Ordered a free sample and no where did it state you were being signed up for a monthly charge. I don't even use the product. I've disputed charges
Even though the company's responses state you have to agree to the monthly subscription before you place the order for a free trial, that was not the case. I'm very careful when signing up for these offers and print that page out and put a note in my calendar so I cancel on time. Even the website listed on this site doesn't go anywhere. I've disputed the $96.00 charge with my bank and will refuse any shipments I get as well as return the one I magically received yesterday and did not order. I tried to call the number listed on this site, because there is no number listed on the packing slip or instructions on how to return in the box that was delivered. No one answers the phone.

Desired Outcome

I want my account credited for the charge that was unauthorized and want no further contact or shipments from this company.

The customer ordered the product on the trial on 11/23/2017. The customer has never called in to us at customer Support as stated in the Terms and Conditions in order to cancel the subscription. The customer however went ahead and filed a Revdex.com complaint.

Call back was made to the customer to advise that she was refunded and of the time frame, however the customer did not answer.

We have thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

I did call back the company and was told I was going to be credited back $96.95 for one unauthorized charge and then $89.65 for the other. I've only received one credit. The other never showed up. I've disputed charge with my bank. In addition, IT IS NOT CLEAR when you order the product that you are being signed up for a monthly subscription offer. The business practices need to change in order for me to be satisfied. In addition, when you get the free shipment that is in the offer, there should be a notification in that box as well that is clear how to cancel (with number and name of company listed), if the companies object is to get people on an automatic shipment program. The only thing you get now is a piece of paper with the product name on it, no company contact information is listed on it at all.

I did call the company back and was told over the phone that both charges would be refunded in 10 to 14 working days. It's been 30 days and only one of the charges was refunded. I'm still waiting for the $89.65 I was told I would also be refunded. I was given 2 tracking numbers of which my bank said would not help them out. So the matter is not resolved until I have received the other charge that was made to my account and was told by your representative over the phone would be refunded. In addition, if it were so clear as this company states that you know what you are signing up for, then why are their packing slips so shady? It should clearly be marked who you are getting this package from, and a customer service number to call if you didn't order it. This is how companies like this steal, they make it so impossible to find them to call them back, that is why I had to file a complaint, that is why I got a phone call to begin with. If I wouldn't have filed this complaint, I would have never known who to call. Obviously with all the complaints listed when I did file, others are having the same problem.

I ordered 2 products for $6.95 each. This company then proceeded to charge me an additional $89.90 for some unknown reason.
I ordered two products at a discounted rate of $6.95 each. When the charges were applied to my account, they added an additional charge of $89.90. I have no idea what they charge is for; nor did I order any additional products. They do not provide you with a receipt for your order. There was no time where I could have even printed the screen as proof to what I did and did not order. They need to be put out of business for the criminal billing practices.

I want the additional charge of $89.90 removed from my account and for no future charges to be applied to my account.

I am saddened by the misinformation provided to you by this company. It lowers my confidence in our society more than it already has been lately.

I never received a confirmation email regarding the order. And the ordering process online is very deceiving. As you place your order, many additional boxes pop up offering you more products. As you choose the only option that seems to be a declination, it takes you immediately to another box to order or decline yet another product. I declined everything except the two items that I wished to order. It only flashes you your total briefly after you have agreed to what you ordered.

When this additional charge was made to my account, I reviewed my emails to look for a confirmation email so that I could contact them. There was NO email. So, I had NO customer service number to contact.

If they truly tried to reach me by phone, I have an answering machine at my house. There was NEVER a message from them trying to clear up the issue. As like most honest Americans, I work full-time, volunteer at my daughter's school, babysit my grandchildren, Chair and organize a Suicide Prevention Walk for our community, as well as try to have a social life with my husband and our family and friends. I don't sit at my house waiting for dishonest companies to try and call me about my dissatisfaction with their practices.

I am grateful for the refund. This company and I can part ways and never do business again.

