I ordered my jeans December 19th. I watched several shipping dates pass (for pre-orders) yet mine is still "processing". I reached out to change to the size of the jeans, was told I could, (from a 27 to a 29) and then it never updated. I have been waiting and waiting. I know it was pre-order, but like I said I have seen several pre-order shipping dates pass and mine hasn't shown up. I waited for years, YEARS to buy these jeans and now I am dissapointed that I did. Please I just want my jeans.

Desired Outcome

I would like the size of the jeans sent to me changed from a 27 to a 29. If not, I would like either a refund or different pants that wont take several months to ship.

By some lucky chance my jeans actually got delivered, but they are far too small

I have contacted this company several times on several platforms in regards to my order. I placed this order in february and have no REAL response.
I placed this order in February and had hoped (within 5 minutes of placing said order) to get a response from them after requesting to change the size of my order. I keep getting copy and pasted e-mails about my order and where they are at in the progress of production. I had wanted to go up 1 size, and they keep e-mailing me that my order will be shipped "very soon!", which is annoying because I'm gathering they're going to spend forever producing this product that won't even fit me, I'll have to return, and then wait ANOTHER eternity for the right size.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be ensured they got my e-mail or SOMETHING so I don't have to sit around waiting for a product I paid $80 for and can't even wear.

Order placed on 2/16 (now 3/6). No response to multiple email inquiries, have not shipped item.
I placed this order on 2/16. I immediately had a question about sizing and sent an email to customer service, only to have it returned as an invalid email address.I tried every customer service email address I could find only to get them all returned with failure to deliver. I have also emailed them 3 times through their online zendesk form with no response. It has been 18 days since I placed my order and it has not been shipped. After reading hundreds of similar bad (and worde$ experiences online, I would like a refund and to never do business with this company again.

I ordered a pair of jeans from Revice Denim and I have yet to receive them and/or any update on the denim.
This became an issue for me on February 28th, the day the company said my order would ship out. These jeans weren't even a pre-order pair of jeans and I placed the order on February 12th. I paid $70.50 for the venus crops in size 28. Order #XXXXX and when I tried talking to a sales rep they told me the same thing that was already on their website...which I knew & wasn't specific to my order. I then tried asking more questions which they just never responded to and it's been a week. Revice Denim has atrocious customer service and the lack of care is astonishing. I'd feel more comfortable if they said when I bought the jeans that it would take a month to fulfill the order but at this point I feel scammed and upset.

I would like my FULL order fulfilled (the jeans & the free t shirt) because that's what was agreed upon when I placed my order or I would like a refund with zero hassle.

I placed an order in January and still have not recieve my order or an update, have been ignored by customer service.
I ordered the Ex-Boyfreind Harlow Wash jeans from Revice denim on January 24th, they were a preorder item scheduled to ship on January 28th. My order number is XXXXX. I received an update on February 3rd that my order was almost complete, I reached out to customer service February 18th and received a response that it would be 1-2 weeks. I reached out again 2 weeks later and received the EXACT same email reply. After reaching out for the third time I was ignored. And I reached out a Fourth time on March 5th and received the EXACT same email again that it would be 1-2 weeks. My credit card has been charged.

Desired Outcome

I either want them to send me the jeans and give me an EXACT update on when I can expect them. Or give me a refund.

It has been four months and I still haven't received my jeans, although I've been charged, and no one is responding to my emails.
I ordered 3 pairs of jeans spending $186.30, the jeans were delivered, 1 pair had a button missing and another pair had a piece of turned up metal on the zipper that physically sliced my finger to the point of making me bleed. I sent back all three pairs to exchanged (as well as change sizes) My tracking number states the package was delivered to their LA facility over a month ago, but I have not received anything stating my exchange is being processed. No one is responding to my countless emails.

I'm seeking my two pairs of jeans to be sent and the third pair to be returned. I want compensation on shipping and an adequate discount for the complete disrespect of customer service and unprofessional treatment.

Revice has received four of my exchanges and I have received none of them or any word on their status despite my constant attempts to contact them.

Revice states to place a note in the return box with the specifications of the exchange, which I did stating the new size to be sent back. Revice never confirmed the parcel was received.

Order #XXXXX Ex Boyfriend ***, Ruby Tuesday , return number *** for $136.22, placed on 11/25/2018 via credit card, returned to Revice 2/16/2019 in exchange for a store credit and size 26, respectively. USPS confirmed the parcel was delivered to an individual 2/18/2019. Revice states to place a note in the return box with the specifications of the exchange, which I did stating the new size to be sent back/store credit. Revice never confirmed the parcel was received.

