I received an advertisement on Facebook regarding the eye cream, I did not see anything regarding a free trial, it just said pay for S&H so I did
Order# was XXXXXXX paid $6.95 twice for S&H got charged $82.95 on 05/22/2019 which I didn't authorize, I contacted Revyve and spoke with ***, no resolution was taken on 06/20/2019, I did tell her that I didn't see no trial offer

I placed an order online and the item was not what I expected and cancelled the subscription. The merchant keeps billing my charge card.
I ordered an item online in February 2019, I cancelled the subscription in February and on April 4, 2019 my card was credited for $56.44.I received 2 letters from the merchant stating my subscription has been cancelled as per my request and all future charges have been cancelled. On May 16th 2019 I was charged $56.44 again. I contacted my bank and Capital One who referred me to contact the merchant and if no luck to contact the Revdex.com. I did send the 2 letters I received from the merchant and was told there is nothing they can do. I do not have the product and I feel they should honor a refund in the amount of $56.44.

I would like a refund in the amount of $56.44 as I do not have the products and they keep charging my account.

We are very sorry for the delay in our response, however the complaint went to our third party supplier and we have just received the complaint.

However, there were a few inaccuracies in the complaint that we'd like to address.

Customer emailed us on 03/08/2019 in regards to cancelling her account. Customers account was cancelled immediately and she was responded to via email and advised of this.

The customer purchased the Eye and Skin cream of which she paid the Shipping and Handling cost of $7.85 Only , along with that purchase the customer also bought our Facial Cream which is a one-time purchase of $56.44.

The claim that the customer never received those products is completely false as the tracking number assigned (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) shows that the products were delivered on Mar. 4th 2019

There has not been , nor will there ever be any other charges to the customers account other than the Two (2) Shipping and Handling charges of $7.85 each and the One time purchase charge of the Facial cream for $56.44 All of which were on February 23rd 2019.

After the customer emailed in to us to have the account cancelled , which was done the customer then did a charge-back of the charges to her bank.Once a charge-back is done on a charge ,we have to wait until this process is completed by our mitigators and the customers banking institution. At the end of the process, the bank determined that the charges were legitimate and were in accordance with the Terms and Conditions that the customer had agreed to.

We have thousands of very satisfied customers. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope this matter is now resolved. Sincerely,Revyve Customer Support.

I placed the order on Feb 23/19 and I cancelled the subscription on Mar 7/19. On Apr 4/19 my account was credited $56.44 and $7.85x2. On May 16/19 my account was charged $56.44 again. Revyve replied with an email and confirmed they cancelled my subscription and all future charges (see attached photo)

There are a few inaccuracies from the business that I would like to address:

The business states that I never received the products. However, this was never said and is not true. I did receive the products and sent them back through Canada Post in Ridgeway.

As stated in the Terms and Conditions, the cardholder may receive a FULL refund of any product that was ordered up to the thirty (30) days after the order was placed. I placed the order on Feb.23/19 and I cancelled the subscription on Mar. 7/19. See attached photo)

Also, the Terms and Conditions also state that if the cardholder is unsatisfied with our product, they may return the unused portion 30 days from the date that the product was shipped to them for a FULL refund (see attached photo)

I do not have the products or the refund which is unfair. I did call Revyve after my account was charged the second time and spoke to a manager who was very rude. He told me that because I sent the items back before calling the company they would not issue the refund.

Our company is committed to providing high quality products and exceptional service to all our customers. We have reviewed this customer's account and the transactions mentioned in the review.To clarify, the transactions deducted from the customer's account were absolutely authorized as per the terms and conditions of the trial offer which must be agreed to when placing the order online.

Most of the claims in this complaint are entirely false and other facts were left out of it which explains our actions taken.The terms are clearly displayed in several places on our website and every customer is emailed a link to the terms after placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to read what they are signing up for. In addition, when the customer emailed in to have the account cancelled this was done immediately on March 08th 2019.

The customer states that she does not accept the resolution that was given based on the fact that she placed the order on Feb 23rd 2019 and was billed on March 7th 2019 and again on April 4th 2019, However this is not True, Our data base clearly shows that this customer was charged on Feb 23rd 2019 only for all Three (3) charges.

The customer made mention of the Terms and Conditions if the cardholder is unsatisfied with our product, they may return the unused portion 30 days from the date that the product was shipped to them for a FULL refund, However it also states As stated in the Terms and Conditions, the cardholder may receive a FULL refund (minus shipping
and handling costs) of any product that was ordered up to thirty (30) days after the order was placed. If the cardholder is unsatisfied with our product, they may return the unused portion
30 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to them for a FULL refund
(minus shipping and handling costs) according to the following terms. To obtain a FULL
refund, the return must be postmarked 30 days from the date that the product was originally
shipped to the cardholder. We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender."

