT on preorder so I should've already gotten it. So irresponsible on Revice's part to not be answering any emails or requests to contact. Bad bad bad customer service. I just want my skirt that I paid for!!!

I just want my skirt to be delivered! That is all I ask, and it should've already been here. But Revice is so hard to get ahold of, and there is no way I can get them to contact me other than this. Please I just want my skirt!

Order Never Delivered, Cannot get in contact with the business, tried to cancel order they would not let me
On Saturday, December 29th 2018, I ordered a pair of Venus Crops Stargazer Wash size 29 for a total of $60.80 which was immediately taken from my account. Once I read the preorder shipment date to be November 2018, I immediately sent in a request to cancel the order on December 29th. The website states that you may cancel the pre-order within 72 hours. I received an automated reply on January 2nd (three days later) saying they were unable to cancel my order due to my request not being submitted in time. I then received an email on January 8th that my order was "almost ready." I have since sent in three requests asking where my order is, one on January 4th, February 19th, and February 27th all of which were responded with automated emails saying the exact same thing. It is now March 10th. I am very upset at the HORRIBLE business practice here. I would like my money back or my order. I will continue to file complaints until action is taken.

I would like a response by the business with either a shipment conformation or a FULL refund. They never should have taken the money out if they were not going to deliver on the product.

Still have not received an order I placed in 2018. Get canned responses from customer service when I reach out.
I placed an order on December 25, 2018 (order #XXXXX) and still have not received my order. My credit card has been charged. I've reached out three times to customer service for an update on my order and explanation as to why I still haven't received the product and gotten a canned response that "my jeans are being made with love and care" and "got caught up in production" so I need to wait another 1-2 weeks. I got an email on January 4 saying my order was almost ready and I'd receive it about 1-2 weeks. It is now March 11th. This waiting period with no communication is unreasonable and unnecessary and I have never received such poor customer service anywhere else. There's no option to call or speak to an actual customer service representative.

If I could have zero stars I would. Just like everyone else, I did not receive the product when expected- or even close to it. I ordered 2 pair of jeans on Dec. 8, 2018 for my daughter for Christmas. They never stated that it would take 2-3 months to fill my order. (I finally received one pair at the beginning of February and the other the beginning of March.) So much for a Christmas gift. They barely responded to my email inquiries and when they did they gave their canned "our jeans are custom made in LA" load of ***. There is no phone number to call that they answer. The back and forth (or lack their of) is so ridiculous that I can't even articulate it well here. FYI: I planned to return one pair but after all of the other complaints I have decided to sell them on Poshmark instead. Some lucky buyer will actually receive a pair that they order promptly! I worry if I mail them to Revice I will never see my money again and they would have the jeans in their possession. They promised me a refund in an email but now I know that they will never give me my money... and it sounds like their store credit gift cards are a scam. I will never order from them again and hope that they go out of business. It's too bad because it gives small businesses a bad name!

Got their phone number from Revdex.com We are tired of trying to get our refund. It has been months and still no refund and terrible customer service. Don't buy from them!!!

Not responding to questions. No updates. No phone number.

I sent an item back for an exchange in December 2018 and I have never received the replacement item and cannot get a response from Revice.
On 10/29/18, I placed an online order with Revice Denim; order #XXXXX. The item shipped 11/12/18 and was delivered 11/15/18. After receiving the item, I discovered that the size chart online was not accurate and the jeans I ordered were too small.
On 11/27/18 I requested an exchange. The return shows that it was delivered to Revice Denim on 12/5/18.
On 12/26/18, after not receiving any correspondence from Revice Denim, I emailed customer service requesting a status on my exchange. After receiving NO response from Revice customer support, I emailed again to follow-up on my exchange on 01/7/2019.
On 01/8/19 Grace emailed me again stating that each order is made to order and can take up to several weeks to fulfill. She asked me to please allow my exchange to be processed and sent to production. Mind you, at this point it has already been over a month from the delivery of my exchange item to Revice.
On 01/19/19 I received an email from Revice Denim stating that my order is "almost" ready and not to worry if I haven't received a shipment confirmation. I was told that my item was in the 3rd step of production, this process would takes 3-4 days, after embroidery it would go to the washhouse, which takes 3-7 bus days, then it would be sent to finishing which takes 24-48 hours and then it would be sent to the warehouse. The email states that once it reaches the warehouse, they would pack my order and email me a shipping confirmation.
On 03/04/19, I email Revice again, at this point, I have not received a shipping confirmation, I have not received the item and I have not received any other updates from Revice. In my email, I stated that given the timeline provided in the email from Revice on 01/19/19, I should have already received my item and that I have been waiting for an item I purchased and paid for on 10/29/18. I requested that they issue a refund for the item, that it had been well over 30 days since I was told my item would be ready "soon" and that I am tired of waiting and trying to get responses and I want a refund.

I have not received a refund for an original order issue with Revice Denim, even though they received my returned product on 12/3/18.
This issue references my original issue with this company, where they charged me for more product than I ordered, then ignored my emails to their customer service email (Case XXXXXX). I was contacted by *** (***@re-vice.com) from Revice Denim on November 5, 2018 with a packing label to ship my product back for free to receive a full refund. I shipped the items back and, according to USPS tracking (tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), my package was delivered on December 3, 2018. I emailed *** on December 25th that I had not received a refund for the items that they received back. I still have not received my money, $131.60, back from the returned orders. I would like to receive a full refund for this.
