In Sept.I ordered a trial offer from HBI Smootheyescience/Youngvividskin $6.95/EA & now I am getting unsolicitated products/bills of $90/ea from them.

On September 13, 2018, I received an offer to try products from HBI Smootheyescience/Youngvividskin - the HBI Smootheyescience showing a telephone number of 877-998-5536 - Nevada and the Youngvividskin with a contact number of 877-231-9454 also from Nevada - for which I was billed to my VISA credit card and paid $6.95 each.

Last week, I received a second shipment from them - by UPS under order #XXXXXXXX dated October 26, 2018 with Ref. *** (no payment amount indicated) which I did not order and today I received a third shipment which again I did not order - by UPS under order #XXXXXXXX dated November 9, 2018 with Ref. *** (no payment amount indicated). Each shipment came with a packing slip but no statement.

However, when I reviewed my recent VISA credit card statements, I noticed that I was charged as follows:

Sept. 27 Youngvividskin $89.95
October 12 HBI SmootheyeScience $82.95
October 29 Youngvividskin $96.90
November 9 HBI SmootheyeScience $89.90

When I called the supplier's Customer Support number on this today,(1-844-738-9831) I spoke with a representative who assured me she was cancelling this account and after speaking with her supervisor, gave me the address so that I would be able to return these products. She promised me that I would receive some credit (?)for these last items once I confirm their tracking number to their office. I am, therefore, re-packaging these two items and will be returning them to today.

I will not pay for any of these unsolicited items. I advised this company that I was sending a copy of my letter to the Revdex.com. Further, that I am disputing any and all charges on my credit card from this company as I did not order any of these unsolicited products, save for the trial offers which I paid for $6.95 each, for a total of $13.90.

I understand from my *** rep that they have received numerous complaints about this type of scam and they are putting all these unsolicited charges in dispute.

Desired Outcome

Ideally, I would like to see this company put out of business, but realistically I would like to see them at the very least blacklisted with organizations such as yours and all complaints against them resolved. Personally, I would settle for a complete refund of any and all monies they are charging me ASAP(especially since I am paying to return their products!!), SINCE I CANNOT BE SURE THAT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL BE ABLE TO CREDIT ME for the amounts I have already inadvertently paid.

However, there were a few inaccuracies in the complaint that we'd like to address.

The customer called in to us at Customer Support on 11/14/2018 stating that she wished to have the account cancelled and the products sent back to us and be refunded in full. Customer was reminded of the Terms and Conditions, which she stated that she understood , The customer was then provided with a Returns Merchandise Authorization number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX so that the products can be returned and full refunds issued, however after receiving the Return Authorization Number to return said products ,the customer went ahead and filed a Revdex.com complaint.

There has been several unsuccessful attempts by us to contact the customer to advise that she did not need to return the packages as she could keep them as a courtesy from us , and that she was already refunded ,however the customer refuses to answer.

We have thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.
The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the
confirmation emails sent to each customer.

Thank you for your interest in my dispute.

I am pleased to advise that I have received notification from the two companies referred to my complaint that they are refunding me the amounts they erroneously charged to my VISA account. However, I will not consider this case closed until I receive my next statement from my credit card company showing that these charges have in fact been credited back to me.

We strive to provide high quality products and exceptional service to all our customers. This customer has already been refunded in full to ensure satisfaction despite the fact that she was not due any refund based on the terms and conditions agreed to when placing the order.

Most of the claims in this complaint are entirely false and other facts were left out of it which explains our actions taken. Firstly, there are several places on our website where the terms of the trial offer are clearly listed and must be agreed to in order to place an order. In addition, a confirmation email is sent to all our customers. In the terms, we show the monthly subscription and all charges associated with the trial offer.

The customer states that she will not consider this matter closed until her credit card statement reflects same, however customer is implored speak to her bank representative as well in regards to confirming that her account is reflecting this refund.