The customer has never provided a tracking number to substantiate her claim that she actually did indeed return the products back to us and immediately after we cancelled the account the customer contacted her bank and did a charge-back,Once a charge-back is done on a charge ,we have to wait until the process was completed by our mitigators and the customers banking institution. At the end of the process, the bank determined that the charges were legitimate and were in accordance with the Terms and Conditions that the customer had agreed to.

I do not agree with the company's explanation, there are too many inaccuracies that I feel Revyve should be investigated. I do not agree that Revyve should be able to keep the products and charge my account. If the company is committed to providing products & exceptional service then they would credit my account and make the customer happy. I have worked in retail for 20+ yrs and I have ALWAYS made sure the customer left our store happy & pleased with the outcome so they would return again.Unhappy customers talk & publicity is NOT always worth a company's reputation.I have spoken to my bank manager & I was told to notify Revdex.com because of the charges on 2 different occasions.I can provide statements proving my acc. was charged twice on 2 different occasions. Revyve states that they will issue a FULL refund if the products are returned within 30 days. I placed the order on Feb 23/19 and I cancelled Mar 8/19 which is within the 30 days. I should be entitled to the refund or the products. This company should be investigated because they seem to be taking advantage of its customers!!

Billed each month for 6 months even tjough I returned the product
I signed up for the eye and skin cream but it didnt work so the 2nd shipment I received I sent back thinking they would refund my money. After receiving multiple packages I told my husbsnd *** who reviewed our bank statements to see charges of $89.90 and $96.90 from january to may. We hadnt noticed as he is an otr truck driver so we dont check starements monthly. He called customer service and they said it doesnt matter if she returned the product we have no way to verify that, if she didnt call them to cancel they keep billing. What kind of shady business is this, they keep the retuned product and the money and claim they have no way to know I returned it.

to which he was advised as per the Terms and Conditions that his wife had agreed to, there was no mention made for a refund to be issued, neither was there any mention of products being sent back to us, he even agreed to have us send his wife a last shipment of products and then be cancelled.

Also, the claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false. The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the confirmation email sent to each customer.

We have thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

They only issued a refund for 2 of the 5 months of product that was returned

False advertising of price
They advertised a free sample for the cost of shipping ($5) The ad used as seen on "Shark Tank" as a lure. My account was charged $5 plus tax at first, followed by another $85 +tax! After contacting my bank,I filled a complaint, placed a stop payment alert on my account for any future charges from this company,then tried to contact the company directly.

It took many calls before I got a live person; he apologized and said the charge would be removedIT WAS NOT. I called several more time; until I tried at 3AM-PST. After being placed on hold, disconnected and on hold again, I got a live person (that read from a script) informing me that I did not check the "opt-out" box when I ordered, therefore I'm responsible to pay the full cost of the product!

I asked for a supervisor several times, finally
she put another person on the phone, who said the same thing. I informed her that there was not an "opt-out" box and asked for the physical and mailing address of the company; she told me "no,because I was going to try and return the product" I calmly told her, that was not the case...I wanted it to file a formal complaint with the State of California on their business practices and that I thought the State would be interested to know how your company is conducting business in California! She yelled back, "It's your fault for not reading all of the information!" then she hung up.

I couldn't believe it! So, I pulled all of the information on state guidelines, tax and filing a business complaint. However, by mid-day, I received an alert on my bank account stating that a change had occurred on my account. When I checked,to my surprise, I found that I had a credit for all of the charges

Customer contacted us on 10/20/2018 in regards to cancelling her account. Customer was advised of the Terms and Conditions again, customer stated that she understood. The claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false. The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. Investigation done shows that the customer called in to us just once that day (10/20/2018) and not several times as mentioned, also the statement that the customer requested a supervisor and was never made to speak to one is also false as the representative with whom the customer spoke advised and reassured her that she would be able to assist with the void of the charge as requested and at no time was the call disconnected.

