I ordered a sample of this cream. Received it, and then received another box with no email or no warning the next month and 200$ charge to my card
This was a sample skin cream where you could pay for shipping. There was no mention that this was a recurrent product at all in the confirmation email. They did not email to tell me another product was coming. There is no address or company on the box. There is not a website that I can cancel. This is a completely unethical scam, and they need to be shut down.

I will happy return the product for a refund.

The company's name and address is clearly printed on the confirmation email that is sent to the customer as soon as the order is processed and confirmed.

There have been several attempts to contact the customer via telephone in regards to advising her that she was refunded, however with each call we are unable to speak to customer, as she has never answered.

Another shocked customer...wish I could give a zero star...Same as other reviews! I'd like all my money back, not just the$19.95 shipping rate on each outrageous charges...this business should be investigated and SHUT DOWN!

Customer contacted us on 11/04/2017 in regards to cancelling her account; Customer was advised of the Terms and Conditions again, customer stated that she understood and requested a refund, customer was assisted with a refund of both costs paying only $19.95 per product, and however customer had stated in her review that she was refunded only $19.95.

This is a very deceitful company. They lure you into buying this product by stating that you have a 14 day trail but they don't tell you the trail starts the day you order not the day you receive the product! You then are locked into the scam of them charging your card $96.90 every month! The charges on card had 2 different company names and two different phone numbers. I told them to cancel the product charges and I would send back the products. They said I could just send back the last order and that I would not be refunded for the first order, even though I never used the products!!!! What a rip off! Buyer Beware!!!!

I ordered this product with the free trial and added eye cream also and was never told that it would be an automatic shipment each month to the tune of $186.80 coming to my home without authorization from me. It took me 3 weeks to find the phone number for these people and when I called them they said to return product and call back with shipment tracking number and they would refund when I checke3d to see they had received pkg. I asked them for the phone number as I had not written it down and she was very reluctant to give me the phone number & excused herself for a couple of minutes and finally returned with the phone number to call when I saw after my keeping a check on the package myself that they had gotten it and also that then 1st they would refund the purchase costs. This seems like a terrible scam and they are a unscrupulous company in my estimation.

Customer requested to send products back to us, so that she could receive a full refund, therefore the customer was issued Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA Number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) to send back product for a full refund.

However the customer called back today 11/17/2017 with Tracking Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which when checked showed that the products would be returned to us on MONDAY 20 NOVEMBER 2017 by 8:00pm, which you were then advised that the refund would be issued on the 20th, when the product was delivered, which you stated to the agent that you understood, however you went ahead and filed a Revdex.com review several minutes later.

I ordered two free samples and instead of just receiving the samples I was signed up for and received monthly charges on my credit card.
I, like other consumers saw an ad for Revyve Skin on the internet and ordered what I thought was going to be a free sample for the cost of $6.95 for shipping for two different samples. I was duped into believing this was a legitimate product. When I ordered the samples of the product, There wasn't any information about being signed up for a monthly membership. Believing everything was on the up and up, I placed my order. The products arrived and 15 days later the company attempted to charge two separate charges for $89.95 and $82.95. My bank recognized the charges as fraudulent and notified me of the charges. The credit card was cancelled due to the fraudulent charges and the company did not receive payment. However, they have called and have threatened to take my account to collections. I asked for a supervisor and told her it was a scam. She refused to reverse the charges and told me it would be sent to collections anyway.

Desired Outcome

I do not owe this fraudulent company any money. And I seek to have them drop the amount of the charges against the account and and prohibit them from going to collections.

Duped as the rest of the complaints...deceived into getting a trial and then having my credit card charges twice without permissio.
Found an add for a skin cream to try for the cost of shipping and later find out they charge you for it after you get it without your knowledge. I am not able to purchase creams for those prices and would not have ordered it had they told me the real truth. Putting high end names with it also sends mixed messages as we have come to trust Dr. Oz and Oprah. But now I know better and I hope everyone reads these complaints and NEVER orders anything that says it will only cost shipping as I have now noticed they are doing this practice on many more products online. So scary!

I want them to take the charges back from my credit card ...one for 82.95 and one for 89.95. They also charges me twice for the shipping so all in all another 6.95 would be fair.

Not only do they fail to disclose the correct information regarding the "6.95" trial, they send you a full product (not a trial) and charge you for it with a recurring charge of $89.95. The product is also one of the worst products I have used in over 20 years! My skin is so dry and is peeling! This has never happened to me before. I was promised a "cancellation email" of which I have yet to receive. I will take this up with my credit card and dispute the charges.