I ordered one product,which costs $6.95 shipping only. They submitted two products debiting my debit card $6.95x2 for shipping and $89.90 for product.
I ordered on 11/7/18 Revyve skin cream and was supposed to be charged $6.95 shipping only. They placed my order for that cream PLUS Revyve Eye Cream. They charged my debit card $6.95 x 2 for shipping of 2 products and $89.90 for the face cream - which I never ordered.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the $89.90 and one of the shipping costs at $6.95

Customer contacted us on 11/08/2018 in regards to cancelling her account. Customer was advised of the Terms and Conditions again, customer stated that she understood. Customer was assisted with a partial refund which she accepted and stated that there would be no further escalations; However customer then went ahead and filed a Revdex.com complaint.

Also the claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false. The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the confirmation emails sent to each customer. The customer states that she only placed one order and that we placed the other , however our records show that the customer was the one who placed said orders , as there was also a confirmation of this that was sent to the customer.

There has not and will never be any further charges to this customer's account.

Have been billed the last four months for the product I did not order it & did not receive it. Co would only refund two months. Best they could do.
Was charged four monthly payment for the product. I did not order the product and did not receive the product. Was only refunded for two months after some extended discussion and was not refunded the other two. I was told by represenative that was best they could do. Was not allowed to speak with supervisor. Was told they were on the phone.

Desired Outcome

Would like be refunded the other two months of $96.74.

It has been found that some non-legitimate companies will use our Customer Service info, number, and even our Name and sell fraudulently to unsuspecting Customers.

We suggest that this customer do some further checks as to who would have billed her as the charge implied does not match any of ours.

Since the customer was not found in our database, we consider this complaint resolved and this matter closed.

In Oct6 I noticed an e mail offering skin product for $5.95 I placed an order they charged me $6.95 and $6.95 again.Next day they took another $89.95 absolutely without my knowledge.I returned their package without opening and asked to refund $103.85 they refused I told them I will take a legal action.

I do not know how to thank you

Harrassment
Initially signed up for free trial. Contacted company to cancel free trial and they said they didn't have an order number for me to be able to cancel the trial. I then received the samples and again tried to contact the company to say I didn't want the items. Was passed around via telephone. Since then I've been harrassed continuously with phone calls. Today I tried explaining that I had tried to call to cancel the trial and was shouted over. I called a couple more times to try and get the company name and they would just shout and put the phone down.

Desired Outcome

To discontinue calling. I'm disgusted that they can continue like this. Having read some other people's complaints I am appalled that they can take so much money.

The only charge that the customer paid was the shipping and handling to receive the products through USPS. There has not and will never be any further charges to this customer's account.

There have been several attempts to contact the customer in regards to advising that she was never charged any other fees, however with each call we are unable to speak to customer, as she has never answered.

Paragraph 3 - I tried contacting you the same day the order was placed to advise I did not want the products to be told by Revyve that I did not have an order number, history, order against my address therefore your statement is incorrect.

Paragraph 5 - I have failed to see any "satisfied customer" reviews for your product or your company.

Paragraph 7 - I have spoken to your on numerous occasions and it has been yourselves who have ended the call when I asked what your company name was. Therefore this is another inaccurate response. You are an incredibly unprofessional company.

I will now consider this matter closed and really hope that I do not hear anything further from you again.

