Scam!
Customer service rep on phone told me that I agreed to additional orders at exorbitant prices unless I cancelled with 14 days. I was not aware of the agreement and would not have ordered the trial if I had known I would be charged $95 and $103 for additional products.The products did not arrive until a week after I submittd the order. There is no way to know if the products are effective with just a few days of use.I am a senior citizen and think this kind of marketing is abusive. I would like a refund.

Customer contacted us on 08/08/2018 in regards to querying the charges where the Terms and Conditions was explained to her again in full which she understood and agreed to again and requested that the account be cancelled. The customer did not request any refund from the agreed to charge whilst speaking to the Customer Service Representative.However days after the customer went ahead and filed a Revdex.com complaint without calling back in to Customer Support.

The claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false. The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the web site and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the confirmation emails sent to each customer.

Also the refunds sought by the customer in the amount of $103 and $95 are not our charges.

There has not and will never be any further charges to this customer's account.

We have thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

Thank you for checking on this matter. Although I do not agree with all of their statements in their response, I am satisfied with receiving refunds of $82.95 and $89.95. The Revyve customer service representative told me on the phone that I had agreed to pay those amounts and did not offer me a refund. I will not recommend this product or company to any of my friends and family.

I ordered Revyve Ageless face cream at a special introductory cost of $6.95. When checking out I was offered their Revyve Eye cream also at a special introductory cost of $6.95 which I agreed to. I then received emails confirming shipment and within those emails was a "link" to terms & conditions. When I clicked on the terms & conditions I learned that "according to Revyve" when I submitted my order for the special introductory offers, I was also agreeing to pay after 14 days an additional (!) $ 82.95 which would be charged to my credit card AND I would then begin receiving future shipments every 30 days at a cost of $82.95 plus shipping $6.95. WOW! What a special introductory offer!

My initial order was made on July 19, 2018. I called on 07/30/2018 asking for a Return Authorization to return their products AND stating that I did not want to receive any further shipments. Their written policy states that after 14 days from the initial order, the customer will be charged an additional $82.95 And a 2nd shipment for the cost of $89.95 will be sent.
My credit card statement shows the initial $13.90 ($6.95 X 2) was charged on July 19, 2018. On July 30, 2018 (the same day I called to request to return the product AND to request no further shipments be sent, my credit card was charged with 2 separate charges. One for $82.95 and another for $89.95. Clearly rather than giving me a refund and cancelling further shipments, they charged my account the same day not even waiting for the 14 day interval. Then on Monday, Aug. 6, I received a 2nd shipment. When I had requested a Return Authorization on July 30, 2018, I spoke to two different individuals and neither one would authorize a return of their product, consequently, I took this package to the post office and returned it.
As of August 9, 2018, I have not received any refund(s) to my credit card.

In Canada, I ordered from a website "dailyfreeonline.com", which offered a free trial sample,with 30 day money back guarantee. only pay s&h. credit card statement show charges twice of $134.33 and $123.87. I had no idea how his occurred. Went online and saw reviews and claims that this company emails confirmations to let consumers know they are enrolled in monthly club. This is a blatant lie! I finally reached a customer service rep. in California, USA. I spoke twice with them. They said all they could do, since I missed the "14 day trial period as set out in the terms", is cancel my subscription. I DID NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I was under no obligation to them. I told them I had not received any product, but when I did I would return it and would want a refund. They refused. I sent 2 emails - revyve.mojohelpdesk.com. I explained I DID NOT place order with them; there were no terms or conditions; I had NEVER received a email confirming I was enrolled in an 'automatic monthly charged to my credit card club.' The reply email just stated terms and conditions and when I replied to it, the response was they had 'closed the ticket'. The 1st rep. I spoke to in California, at phone # 1-888-876-6762, was 'Jake'. He said the call was recorded. He said a supervisor wasn't available, but assured me that he had cancelled my subscription, and sent me and email as to such. He also stated I would be charged, as I had missed the "14 days, as set out in the terms and conditions". I told him I had NEVER placed order with his company; and gave him the website I had ordered from. He claimed he couldn't find the website!! Today's date is July 24,2018. Jake had told me that "July's shipment had been shipped July 13,2018, and my credit card charged on that date. This product has not arrived. The company has refused my request to provide an address to return the product and provide a refund. The charges on my mastercard, posted June 22,2018 of $134.33 and posted June 25,2018 of $123.87 and from what I have been told, another set of charges for the same amount posted in July 2018, totalling $516.40, are fradualent and I request a full refund.