This company is a scam!! I cancelled over a year ago and then out of the blue they charge my credit card and send me another bottle of cream. I called customer service and explained this to the representative but she refused to return it or give me a refund. I was also told that there was no one that could help me when I asked to speak to her supervisor. I let her know that I would be writing a negative review and she didn't care. The customer service is awful! I will also be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

The trial offer is not clear on any confirmations that you will be enrolled in autopay
The company offers a $6.99 "trial" offer but does not clearly state that you will be charged again at the end of the trial (about $90 per product) and auto ship every 30 days at full price. I have contacted the company and am sending back my second shipment but am only receiving partial refund for the "trial" products. I see many others in similar situations that have received full refunds.

The customer called in to us on 12/30/2017 in regards to his account where the Terms and Conditions were explained to him again, to which he requested to send back the Monthly products received in December for a full refund, he was then provided with a RMA # and the returns address. He then requested a resolution in regards to the End of trial cost which he was offered 40% back from each charges, this was accepted and customer agreed that there would be no escalations , however after being refunded in full for the products returned , the customer then went ahead and filed a Revdex.com complaint, thus going against the previous agreement.

Subscr. details came in email only, not when ordering. Charged twice for shipping. C.S. Hung up on me. No credit given because I refused pkg $200 bad!
I agreed to pay $6.95 for shipping for the sample. Three charges to my card. No auto ship in terms and conditions during purchase. They did send in email after. False advertising. Product not as advertised. I called to cancel when I was surprised to receive a package in the mail. scam. They hung up on me twice. I refused package. Called again. Now they offered to credit $30 of the $200 in charges. Revyve said you'll lose is you dispute it with credit card company. It's in dispute. I asked why they can't refund my return. "I didn't follow their procedure."

Full refund of excess charges and of the products I returned.

The customers claim that the packages were refused and she was denied the refund is not true, based on our information as well as the tracking number on the products XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX both shows that the products was received and not returned as claimed.

Customer contacted us on 12/30/2017 in regards to cancelling her account; the account was cancelled as requested. The Terms and Conditions were explained to the customer again, which she became rude with the customer service representative.

Also we did an intensive investigation into the customer's claim that she was hung up on twice and no such instance could be found.

Inaccurate statements. The customer service person told me she can only give a $30 refund. Because I refused the package, they have no way to track it, they cannot give a full refund. If that's true then how was it tracked according to the rebuttal. I absolutely did ship the product back by refusing it. It may have been in the process. You bet I was upset with customer service. He talked over me and didn't want to offer a solution. I still had the package at that time. He could've have helped with that but preferred to argue. That is the truth. The second call I was told I would only get 30 dollars back of the approximately, $180 in charges. Of course that's upsetting. It is true, as I stated earlier, I did get the correct terms and conditions in an email, afterwards. I did get a refund and they most certainly received the product back. Please check your tracking numbers again. Funny your rep said they have no way of knowing I sent the package back, but you're claiming you have a tracking number and you didn't get it. Which is it? I am satisfied with the refund not the integrity of the company. Thank you.

I got a coupon in my email for a 5 dollar trial face cream. I decided to try it out. For two more months I received this face cream but It was not my intention to keep on receiving the product. For 5 more months I didn't receive any product but was still getting charged for the product. They have taken $1,500 from my account and have only refunded me $95 of it even though they said they refunded me more than that. I have called 12 times and been hung up on every time.

It has been found that some non-legitimate companies will use our Customer Service info, number, and even our Name and sell fraudulently to unsuspecting Customers.

However this product Bisou Face Cream is Not our product.

We are certainly not a scam and have tens of thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer do some further checks as to who would have billed her rather than falsely accusing merchants of being a "scam".

Since the customer was not found in our database, we consider this complaint resolved and this matter closed.

This company uses celebrity names to promote their skincare products
I read an article in which Revyve Skin claimed that Joanna Gains is leaving her show "Fixer Upper" and starting a skin care line. I later learned this company has used multiple names in order to promote their products. My concern is that the face lotion and eye serum (which I ordered) is fraudulent and a scam. After paying for shipping, they automatically sent me another month's supply and charged me $99 (which was possibly in the fine print which I didn't catch). I called immediately to cancel my subscription. I saw this issue televised on Dr. Oz and, again, am concerned that I was a victim of this company's scam.

I would like to know if there is actually any benefit to the lotion I'm using or if it is junk. And would like my money back if I am correct in my accusation.