We have tens of thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for, when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period

My bank account was charged without authorization
Back in March 2019 I received an offer through a pop up on my phone where this company was offering a promo deal where it was offered to try the product for FREE, as long as $5 for Shipping & Handling was paid. I proceeded to do so and received my product 3 weeks later.I paid with my Mastercard.
Unknown to me, what I had actually done was purchase a subscription from this joke of a company. Nowhere in the ad that popped up on my phone was mentioned a subscription. Then 2 days after I received my product I received a phone call from the company asking me if I want to order more cream. I clearly said no thank you but I didn't realize that I have to obtain a cancellation number since I was not informed of a subscription. On 12/02/2019 an amount of $135.53 CAN was withdrawn from my bank account, without my consent.I called my credit card company who advised me to obtain a cancellation number from the company which I did. I asked for a refund and only a partial refund was offered of $80. I was very upset as I was being openly scammed. I first turned down the partial refund because I didn't authorize the charges. I am seeking a full
refund.

DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS COMPANY! Just like the other reviews, I fell for an advertisement to receive one free bottle, or only paying shipping. I was sure to read so I was not signing up for anymore. Since then, I am being charged almost $100.00 bucks per month, and when you call, they are rude! They refuse to refund, refuse to let you speak with a supervisor, and will not even tell you where you can "confirm" that you supposedly agreed to it. I am going to have to close my bank account! I had to click a star, but this company does not even rate with one star.

COMPANY REFUSES TO RETURN THE FULL AMOUNTS FOR ADVANCED AGELESS CREAM. AND FOR AGELESS EYE SERUM.

THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE FULL AMOUNT. I AGAIN TRIED THE EYE SERUM ON MAY10TH AND MY EYES BECAME VERY RED AND SWOLLWEN. I EMAILED MY COMPLAINT AND SENT PICTURES OF MY EYES. AND THEY HAVE FAILED TO RESPOND.

Multiple charges to my credit card for product I did not receive, following a free trial.
I previously purchased the free trial eye and face cream, for a charge of $7.30 each with shipping on February 22, 2019. I received a receipt to verify the purchase, and received both the products. I then noticed a charge to my credit card of $125.94 on March 12, 2019 and I did not purchase any other product. Then on March 14, 2019 another charge was added to my credit card from the company for $116.13. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times and have received no response. I have never received additional product or receipts, and have cancelled my credit card to discontinue the charges.

The company finally answered yesterday when I notified them I had made a Revdex.com complaint, and I received a 50% refund on both charges.

Absolutely NOWHERE on the site nor the receipt is there any mention of a subscription let alone a charge for anything other than the 6.95 shipping.
I saw an ad online about a skin cream that was on shark tank. On 2/21/19 I called to claim my 'free' sample and agreed to pay the 6.95 shipping. The 1st red flag was that they charged me 2 times for the shipping; once from Revyve Skim and the next from a Young Vivid eyes??!! Never heard of them let alone asked for a sample. 2nd red flag was My bank actually froze my card for 'suspicious activity' on 2/21. Received the cream and NOWHERE on ANY invoice, email, website, nor the agent I spoke with does it speak of a subscription or any other charges than the 6.95. The product burned my eyes like crazy and returned it 3 days later to ONE of the many addresses online. On 3/6 I see a charge for 82.95 from Revyve Skin and about died!! I called my bank immediately as no one was answering cust service at Revye. Started a claim for a fraudulent charge. 2 days later I see ANOTHER charge from the Young Vivid Eyes for 89.95!!! I again called cust service and said what is the deal with y'all charging me for a 'free' sample. She canceled the surprise 'subscription' on 3/9. I asked for a full refund and was told the best she can do is give 30% back...I said absolutely NOT!! This is plain wrong and %100 illegal!! I work hard for the little money I have and to be insulted and given the run around and said no supervisor was available EVERY time I was able to actually get in touch with them. My bank said the company refuses to refund the $ so we can't give you a credit. I have never in my life been scammed or hacked. I cried to them as well as my bank saying this put my account in the negative bc I live paycheck to paycheck but still no resolution. People are on fixed income with Social Security etc and to blatantly lie and say I knew 'good and well' about the charges. And from a company I've never even heard of?!! And to be charged 2 times for ONE package from 2 totally different companies?!!! This is morally wrong on SO many levels. I will not stop until I am refunded in FULL the amount that was taken from me illegally. All I see are thousands of reviews/complaints about it being a scam. The ONE time I don't investigate a product like I should I'm taken for 170. And had I not cancelled my card, who knows how much more. Please take the time to leave your experience as these people have got to be stopped

False advertising as "shipping only"
You offered a shipping only charge for your skin products and then not only charged me some 84 dollars but subscribed me to get this monthly!!! I saw 116 similar complaints on Revdex.com. FIX THIS PROBLEM. It is beyond unethical to keep doing this. I want my money back some 160 USD.