Desired Outcome

A FULL refund of ALL charges posted on my mastercard. An email confirming I was enrolled in this club in error. Provide proof that as they claim, they sent me a confirmation email, informing me I was enrolled in their Revyve monthly skin care cream club. They are calling ALL the consumers who are daring to complain liars, and this is simply not true.

I ordered a Revyve advanced ageless cream and did order trial size eye cream and face lifting cream. The cream was approx. 49.95 and the sample sizes were approx. 7.00 each. They came in a box with no receipt..no phone number..no address..no paper work..found that strange..my visa was charged for 125.00 for one, 135.00 for the second and the third wasnt on my visa that month,,I freeked out and called visa..they said these companies that do this have a small warning about a 14 day trial or full price is charged. I cancelled with the phone number on the visa ..they charged me a lowered amount of 60.00 dollars for the third product the next month BUT in U. S funds that came to 79.00...I called back to make sure all is cancelled as they told me I could not return the products as it was over 14 days...the three fees on my visa had three different phone numbers and three different names for the creams,,NOT REVYVE...I made sure I cancelled all three numbers...two charges were from Quebec and the other from the U.S...then I found out that there was a 60.00 cancellation fee in U.S dollars to cancel..even though the creams were sent from the Quebec company...this is a SCAM...never experienced this from ordering a product..a clever way to take money from credit cards..they are getting rich and people are being taken...NEVER SAW ANY WARNING ON THE WEB SITE OF A TRIAL PERIOD AT THE TIME OF ORDER... Their customer service is crafty and the company has found a way to legally screw you out of your money and take advantage..a new fraud

There has been several attempts by us to contact the customer to advise that she did not need to return the packages as she could keep them as a courtesy by us , however the customer has never answered, However Voice message was left for the customer advising her of the refunds.

purchased a trial and they charged me on the 14thday I called to say I cancelled and they would not give me my money back

I did not realize it was a trial of 14 days and called as soon as I saw the charges. they refused to refund me the full amount and said if I do not pusue them after they will give me 80.00 refund from a 135.00 charge. I took it but I dont agree with this at all. I was not aware.... so I am looking for the balance of 55.00 refund. they said we cannot come after them after 30 days and my master card company is making me wait 15 days before they even look at this

I am not sure if they refunded the whole amount of 135.00. If so then I am satisfied if not I would like to mention to them that indeed I did not have to click a link to process my trial request. Secondly they should have the terms on the web site, not a link to it. Thirdly, they pressured me into saying ok I would take 80.00 rather than the whole amount.It was an unfair pressure tactic.

The customer has never called into us at customer support, had the customer called into Customer Support she would have been instructed on the proper procedure to send back the unused package as per our Terms and Conditions. Customer's account would have then been refunded. However, customer ignored the return or refund procedure and went ahead and filed a chargeback with her bank. Once a chargeback process has begun, the refund process is out of our hands at Customer support and in the hands of our mitigators and the customers' bank.

Misleading advertising. FRAUD & SCAM
I ordered the "amazing" Advanced Ageless Cream which I had seen on an episode of Shark Tank. The supposed sample was free with s/h of $6.95. The sample arrived with no return address. Evidently without knowing I clicked on Terms it said if I did not cancel within 14 days of order (not 14 days after receipt and testing) then I would be billed $89.95 for the same 1 oz jar I received and sells on Amazon for $29.95. I ordered it on April 20 and received on April 25, 2018. When I saw a charge on my VISA for $89.95 I cancelled and received an email on 5/7/18 acknowledging cancellation. I am 77 years old and would certainly not order anything for 89.95 a month!!

Credit of $89.95 on my VISA!! I disputed the charge and received a denial from the merchant. I am currently working with the FTC, ***, and Facebook.

This company is joke. I have canceled my order over 13 times and have the documents to prove it and they still keep charging and sending me items. my Bank will be filing a complaint against them to get money back.

My "free sample" ended up being a 14-day trial to a subscription, which I was not aware needed to be cancelled in 14 days.
Subscription was started in March. On April 30, there was a charge for 82.95 on my bank statement.
I Spoke with someone and did cancel but they said another shipment was already sent. Another charge of 186.80 was on my bank statement. My niece called to see if we could send the unopened product back for a full refund and was told "the warehouse would not accept it." "This was a subscription and should have been cancelled after the 14-day trial period." Order#XXXXXXXX, Ref#XXXXXXX, Customer #77, SKU: *** REVYVESKIN Advanced Ageless Cream Pallet XXXXXX and SKU: *** REVyveEye Ageless Eye Serum Pallet XXXXXX. These products were shipped and billed on 05/16 and on 06/11 I was told it has been over 30 days they could not be returned.

Refund of the second charge for 186.80 for returning the product.