I wrote to Revice on 11/24/2018 asking if they received return *** no response. I wrote to them on 11/29/2018 asking if they received *** and "***" replied with an automated message almost verbatim what is already on their website about how "handmade items take a long time!! xoxo!!". I created an instagram and reached out via DM and commenting, on 12/2/2018 and 12/6/2018 to ask about my orders, no response although they continue to update their social media. I wrote to them on 12/3/2018 concerning all 3 of my orders and received no response. I wrote to them on 1/4/2019 concerning *** and received what appears to be another automated response from *** on 1/5/2019, merely apologizing for the delay. I wrote to them on 2/6/2019 in extreme detail regarding all three orders I needed help with. *** replied to me on 2/7/2019 saying my order (#XXXXX, return *** would be expected to ship out within two weeks of 2/7/2019, so approximately 2/21/2019 and I have received no confirmation emails on its whereabouts (today is 3/3/2019). I wrote on 2/25/2019 asking about the status of all three returns, which were confirmed received by an individual by the USPS, and no one has responded about where my orders are.

This company has taken my money and done nothing to help me.

Desired Outcome

Revice should exchange the Venus flares eclipse wash size 26 for a size 27, exchange the venus flares jet black wash size 27 for a size 26, exchange the Ruby Tuesday size 27 for a size 26, and give me store credit for the ex-boyfriend Tommy wash ($88.00). Revice should also give notice to their customers that exchanging takes SEVERAL MONTHS.

I have not received my jeans (x2) in over 5 months. The company has yet to respond to my NUMEROUS emails.
I ordered two pairs of jeans in September (9/29) with my sister. They arrived in November, after months of no contact about the shipment whereabouts even after emails. Once arrived, there was a need for both jeans to be returned, but this company does not do returns, so I had to request an exchange. Those pants were sent back on Nov. 24. After emailing again, there was an email sent 1/18 saying the order was almost ready. After two more emails, there has been no response. It is now MARCH (5 months from the original order) and I have not gotten any sort of information of the status of this order. I am prepared to involve lawyers if I do not receive my order AND get a full refund for the preposterous acts of this business.

The product to be delivered as well as a FULL refund for this entire purchase.

I got an email on February 11th with an invoice for 3 pairs and a tracking number, then on February 14th I got another email with an invoice for 2 pairs and I tracking number, the 2 pairs arrived but the third pair never shipped I took screen shots of the emails and if you look up the first tracking number it never shipped!! the company is ignoring my emails, I just want a refund for all three pairs of jeans.it is clear that the company prioritizes social media and celebrities over its everyday customers, they are constantly updating their social media but ignore everyday customer complaints, I'm certain they send good quality products to celebs and influencers while sending defective items, or never sending anything at all to normal clients. I'm very disappointed in this company, it seemed so promising 3 years ago but it has clearly gone down hill since then.

I just want a refund for all three pairs of jeans, I have ordered from revice many times, I know that it often takes a few months to ship but this is insane horrible customer service respond to your customers!! I bought the farahs LAST YEAR and they have not shipped, this happened to me a couple years ago I bought the uptown summer lovins and they ran out of jeans before shipping my order and I was issued a refund, it took SIX months of emailing for that to happen. please just refund me for the 3 missing pairs of jeans the order numbers are XXXXX Farah might, order XXXXX ex boyfriend Dylan wash, and order XXXXX XXs baby Joey wash. feel free to click on the tracking link the is under the joeys when you look up 'my order' on the revice website it is clear that they were never shipped. if I do not receive a refund after filing this complaint I will bring it to my bank. Not recieved an item that was ordered over 2 months ago.
I ordered a pair of jeans in January 2019 which have not been recieved. The money has fully been taken from my accout.

3 days after I placed the order for the jeans I placed an order for a skirt which I have now recieved.

the jeans have not come and I have not heard anything. I have been charged $66

I ordered a pair of jeans and a t-shirt from Revice Denim on December 13, 2018. They sent me a notice on December 23 letting me know my order was almost ready. I contacted them January 17, 2019 inquiring about the status of my order. It was finally shipped January 22 and arrived January 30. I immediately contacted them the same day I received it, concerned about the fit of the jeans.

