It's 2 months since I ordered from them, haven't received my other. I received one item and they sent the wrong size. Impossible to get in contact with.

My jeans don't look like the picture and they don't reply fast at all it takes days or not at all and they lost one of my items in tracking and the jeans took 20 days to arrive just for them not to look like the picture. Don't sell a product that will disappoint. I ordered the 90s baby/ Joey pants and they don't look like the picture on the site. I'm disappointed and hopefully they exchange sizes since they don't give you your money back.

Order never shipped
I purchased 2 pairs of Jean's, and one shirt last July. They also had a promo of getting a free t-shirt if you purchased an item. I got one pair of Jean's, and have not recieved the other 3 items. 2 shirts and a pair of shorts never shipped. I paid in full and never received my items. I was told that my items would ship out at the end of July. It is now May. 10 months later and still nothing. They have stolen my money and I deserve a refund or my items immediately.

I want my money back or my items shipped immediately. This is stealing.

On Jul 22 *** placed an order number XXXXX for 2 jeans and one tee-shirt. Her order was Shipped via DHL GM Parcel Plus Expedited tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on Jul 23th 2018.

On Jul 23 she placed order XXXXX, for 3 items. On July 28 we shipped the teeshirt and one jeans with DHL XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and on 09/11/2018 we shipped the other jeans with DHL tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX .

On July 22nd, order number XXXXX. I only received the Yin yang Jean's.
I have the email to prove it only shipped one papair of jeans. I never recieved the Yin yang shorts, or the white T shirt with Rose's. Please help me resolve this.

I have not received my order which I placed 2 months ago.
I placed an order for a pair of jeans (order #XXXXX, Model: Mon Amour Crops in Sugar Wash) on March 13, 2019. I received an email update from Revice Denim on March 17, 2019 letting me know that my jeans may take a while as they are custom. I received another email on March 23, 2019 saying that my jeans are in the 3rd stage of the production process which should take 3-4 business days, and then they will go to the washhouse for 3-7 business days, and then another 1-2 days to be in the warehouse awaiting shipment. At the latest, this would mean my jeans should arrive by April 6-7. On April 22, I contacted the company via the only means provided on their website (no phone number was provided, just a "Contact Us" form to fill out), and let them know that I had still not received my order and I would like an explanation immediately (request XXXXX). I did not receive follow up for 8 days. Finally I got a reply on April 30 from *** saying that they messed up the sizing and are working to resolve the issue. I paid $70 dollars almost two months ago and I have no idea how much longer this is going to take. I am shocked at how poor the customer service is. Once something went wrong with my order, not a single person contacted me, which is absurd given how long I had already waited at that point. After reading the other reviews on the Revdex.com, I have no idea how Revice is still in business. I plan to contact my bank regarding this matter as well.

Desired Outcome

I would like contact by the business via phone, and I would like to receive the product I paid for ASAP. If the business is unable to do that in a reasonable amount of time (I am not going to wait another two months), I would like a full refund immediately.

I ordered a pair of jeans and a little over a month later they arrived and were damaged. I asked for a refund but they sent me a new pair quickly and ignored the request. I accepted it, but then when these pants arrived, they were too small for me. The UI was broken and I couldn't request a return and I sent multiple emails and still have not heard back...

If I could give less than one star, I most definitely would. It is so shocking to me that I ordered a pair of jeans on March 1st and I have yet to receive my order/ an update. Extremely ridiculous to even have to wait so long for some jeans that are "made in LA". I reached out to them after a month of waiting and I was told to wait 2 more weeks for them to ship. A month later, I check my email and it is still under "processing". To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I have never had to wait so long for a product, even when ordering from China! Do not, under any circumstances, risk buying from this company. Complete and utter waste of $80.