Dishonest business practices. Their sales pitch leads you to beileieve you're getting a product for shipping costs only.
I purchased the RevyveSkin Advanced Ageless Cream 1.0 oz/30 ml on 10/4/17. When I purchased the only price I clearly saw was the cost of shipping for $6.95. I was lead to believe I was receiving a 30 day trial size sample for only the cost of shipping. No where did I see a notice stating that I would later be billed for the full price of the product. To my complete surprise, on 10/17/17 I was billed an additional 89.95. After calling their customer service department I was told this was my misunderstanding and my fault because I didn't read their "terms of service". I'm buying facial cream not a new car? Since when did you have to read terms of service on a skin care product? The first woman I spoke to was extremely rude. Argued with me the entire time and constantly coming up with excuses as to why it was ok for them to dishonestly bill me. She eventually ended hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a gentlemen who also told me the same thing "I was in the wrong because I didn't read through their ridiculous terms of service" and I had to call within 14 days of placing my order to cancel my trial on my 30 day supply in order to prevent the continuous billing of $89.95 a month. WHAT???? Who does business this way? It's inf edible shady and very dishonest. After getting off the phone I decided to do a little more research on this company. Their current website revyveskincare.com isn't even complete yet and states this on their main page:

BUT don't worry you can click through to the one and only link that is working...... their "terms". So NO pricing or product info just the link to their shady terms of service. They SHOULD NOT be allowed to do business this way. Also, I can buy the same exact product online at amazon.com for $34.97 with free shipping and sold by RevyveSkin. There are multiple complaints on their amazon listing stating that it's a scam so I have no doubt they still find a way to lure you into their ungodly trial. Please DONT buy a thing from this dishonest theiving company.

No one, wants nor do they, click on a terms of service link. Customer contacted us on 10/18/2017, in regards to cancelling her account to which customer was abusive to the Customer Service Representative; therefore the call was transferred to a Supervisor to which the customer hung up. Customer then went ahead and filed a Revdex.com complaint. Follow-up was also done to the customer to verify that the refund was issued, and to provide the customer with the transaction ID number to provide to the bank.

I returned product and to date I have not received a refund.
I signed up for a minimal charge trial for this product. No where was there mention of an ongoing monthly subscription with a cost of $186.80 per month for their product. When I found in my bank statement that they were charging me the exorbitant amount I refused the next shipments. I contacted Reyve and they opened 2 tickets and then advised that they had not received the shipments back. I checked into the tracking numbers from the Post Office to find that they did not accept mail at the PO Box they had mailed from and the shipments were placed in the dead file. I then packaged up the remaining product (2 months worth) and returned it to PO Box they advised me to return it to. They received the shipment in mid September and to date I have not received a refund for this product and 2 months worth is $373.60. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and this loss of funds has caused me great hardship. I am not asking for the bank charges for bounced checks just the refund for the returned product. I have called them and written to them to no avail.

We have a dedicated email staff who has also responded to the customer to advise of the refund as all efforts to contact the customer via telephone has been futile.

I ordered a "free" sample of this product. Agreeing to pay only shipping. Was charged over $170 for future order that I did not agree to.
On 10-17 I called this company requesting my money back stating that I did not agree to future shipments. They stated they sent me an email and I agreed when I ordered. They sent no prior email and this there was no reference to future shipments when I ordered. They refused to refund the charges.

Poor! Frustrating! I was excited to try a free Trail. While signing up for the free trail they atomaticlly sign you up for a subscription to receive their skin care for $80 a month. Realizing what had happened I called and cancel everything. Peter on the phone stated my account was closed.
Two weeks later I receive a call confirming my shipment. I told the rep about my account being closed and I did not want the shipment. He kept stating "No, No" as I repeated myself he again said "No" and then he went on to say that I was wasting the companies time and hung up on me. I called customer service to make sure my account was closed. Tori stated that yes my account has been closed. I hope this is the end of this

Customer stated that she received a call from us advising her to confirm her shipment, this call however did not come from us. It has been found that some non legitimate company's will use our Customer Service info, number, and even our Name and sell Fraudulently to unsuspecting Customers.

I don't expect the company to agree with my findings. I feel they know how to target those to get them part of their scam. The bottom line is that they have a F with Revdex.com and I should have done my research.