I had the same experience as the other customers. I looked closely for the 'catch' yet didn't find it on the website. I was treated poorly, basically like I was an it, by their 'customer service' rep. I got no results when I asked for a refund, so I called my credit card company and the charge is in dispute and I received a credit. If they were a legitimate business wanting continued sales, they would make their customers happy. Their treatment of their customers is proof of their intent.

I ordered a sample skin product. I paid 6.95 with Credit card. They sent me a 30 day product instead and demand $80 for it or collection.
I ordered Revyve Skin Advanced Ageless Cream on Nov. 7, 2017 through an advertisement on Snapchat. They advertised that it was a free sample product. Once I filled in my information I realized I had to pay 6.95 with my credit card. I paid it. I received the skin care. The skin care said nothing about a subscription on the bottle. The email they sent me confirming the purchase said nothing about the subscription.

I received one call on Nov. 20 from rep of Revyve they said I had to pay $80 for a subscription. I ended the phone call. I called back on Nov. 20 and the next rep said that they sent me a 30 day trial instead of a sample and that I had to pay for it. I asked why they sent me 30 days when I signed up only for the sample. I asked to send the product back and he said that they would not take it back. He said that their lawyers will sue me and will take this matter to a collection agency and ruin my credit for the $80 product that I did not sign up for. This phone call was very startling, they conducted the business in a demanding and harsh fashion. I felt very threatened after this call.

I called back on Nov. 22 to make sure that they canceled my "subscription" that I did not sign up for. I asked for an address because I want to send a complaint, she refused to give me an address. I asked for her first and last name. She said her first name is Kim and would not provide her last name.

I asked if I had any subscription or charge on my account. She said no, it was canceled, and you do not have any charge on your account. Then I told her I received a call saying I owed $80. She quickly changed her mind to saying - No you do owe $80, your card was declined.

The reason my card declined is because there was fraud detection on the same credit card on Nov. I have a feeling Revyve sold my credit card information.

I believe they are conducting their business in a fraudulent and unconsionable fashion, forcing people to pay for products they did not sign up for.

I would very much appreciate your help in this matter. I want to make sure this does not ruin my credit.

took 89.95 out of my global cash card account without my authorization.
on 12/17/17 this company took 89.95 out of my debit card. my global cash card without me saying they could take it out.on Nov. 15th 2017 I bought a 6.95 bottle for a free sample as advertised. there was no indication that it was a free trial. it was a free sample just give them 6.95 for shipping and handleing. so thats what I did. I will no be having chrismas now I am just sick about this.

Revyve charged for trial 6.95 on 11/27, another charge of 1.99 on 11/29 & another charge of 89.95 on 12/11. Would like refund of the last two charges.
So as stated above, Revyve charged for the trial 6.95 on 11/27 which I was expecting, another charge of 1.99 on 11/29 & another charge of 89.95 on 12/11. I never received a confirmation email with terms and conditions for me to look over, no confirmation email of my order just the charges to my account. I was unaware that I would continue to be charged, which also made my account negative because the funds were not in the account since I was unaware I was being charged more for the product. I would like the last two charges refunded to my account. Revdex.com was contacted on 12/19 when I reviewed my bank statement and noticed the charges, and I was told I could file a complaint to try and have my issue resolved or to go through my bank/credit card company.

Revyve is unprincipled and deceitful. Auto-renew monthly for $96.90, and $89 for trial is completely buried in fine print. Revyve should be ashamed!
On October 1, 2017, I ordered the free trial of Revyve and was aware of, and paid the $6.95 shipping. Weeks later I have two charges on my account, one for $89 & one for $96. And I received another tiny bottle of revive, which is a terrible product, by the way. At no point when ordering, was I alerted to being charged for the full product after 14 days. At no point when ordering, was I alerted to this being an auto-renew subscription, or that I would incur the $89.95 charge for the "free trial" if I didn't cancel within the time period. I'm not even sure when the trial ended! This information is buried so deep in the terms and conditions, it is shameful. When I called to cancel my subscription and was asked why, I told them that I thought their business practices were obviously and purposefully deceitful . A female customer service representative implied strongly, and quite rudely, that it was my fault because this information is on their website. I canceled my "auto-renew" subscription, and was promised a refund of $96.90 when they get their Revyve back. I promptly put it in the mail. They did offer to refund half of the $89 charge, but that is unacceptable because the whole thing is a scam! Furthermore, I have ZERO confidence in getting a refund from this company when the Revive is returned to them. It is quite clear, based on several hundreds of complaints I've researched online, that this company uses deceitful, malicious, unethical practices. A reputable company should not have to hide behind the buried, fine print. I have disputed these charges with my credit card company. And I am owed a full refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be assured that the $94.90 refund is given as soon as the Revyve is returned to the company. I am also asking for a refund of $89.90, the cost of the "trial", since I didn't cancel within the designated time period. I will continue to warn others, through Revdex.com, social media, and every other avenue possible, that this is a deceitful, unethical company who continues to take advantage of many people, even though they've received hundreds and hundreds of complaints. So i ask that they change their practices of deceit immediately.