I am so glad I paid with paypal or I would have been screwed over in the end. I ordered a pair of jeans that was NOT backordered and said nothing about there being a delay in shipping. Most companies shell out the money upfront to have items in stock and ready to be shippedRevice on the other hand, HAS NO INVENTORY WHATSOEVER. But they don't tell you this. They wait until you place an order, and THEN they take your money and go and get the jeans made. After 3 weeks I emailed them to ask what the hold up was. It took me 5 different tries to get a response. When I was told that my jeans hadn't even been made yet I asked to just cancel my order. They told me sorry but you only have 24 hours to do that. So I wait for my jeans, which took 2 months arrive. AND THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE! At this point I am done with this business, so I write them asking for a refund. They said they will not refund me until I send the jeans back. I fully understood, but they wanted ME to pay for the return shipping even though it was THEIR mistake that they sent me the wrong size. That's when once again, they start ignoring my emails. So I spend an extra $15 on return shipping in hopes of at least getting some money back. Thankfully I paid for tracking, and I am so glad I did. Because they received the jeans back, and never acknowledged it, and never responded to any of my messages again. They planned to just take their jeans back and also keep my money. Since I paid with paypal I was able to open a case and they had to step in and deduct my money from their account since they were still trying to take off with my money. I will NEVER do business with this company again. All they care about is being instagram famous and sending free product to influencers. It's funny that they won't respond to customers messages but they are active on facebook every day and as soon as any one writes any sort of negative comment they are so quick to delete it.

I tried to exchange some jeans but they never sent me the right size.
Hi, I placed an order with Revice on 11/26/2018 for two pairs of jeans totaling $122.05 paid with my Visa Card. The order number for this order was XXXXX. On 12/11/2018, I submitted an exchange request (request number *** On 1/9/2019, I received an email from the company saying that they received the jeans that I sent back and later received an email saying that my exchange would be approved. I reached out to the customer service department on 1/21/2019 because I had still not received the jeans. I received a reply from *** and she said "Each item here at REVICE is custom made and made to order, and can take up to several weeks to fulfill. Our pieces are designed and made right here in Los Angeles, which we pride on ourselves on, but this can also factor into the delayed shipping times. Please allow your exchange to be processed and sent to production."

I have not heard anything from the company since, despite numerous attempts at getting in contact with them.

I would like my Visa card refunded for the $122.05 I paid for the jeans.

I placed an order on January 3rd, 2019, and I have STILL not recieved my order yet. Today is April 24th, 2019, almost FOUR MONTHS later.
I purchased a pair of jeans on 1/3/19, and today is 4/24/19, almost FOUR MONTHS after I placed my order. I paid $65.50 for the Uptown / Rising Star Jeans, and my order confirmation number is #XXXXX. I have not gotten any information about my order from Revice since 1/13/19, with an email titled "Your order is almost ready", which was clearly not true. I did not bother sending an email to ask about when my order was coming, as it appears to be common for people to get no response, or a vague one that gives them no valid information about when they would be recieving their order. I just want my jeans.

I would like my order (#XXXXX) to be delivered to the address given in the order, ASAP.

Still haven't received my items, it's been well over a month. They aren't responding to emails. However, they DID charge me for the order!
I ordered a few things from their website, they partially shipped out two items. I was left waiting for the others so emailed them and asked them about when I would rcv the remainder. They answered saying their items were made to order so need a little more time to create the others. I waited a bit longer and then followed up numerous times. This has been going on since March 16 when I placed the order. Most of my emails have gone unanswered. At this point it feels like I'm dealing with a ghost, or just a terrible business that took my money and never fulfilled my order. Finally Revice sent an email saying they created another order number for those items and will ship them out to me. That never happened either. Judging from their AWFUL reviews online and on social media, this isn't the first offense they've had. It seems to be a regular practice for them. I wish I had known ahead of time and never given them my money in the first place.

An apology from the CEO and my money back would be nice, but I'll settle for just a refund!!!

I ordered a product over a month ago & it never arrived and I didn't receive a shipping confirmation. I contacted the company but they never responded
I purchased a pair of jeans on March 19, 2019 from Revice Denim and my order number is XXXXX. I then received an email from them on March 23rd saying they would send me a shipping confirmation soon but to this day I never got one. I emailed them two days ago, no response. I also reached out to them via Instagram and still got no response. They already took the money out of my account and I still have not gotten a response nor my item from this company. Is there any way to take legal action?