However after receiving the Returns information and address the customer filed a Revdex.com complaint.

The customer herself went to our website, agreed to the Terms and Conditions and placed the order herself, she confirmed that she saw the option where she had to agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to place her order after she visited the site again, how could she then not see the same whilst placing her order.

I ordered two $6.65 sample size creams and was billed almost $300!!!!!!!!
I ordered 2 sample size creams for 6.65 and was charged almost $300. I just checked my credit card statement so I will be following up with my refund daily until I receive it. This company has no contact info, nowhere to call or email for complains. Complete SCAM

the advertisement says the product was on shark tank and all the judges want in on this product, then it offers you a trail size for the cost of shipping.Unfortunately If you do not read the fine print they charge you alot of money after 14 days. when you call and complain after you find it on your credit card statement, they only want to refund you 40% of the cost. the kicker is they sent me an eye cream that I did not order, and I got charged for it.

Never addressed about being on shark tank and the celebrities that are suppose to use it ? I only kept the eye cream because I thought it was a trial size and would cost me more to send it back. I cannot be certain but I thought I called about the eye cream.Was not told about the charge after 14 days. I will have to see if I can look up phone records. The company is giving me a refund on the eye cream and a half refund on the face cream. I am grateful for that. Not happy about the false advertising.

Shady sales practices resulting in unknowingly signing up for a subscription to a product offered as a free trial. Confusing cancellation procedures
On 9/9/2018 I responded to a single e-mail solicitation offering a free trial of Revyve Ageless Eye Cream and Revyve Skin Advanced Ageless Cream. My credit card was charged for postage only, as agreed. I received the items packaged in a single box with a single return address. In October, when I received another shipment - one each of the same products in different packages, I notified customer service at my VISA credit card to dispute the charges. I explained that the automatic monthly subscription to the products was not clear to me from the original e-mail and that I did not wish to continue the subscription. Soon thereafter, on Nov 4, 2018, I received and e-mail dated 10/30/2018 that stated "Thank you for using Revyve Eye Monthly. This email is to inform you that your subscription status has recently been updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been cancelled per your request." The message included a Revyve Cancellation #***. I continued to receive packages from the same return address as the original products that contained only the Revyve Skin Advanced Ageless Cream. I opened only the first of 4 packages that I received. I assumed that there had been an error on the part of the company, however, I did not call them to check because I did not notice that the billing company that appeared on my credit card statement has been changed, and now came under the name RENEWSKINHEALTH.COM. My husband called this to my attention when our January bill came because he noticed the repetition in the amount of the charge. I called the company at the 800 number listed on the credit card statement on March 15, 2019 and spoke with a customer service representative who identified herself as "China". When I stated the facts as I understood them, she reported to me that only the subscription for the eye cream had been cancelled, not the subscription for the skin cream. She offered a refund of the charge that would appear on my Feb. credit card statement ($96.90) if I returned all of the product that I had received. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She put me on hold for a few minutes, came back and said her supervisor had authorized her to refund the Feb. amount and they would let me keep the product. I again asked to speak to her supervisor. She informed me that was "impossible". She had pulled her supervisor out of a meeting to talk with her about this second offer and that was the best they could do. She stated that I could call the 800 number again if I wanted to talk with a supervisor. I certainly do not have time to persist in attempting to follow up with such a disreputable company.

I have received e-mails from the company informing me that I have been refunded for all payments as requested. Many thanks for your help in resolving this issue!

Free sample of Revyve advance cream and eye cream was offered online through facebook. My credit card was charged a total of $265.08
On october 3rd I saw a facebook add for a free face cream and eye cream product sample. I went on the site and ordered.

In a plain brown enveloppe, with no return address I receive 2 containers of cream. On the 17th of october my master card credit card was charged $137.91 cad and on the 19th of october a further charge of $127.17 cad was added.

I sent a message though the internet site, which does not let you save a copy and never received a response from the company.

I request a full reimbursement as this is false and missleading advertisement. A free sample sould not end up costing 265.08$

I was further charged 281.06$ in novembre but contacted mastercard and was able to contest the charge.

Fraudulently charged for products not ordered
Signed up for free sample of anti-age cream, agreeing to pay only $7.78 s&h. I checked my bank account the following day only to find that I had been charged twsice for the S&H, and also $100.69 for two products that had NOT been ordered. Called the 844 number to get refunded, and was told that I will not get refund until after I receive and return said product (that I must pay return shipping for!!!)