Same as everyone else - they are a fraudulent company. Trial package was received and full subscription was charged without notice to customer.
One Oct 21, my father (a senior citizen) ordered a trial package for my mother for charge of $6.95. During no time was it mentioned that a monthly charge of $96.90 would be hitting their account within 14 days. When we called to complain and cancel, it took 20 minutes for the customer service person, Alissa, to confirm a refund could be obtained only after the next package was received (billed for it but never received). Then when I asked for a phone number, she had to confirm with someone else to "generate" a number.

Desired Outcome

I want their money refunded and the "subscription" cancelled without any further funds removed from their account. Both of my parents are seniors and feel they are being taken advantage of b/c of their age.

The compliant filed with BBQ was before a rep spoke with my mother. I spoke with a rep the day I filed the compliant and advised the rep that I was on the site and had seen no less than 13 other simikar complaints.

My parents were charged in Oct and Nov and I was told by the rep the o my way to receive a refund was to return the product when I received it. I asked when that would be and was told it was in the mail and we would receive it in 3 days.

A day later, another rep called my mother, spoke with her and agrees to provide refund for both charges. My mother asked about the product that was supposedly in the mail already, the rep told her she would not be receiving another product. So the first rep either lied about it 'being in the mail' or the second rep didn't know it was in the mail.

When/if my parents receive a refund, I will update this posting.

I am being fraudulently charge for an item that I did not purchase. Had to cancel my credit card and this company is now harassing me.
My credit card was falsely charged for this product several times for $1, $1.89, $89, $88. My credit card company called me and asked me to verify these charges because they were coming across as fraudulent. I Informed them that my email address had been hacked, I had to change passwords and the credit card company denied the charges, cancelled my card, and sent me a new credit card to prevent any further fraudulent activity. I then notified the company by calling the number on the charges within my statement 888-235-0083. It turns out to be a skin cream company named Revy? The woman I spoke with named Olivia said it is a hydrating skin cream that does reoccurring charges unless the individual cancels. I informed her that my credit card info was stolen and these are false charges because never purchased their product and want them to stop attempting to charge me any further. Olivia spoke with her manager and informed my on 11/2/2017 at 1355 the they will refund my credit card company 100% of the charges this company was attempting to charge within 10-14 days and no further charges will occur. I have since received a call from this Revy company phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX on 11/29/2017 and a gentleman stated he was calling to collect for the charges. I informed him of my credit card info being stolen, that I never purchased or received the items they speak of, and that Olivia from Revy informed me that they would refund me 100% and no further charges. He proceeded to tell me he was going to send me to collections. I asked how can you do that if I never purchased this product? My credit card company can talk to him to dispute the fraudulent charges, he proceeded to question who charged these items then? I informed him once again to call my credit card company and that I should not even be getting bothered this was handled on 11/2/2017 and the Revy rep Olivia re-imbursed my credit card company 100% and no further charges would occur. He said he has record of all this and proceeded badgering me again for payment. I did inform him that I would be contacting the Revdex.com because this seems to be a huge scam and harassment. He hung up on me and I am continuing to receive a call from the same XXX-XXX-XXXX phone number. This is fraud and a scam I want these people to stop harassing me and threatening with sending me to a collections agency! My credit report and score should not be damaged for fraudulent charges or a fraudulent companies scam.