I ordered a pair of jeans in May 2018 and they have still yet to arrive. I have emailed and DM'd them on insta and twitter and no response for refund
I ordered a pair of jeans on May 23, 2018 from Recive Denim (ORDER #XXXXX) and didn't hear from them for months until I received a shipment order in August of 2018 with a tracking link. The tracking link didn't work from day one so I reached out to them to inquire and no reply. I have since been emailing them or messaging them on Instagram or twitter and have been ignored. The only times I have received a response to emails has been the very same automated email saying "hold on tight, they're on their way" and nothing more. I want action taken. I have seen multiple people online say that they have had similar problems and it's completely unacceptable.

I ordered a pair of jeans for $59.40 on march 11 and still have not received them. customer service is not responding.

I ordered a pair of jeans in NOVEMBER it has been SIX months now and I still have not received my jeans. I have sent them multiple emails, asked for a refund, and even tried calling! Nothing has worked. When they email me back they said I could not be refunded until I received them. They also said they would be shipped out soon multiple times and I am still waiting. I am so disappointed in this company (if it's even a company) I'm starting to believe its a scam

Everyone should file a complaint with consumer.ftc.gov
Also if you do not receive your order, you should file the claim with your bank, provide them with proof of contact, the order date, expected delivery date, and your bank should refund you and open up a claim with the business. Also the company gets charged for having a charge back per every order.
I ordered with them around 3 years ago and it wasn't an issue, but I anytime I tried contacting back then they never answered. I also ordered ready to ship jeans, nothing from their pre order. There sizing is terrible I ordered three different sizes and all of them had the same waist. They have 5 young girls working for them and it's
Safe to say they have no idea what customer service means. The fault goes to the owner for setting them up to fail because he doesn't want to loose more money than he is by hiring more staff. They delete comments so no one will see complaints.
Just file your complaints so someone can actually do something. These 400 plus complaints would have been better on consumer.ftc.org
Hope this helps everyone. I think what they are doing it crazy and getting away with it for so long. They are on social media more than working on production.

Hey guys!! I ordered a pair of jeans from Revice and it took about a month for them to arrive which makes sense considering Revice is a new company. When I got them, I realized it was the wrong style and size so I emailed them and got the info to send them back. They didn't include a prepaid label, so I had to cover the $11 shipping cost and after asking them to refund it, they repeatedly said no. After about two weeks of emails back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me for the shipping cost, as it was obviously their mistake. It has been a month and a half since I sent the jeans back and followed instructions on how to get the pair I actually ordered, and I haven't gotten the jeans and haven't heard a single word from the company about it because they haven't answered a single one of my emails. I'll let you know if I ever get them...

Do not waste your time or money ordering from this site. Ordered jeans that did arrive on time however they did not fit and that is where the problem started. Returned them and then never heard back regarding the exchange (they do not credit your card). Will not return emails. Could not find their phone number. I reported them as fraud to my credit card. Hopefully I will get a refund. If you return your garments get a tracking number!

DO NOT ORDER. I spend $150 on 2 pairs of jeans only to not receive them for MONTHS. They were pre order and say to wait 4 weeks and they kept pro-longing my order. I have yet to receive my jeans and when I reached out to customer service AGAIN they told me 2 more weeks. Save your money and time and go get trendy jeans somewhere else.

0 stars!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This company is awful!!!!!!!!!!!! I never got my order and they wont reply to my emails. I'm now out the money I paid which was about 80 dollars! this company is a scam I cannot believe they're still in business.

My order never arrived and they refused to reimburse me for the purchase
I bought a pair of jeans on December 15, 2018 from Revice denim. On February 21, 2019 they were supposedly shipped by the company. They never arrived. On March 3, 2019I contacted the company. On March 5, 2019 they responded and told me to contact USPS and DHL. On March 11, 2019 I contacted USPS. On April 9, 2019 USPS responded with an update. USPS did an investigation and they determined the item was lost. They said they wouldn't reimburse me because the company didn't insure the package. DHL doesn't allow claims to be filed. I re-contacted the company again on April 10, 2019. On April 16, 2019, Revice responded to my message. They told me I must be mistaken and that the reason why USPS won't reimburse was because it was past 30 days. However, I contacted USPS within the 30 days so that is not the reason. I emailed again on April 16, 2019 asking to speak with a supervisor. I received no response. I searched for the phone number online as it is not on their website. The phone goes straight to VM even during their designated business hours. I left a VM with my phone number and asked for a return call on April 18th.