This company told me I will not get my money back until I forward the products back. When the delivery came I declined it and sent the products back with the postal service. I have attached a picture of ne ee-sending the shipment.I have called the company and they advised me I would receive a check in the mail and I still have not received the check as of February 12, 2019.

As I mentioned in my complaint I signed up for a free item and they charged me for products that I did not order and that is fraudulent. If I ordered the items, why did I not receive an e-mail confirmation like I did for the free item I ordered? That's because I did not order the items they said I did.

Revyve skin offers a trial for $6.95 shipping only and then they bill your account for $82.95 & $89.95 for a skin cream and eye cream 14 days later. A 14 day trial from the day you order is the answer I got when I called for a refund not when you receive the products. I didn't even order the eye cream, but got billed. I called three times to resolve this and told them I would call my bank with fraud charges on my account and they said go ahead. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!

I was fully refunded after I contacted the Revdex.com NOT when I called Revyve three times. When I called the company I was told that I could not speak to a supervisor and the only charge that could be refunded would be the $82.95 NOT the $89.95 charge. I made three phone calls and was told the same thing each time. The third time I called I let the company know I was going to contact my bank for fraud charges. The agent told me to go ahead and do it. She even hung up on me. Her exact words were "Do what you have to do". I never complain and this was just wrong on every level.

I ordered and paid for a risk free trial and was subsequently charged for a subscription

I got a "free trial" of their products by paying for shipping oon December 30, 2018 only not knowing they called it a "subscription" & they charged me $82.95 and 89.95 14 days later (on 1/13 and 1/15). I got the product & then I got a fraud alert today from my bank. I called the company to challenge the charges indicating to them that the charges were not authorized. They insisted that in the "terms & conditions" it says that if we don't call to return the unopened product within 14 days of ordering that they would consider that we want to keep the item and that they would consider that we want to receive the product every month until we cancel it. It does not say that anywhere on the website unless you click "terms & conditions" according to the customer service person I talked to (& how many people actually click that button???) She offered to have the item shipped out less frequently. I told her that I was not interested, she offered to take $40 off of each charge and cancel the subscription and I indicated that I wanted my money refunded that I paid for a sample and do not want to continue it. I did not know it was a subscription & that I would send the opened bottle back & she said they could not accept an opened bottle & that I had to pay the $69.99 but that I could get a reduced price of $45 if I continued with the subscription...smh...I told her to cancel the subscription & she gave me a cancellation confirmation number XXXXXX. I see numerous complaints about this here and on other sites. I was threatened with them not being a fraudulent company and that the charges were valid. I reiterated that I do not authorize the charge and expected her to reverse the charge.

If the company insists on continuing its practice of "subscriptions" then they need to make a change to their online ordering system in which: 1) the custom must click a button to acknowledge that it is a subscription & that the customer must call to cancel within a certain number of days or they will be charged the full price 2). AND the customer must click a button acknowledging that they understand that they can't return the product if they open it and will be charged (this would eliminate any of this...why would anyone order something to "try" but not be able to open it to try it? Dumb. Dumb. Dumb. 3) And, the company refuses to take back an opened bottle forcing the customer to pay the full price fee that was not disclosed on the website at the time of purchase...this is an unfair practice....it needs to stop... I ordered one product,which costs $6.95 shipping only. They submitted two products debiting my debit card $6.95x2 for shipping and $89.90 for product. They tried to take $89.90 for the face cream - which I never ordered. I found many complaints online. This is a scam company. Even the website is not complete. They say Oprah advertised for them, it looks like a scam. A lawyer should look into this.

After sending a November 2018 package back to the company via USPS, the company denies receiving the product. I did not know at the time that I had to send it back to the company with a tracking number. This company makes it very difficult to return their product. To call them requires a lengthy hold and expensive return charge. DO NOT order anything from this company. They snare you with a promise of a "free" sample, just pay $6.95 for postage and handling. In the very fine print that is easily overlooked, it then states that they will send a shipment monthly for a fee of $98.90! BEWARE!

Customer contacted us on 01/05/2019 in regards to cancelling her account and requested to send her December products back to us, so that she could receive a full refund, therefore the customer was issued the Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA Number 14391701592899094) to send back the product for a full refund. Customer then contacted us again on 01/08/2019 with her UPS tracking # and full refund was issued, however after receiving the full refund the customer filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.

I do dispute the fact that when you accept a free trial, you are aware that you're signing up for a monthly delivery. However, the company issued a refund for the product that was sent back to them. I'm satisfied and have Lear ned not to deal with this company in the future.