I had ordered a size 32. I'm a size 12. According to their website, a 31 or 32 should fit just fine. As with any online ordering, I triple checked measurements. I have been shopping online for years. I'm well aware of my measurements and have never had an issue. Until now. These jeans are definitely not correctly proportioned. There is no allowance for hips. Even on their site, the measurement guide looks like any other, 40 3/4" for the low hip and 32" for the high waist. That's how female pants work - jeans are never one size through the waist. However, these jeans are and therefore do not fit.

When I didn't receive a response from my inquiry, I wrote again on February 7 and then again on February 14. I did end up receiving a reply on February 15, however they clearly ignored my complaint and suggested I exchange them for a different size. When I brought up the fact it was their largest size and I would gladly return them in the mail (on my own dime), I never heard back. It's now March 4 and I believe I've been patient enough.

I have either received the wrong size of pants or these were incorrectly manufactured or the website is actually falsely advertising to women sizes 10 and up because there's no way these jeans would fit any girl those sizes. I am inclined to believe it's the latter since the t-shirt I ordered was also incorrectly proportioned and clearly designed for someone with smaller breasts. I would gladly return the pants for a refund but I was not given that option.

Their customer service had been atrocious and I am hoping for a resolution.

They are falsely advertising sizes on their website. If I have indeed received the "correct size" I ordered from the website, then they do not fit the size they advertised. It's clear to me they don't serve women sizes 10+ and I think they should make that clear on their website.

I ordered a product. The funds were withdrawn from my account and I never received the product.
On December 10, 2018, I ordered Revice Denim's "True love/ Let's Rock" jeans. The company charged my debit card $60.60 for my purchase on December 14, 2018. The same day, I received an email from ***@re-vice.com saying they are "busily working on creating (my) custom pair" of jeans and that "it may take a little longer for (me) to receive (my) jeans". On December 20, 2018, I received another email from the same address saying "Your REVICE order is almost ready!" and that my jeans were being "embroidered". By January 9, 2019, I had began to worry so I reached out to their contact email ***@revice.zendesk.com, and said I hadn't been updated on my order's whereabouts and I was started to get concerned. Sales representative "***" got back to me saying their jeans were "in high demand" and it would be "1-2 weeks more, as production finishes up". I waited 4 weeks, 2-3 more than I was told I should have to wait, to reach out to the company again. February 4, 2019 I emailed again asking for a refund. "***" responded the same day apologizing for the delay and denying my request for a refund. On February 20, 2019, two more weeks came and gone so I emailed, yet again, about my order. No response for 8 days. My final email was sent on February 28, 2019. I told them to get back to me immediately. No response.

I want a full refund of the amount that I paid, $60.60.

I ordered pair of jeans in December and they did not. They were shipped back to the company and I have been waiting to receive a credit.
I returned the jeans over three weeks ago. I have sent several email requests asking where the credit is, and have been given no information. I purchased them on 11/29/18 order # XXXXX, exboyfriend Harlow wash jeans. I paid via credit card in the amount of $69.83

Ordered three pair of jeans in November. Still waiting for the final pair. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner.
Ordered three pair of jeans - there were issues they took 5 to 8 business days to respond to email. They sent the wrong size on the final pair and woudl not respond to email. Had to pay to send them back and they still have not sent the replacement pair and they won't refund money. This has taken 4 months from beginning and still do not have jeans. They are not responding to the email I sent on February 21st and I just sick of it.

If they would respond to emails in a timely manner I would not have been forced to complain on line.

Desired Outcome

Please send the jeans this week or issue a full refund. I would prefer to have the jeans that I have been waiting for since December.

Placed an order of 2 jeans on November 26. I received one pair in early January. I still haven't received the 2nd pair, it has been four months.
I placed an order on November 26, 2018 (order #XXXXX), totaling $127.01 on a debit card. I ordered the ex-boyfriend Harlow jeans and the Wayside jeans. I received the first pair on January 5. I have yet to receive the second pair and it has been 4 months. Every single email or request I have sent has been responded to with the same automated response. I sent my first complaint on the day I received these jeans, as the sizing was incredibly inaccurate (based off the sizing chart THEY provided). I ended up selling that pair to someone online because the return and exchange policy is extremely difficult (they ask YOU to pay return shipping upwards of $20). I expressed my frustrations with them originally on January 5th. I have since sent about 10 or 11 emails/requests asking to change the size of the pair that is coming (based on how inaccurate the last pair was), and asking the status of that pair. I do believe the size was changed which I am happy about, but I still have no idea when they are going to arrive. They blame the long delay on the fact that this pair was a preorder. I can understand a preorder causing delay, but 4 months of delay? 4 months of either being ignored or being told one more week, two more weeks, and so on. That is not a pre order, that is a scam. Especially considering they charge your card upon placing your order instead of when it is shipped like every other company I have ever ordered from. The incredible social media marketing of this company deceives you into thinking they are a good brand to order from. Instagram and Facebook pages show stylish clothes with thousands of likes and hundreds of thousands of followers. Their brand image is so far off from the actual experience I've had dealing with this company. I have never had such a frustrating and challenging experience with a company before. They don't even have a phone number listed on their website (there is one I found on Google, but after numerous unanswered voicemails I assume its unused), they do not respond to Instagram messages and delete any negative comments on their social media (to upkeep the image they so heavily ride on), and I will send 3 or 4 emails in a row before getting a response (this includes the help desk messaging option they offer on their website). I am not sure what else to do at this point as I have exhausted every contact outlet possible with this brand. I will not be ordering from Revice Denim ever again.