Understand that the charges were fraudulent. Olivia with this Revy company assured me that I would be refunded 100% of the charges that this company attempted as well as that there would be no more charges. I should not and do not want to receive any more calls from this company threatening collections for an item/items I never purchased and that their own company was supposed to reimburse me 100% and would not have any other charges.

I do not want to receive these products monthly. I believe the advertising for these products was misleading. In ordering the sample product there was nothing to indicate I would be receiving additional products monthly. Having fallen for a scam such as this previously I was careful to see if this was a reoccurring order. It is almost impossible to speak to anyone of authority at the company. I am requesting a full refund of the charges.

refused to provide a refund even though I called within the 14 day trial. I'm pretty sure they outsource their call centers as well.
purchased 11/16. Emailed to cancel on 11/29. Called on 11/30 to complain. I ordered a sample of the eye cream and skin cream which didn't work AT ALL. I used them straight for almost 2 weeks. I also love how the trial starts when you order it and not from when you use it, so by the time you get it, you only have x amount of days to see if it works before you get charged. It is the most expensive cream I've ever encountered. $89 for one and $84 for the other I believe. Ridiculous. I can get better stuff at Walgreens and I'm planning on it.

As others have learned, this company leads you to believe that there is a trial product available for 6.95. I am aware of many companies that add you onto a subscription after a number of days so I looked very closely for that and did not see anything apparent. The product came in about a week. My credit card was charged for an additional $173 a week after that. No additional products were sent, this was the charge for the 6.95 product. When I called customer service, the service person laughed and hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM!!!!

Again, this company is not entirely truthful. I was hung up on with the first customer rep that I contacted. During my conversation with the second rep, I did cancel the shipments. I still contend that the terms are so difficult to locate (I had spent time looking for the catch and didn't find it) that it is obvious that the company intends to lure unaware customers. I assume that there are, or should be, laws regarding the advertising of items with recurring charges in regards to the main body of the advertisement. Usually, I note an asterisk or at least fine print that explains the terms.
After contacting Revdex.com and my credit card company, I was refunded the large amounts by the skin care company. I am satisfied with the resolution.

Misleading initial trial size offer turned into a recurring charge because of misleading advertisement.
I was impressed with the product information and I saw you could get a sample for free. I ordered the product on my phone. There were shipping charges. That was ok. I received product. Apparently they were full size. It wasn't clear that I needed to notify them within 14 days or be charged the full price of $89.95, and $82.95 (face and eye cream).

A month later (today, 11/20/2017), I received another package from them with another eye and face cream. I knew I hadn't ordered them so I looked at my CC bill and sure enough there were charges I didn't understand.

The packaging that the shipment came in only had a PO Box on it, no company name. And, the packing slip only had my information. No company name, etc. I feel this is another step in making it very difficult to get a hold of the company.

In the end, I was able to find information to call the company and speak to "Peter" who continued to tell me that I missed the small print. Before calling I had looked up the company on the Revdex.com and saw that all the complaints were exactly like mine.

"Peter" issued me an RMA to return the product that came today and told me it would take time to do the refund once the product arrived at the facility.

I told "Peter" that it was very misleading and I had seen the same complaints on the Revdex.com site. In the end, after going on and on with him. I told him what he was saying wasn't acceptable.

I called my CC company and have the charges being disputed. They immediately asked questions as to the nature of the product/shipping etc. They are familiar with these situations. While on the phone with the CC company, "Peter" called back saying his supervisor would authorize a $60 refund (approx) per item. I told him that was unacceptable and I was already in touch with my CC company.

I want all charges other than the original two shipping charges of $6.95 each to be refunded. I've already disputed this with my CC company.

My original complaint was that the advertising was misleading. I looked at the Revdex.com site for this company and all the complaints were of similar nature.

Peter was inflexible just restating a very scripted response, and originally told us he could not refund the money for the original free "sample". After going around and around, I told him I was done talking and would handle it with my CC company. A few minutes later he called back offering a partial refund on the original order which I declined.

If the company has made an effort to call me since then, there has been no message left on my answering machine.

My credit card company provided excellent customer service and took care of the issue. As far as I'm concerned I'm done with this claim.