This was a facebook ad so I had no way to contact company. When I did receive the product and bank statement I contacted company only to be hung up on too.

Customer contacted us on 06/06/2018, in regards to cancelling his account to which customer was reminded of the Terms and Conditions by the representative, however whist the representative was speaking the customer hung up, the refund was however issued in the customers absence, However the customer then went ahead and filed a Revdex.com review complaint. Follow-up was also done to the customer to verify that the refund was issued, and to provide the customer with the transaction ID number to provide to the bank, however there has been no answer.

Shady sales practices.
I purchased this product online on 5/17/18 and did not see any mention of a 14-day "trial" period after which you would be billed if you did not call to cancel the product. I thought this might be a situation where you would receive product on a monthly basis and could cancel and return the product if you were not satisfied. However, I saw nothing regarding that type of situation either.
On 6/1 I was charged 90.67 for a product that did not do what it advertised at all. I had no noticeable improvement with my skins with regard to wrinkles. It seems to be a decent moisturizer but is certainly not worth $90.
This type of advertising and sales is completely dishonest and the company should be put out of business.

This company is a scam front. They lure un-suspecting elderly people into buying a skin care product for $100 a month, and then make it impossible to cancel the monthly billing.

Our company strives to provide high quality products and exceptional service. We take complaints very seriously, however after exhausted investigation, The Customer cannot be found in any of our Customer Data-base

It has been found that some non-legitimate companies will use our Customer Service info, number, and even our Name and sell fraudulently to unsuspecting Customers.

We are certainly not a scam and have tens of thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer do some further checks as to who would have billed him rather than falsely accusing merchants of being a "scam".

Since the customer was not found in our database, we consider this complaint resolved and this matter closed.

Immediately charged for what was supposed to be a free trial. The company says they have no record of me being a customer.
I received the product Friday 4/20/2018 & was charged $89 Monday 4/24/2018. There was no "trial period". I called for a refund & they say they have no record of me as a customer. I gave my name, phone number, address, email, order #XXXXXXXX, ref # XXXXXX, customer *** customer PO # XXXXXX. They still said they couldn't find any info on the order.

They wanted to look it up by my credit card number & I refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor & they hung up on me.

I called my bank & they said it was set up for automatic withdrawal. I canceled the card & am disputing the charge.

If you have ordered from them make sure to cancel the card you used immediately.

We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers; therefore we have gone ahead and issued the refunds for the transactions in question to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, there were a few inaccuracies in the complaint that we'd like to address.

The claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false. The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the confirmation emails sent to each customer.

The customer has never contacted us here at Customer Support so that claim that she was advised to give us her credit card number is completely false, we would NEVER request a customers' credit card info as this info is not visible on the system.

We have thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this matter is now resolved, as we have gone ahead and issued the customer a full refund for the transaction in question. Sincerely, Revyve Customer Support.

They have supposedly "cancelled" my subscription. I received my "trial" products and lo and behold....the samples are the exact same as the ones I was persuaded to buy a number of years ago, except for the labelling. Even the packaging is the exact same...which I have never had on any of my other products so it is quite unique and recognizable. There goes their claim that they are unique and have not operated under various names. WATCH OUT!!!!! Scam
company!!!! Trying to include a picture of the four products but the site won't let me. RUN from this company.

Therefore we have gone ahead and issued the refund for the transaction in question, which is the shipping and handling charge to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, there were a few inaccuracies in the complaint that we'd like to address.

The customer claims that our product is the exact same product that she purchased years ago, in addition to that the packages were the same.
If the company is a "fraud" as the customer claims then there is no way she would want to keep said products and not return them even after being refunded.

There has not been any further charge to the customer's account other than the shipping and handling charge.
We have thousands of very satisfied customers. If we had a false product as this customer claims she would not be so adamant in wanting to use said product.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this matter is now resolved, since the customer has been refunded for the only transaction in question which is the shipping and handling charge, Sincerely, Revyve Customer Support.

I have never even opened ANY of the products and it would be costly to ship them back. This company, in ONE DAY, went from FIVE co,plaints to SEVENTY FIVE. The above response from them is clearly a form response sent to all who complain more than once. The customer service dept is extremely rude and when I said I would consult the Revdex.com she simply said go ahead and hung up. Professional? I think not. The background noise was reminiscent of boiler room telemarketing. I had been called three times to be solicited. The first time I could not understand what the rep was saying so he simply hung up. The second time, no one spoke and the third was scripted speech. Even if you should shut them down, they will simply reopen under a different Na,e, as they have already done. Good luck.

I did'nt sign-up for this product every month,at a cost of (96.00) dollars. Just a free sample and (4.95) S&H