I would like to actually receive the product that I ordered, and in the correct size. I would also like to be compensated with something for all of my troubles and frustrations with the brand over the past four months. I feel ignored, scammed, and deceived by Revice Denim. This is an absurd situation and an absolutely awful way to treat PAYING customers.

My complaint is that they proclaim no refund on purchase as it is a pre-order. This I get but when product is not made for months then refund.
They promise and do not deliver. They email back and forth and pretend to be caring and back logged and even send kisses. But really reading all the complaints it is that they don't deliver or refund when their end of the business is under-staffed. I have been patient and ordered jeans with a simple embroider of 2 stars on pockets on December 16 and now it is Feb 28 and no jeans have been sent to granddaughter who is 15. They will not refund and had promised that the only thing that had to be done is the stars more than a month ago. This was a gift. I have kept the 6 or so emails I have sent and have been patient and understanding. But truthfully this business is a hoax of falseness. They need to revamp and get their product out better.

I have not received my items
I placed an order on January 9, 2019 and my card was charged immediately. My order number is #XXXXX. I placed an order for a pre-order item that was indicated to ship out on 1/30/2019. I reached out to the company twice and got the same response back both times. First on 2/4/19 and then on 2/21/19. Both emails informed me that preorders can take longer and I could expect my items to ship within 1 to 2 weeks. I have yet to get any updated shipping as of today and the item now on the site shows an expected shipment date of 3/19/19. I would like to receive my items but I believe to have to wait over 2 months when my preorder date was much earlier is unprofessional. I am about to begin the process of requesting a refund if the items are not shipped to me by next week and will dispute the charge on my credit card statement if I need to, to make sure I get a full refund. This company needs to be better about informing its customers on expected ship date. If I have an expected date or know my wait time that is fine but you can not continue to push it back later and later over a month and a half.

I ordered jeans from Revice denim July 2018, was charged for the product yet never received it. The company has not responded to any of my inquiries.
I purchased one pair of jeans from Revice Denim in July of 2018. It is no February 2019 and I have never received the item. I got a email regarding shipping but the tracking number never showed where the package was or when it would be delivered. I have reached out at least 5 times in various ways. I have emailed customer service, left response requests on their website, and even called the company only to be sent to voicemail. I have never once received any sort of response to any of my various inquires and still have not received the item they charged me for.

I am seeking either the delivery of the exact item I purchased as soon as possible or at the very least a refund for the money they already charged me for without ever delivering the product.

Company has not responded to me. Has taken money and not sent out package.
Over a month and a half ago, I placed an order with Revice Denim (#XXXXX). These jeans were ordered for my 21st birthday which was on the 17th, I still have not received my denim. About two/three weeks ago I asked when my order would be shipped and I was told the longest would be two weeks. Since this time I have tried to give this company a chance to resolve this issue. I have sent out three messages, none of them have been replied to. As of today, my jeans are still processing. I am very upset considering my card has already been changed for this product. I should not have to jump through hoops to receive something I have already paid for, along with everyone else filing complaints. If I do not hear back from this company, I will 100% be calling my bank. It is absolutely awful to be charged for a product and have to search for it, I feel like my money has been stolen. I noticed that this company tries to hide the fact that they are not sending out orders. They delete massive amounts of Facebook comments and Instagram comments, plus they will never email you back. This company needs to be held accountable for their actions, they are clearly doing something wrong.

I would like to receive my jeans in a timely manner. Its such a shame that these amazing jeans are owned by a very irresponsible company. I would also hope that this company learns its lesson. It seems that the massive amounts of complaints aren't changing anything, that is really bad.