I WAS CONTACTED BY FINGERHUT TO COMPLETE ON 7/16/18 AND TOLD FOR6.96 YOUNGETERNAL SKIN WOULD SEND A SAMPLE AND FOR ADDITIONAL 6.95 lUSTROUSSEYE WOULD SEND ANOTHER PRODUCT. THE PRODUCT WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY BEFORE I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT (TWO SMALL TUBES, NO DIRECTIONS. I BECAME SICK WITH SHINGLES IN MY EYE AND CELL WENT DEAD *** SON GOT ME A NEW CELL XXX-XXX-XXXX). WHEN I REALIZED THAT I WAS BILLED BEFORE I EVEN GOT THE PRODUCT I CALLED TO CANCEL. I BECAME VERY SICK AND COULD NOT SEE. I REALIZED IT WAS NOT CANCELLED AND THAT THEY BILLED ME ANOTHER $89.95 AGAIN IN AUGUST AND THAT, AGAIN, WAS BEFORE I EVEN RECEIVED THE PACKAGE. I CALLED THE COMPANY AGAIN AND TOLD THEM I WAS BILLED TWICE AND DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE THE SECOND PACKAGE. I WAS TOLD THAT THE FIRST PACKAGE COULD NOT BE REFUNDED BECAUSE I DID NOT CALL IN TIME TO CANCEL (THEY BILLED ME A WEEK BEFORE I RECEIVED BOTH PACKAGES). A REP (THINK HER NAME MIGHT HAVE BEEN ***) TOLD ME TO "RETURN TO SENDER" WHEN I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE, WHICH I DID. THE $89.XX WAS TAKEN OFF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT AND THEN PUT BACK ON. WHEN I CALLED CHASE ASKING WHY THE $89.XX WAS PUT BACK ON, THE CHASE REP TOLD ME THAT THE COMPANY SAID THAT I NEVER CANCELLED THE ORDER. NOW I WAS CHARGED $89.XX FOR A PRODUCT THAT I DID NOT EVEN POSSESS. I AM OUT OF WORK, AND HAVE NOT RETURNED BECAUSE I AM STILL RECUPERATING FROM SHINGLES IN MY RIGHT EYE. Online add states that we can get a free sample, only pay shipping. 2 weeks later I notice a charge of $137.91??
The website leads us to believe that we are receiving a free sample, when in fact they charge you $100USD 2 weeks after you submit your order.

I want to get a full refund. They need to be more clear on their website.

Customer was again advised of the Terms and Conditions,customer stated that she was aware of this and understood, customer requested and was issued with a partial refund of $60. However after accepting the refund the customer filed a Revdex.com complaint.
The remainder of the refund was issued on 10/01/2018.

Revyve skin care & eye care scam me out my money. It was supposed to be a payment for trial basis.
I was lead to believe that this was something else I ordered and it was allegedly a trial order for full price of both products. In which I ordered off television. Nothing was sent to me stating that I would be charge more than the $6.95 + tax shipping fee a piece for both products. Had no clue that I would be paying over a $100.00 for these 2 small products. These products are sold on *** for less than $25.00. Now I am being charged. It is a SCAM!

ORDER #XXXXXXXX, ORDER DATE: 08/31/18, REF # XXXXXXX, CUSTOMER # *** CUSTPO # XXXXXXX.... (I was charged $6.95 shipping for each) now was charged $89.95 and $82.95 for each on 09/01/18 and 09/03/18. Trial fees were paid over the phone and REVYVE took it upon themselves to take $89.95 & $82.95 without my permission. I was out of town and returned home to see these outstanding amounts on my bank statement. I called the company and was furious with them. They were telling me I had 14 days to try it out & I would be billed. I told "ANNA" that was a *** lie because I would not have done the trial basis. I hate when people steal other people money on the scam tip. I am so irked right now. They can have that eye product and skin care, I didn't get a chance to use the *** products anyway. I've been out the country on vacation. These people need to stop and cease their actions....UNREAL!!!

I would like a refund $89.95 and $82.95 sent to me. I canceled my visa credit card that was used by "REVYVE" because I am afraid that this company might charged me for something else!!

First of all Revyve was not trying to contact me. I put in a claim in with Revdex.com before I called Revyve. I spoke to Natalie and she insisted I could cancel and she would give me partial refund or just cancel and pay a cancellation fee and lose out all together. I told her I disagree and I wanted a full refund because of the false advertisement! This company continue to tell "lies". Other PEOPLE need to know about the scam that REVYVE company have going on and senior citizens please be aware, I am a senior citizen!!!!

my account was charged almost 90.00 foritems I neither ordered nor received
I orderd a sample in august of 2018 for 6.95. No where did it mention a trial, future billing , etc. On August 13 I find a hold on my account for the above mentioned amount. I called the ban k and they asked if ai had ordered a smaple recently and I said yes. I told them I did not authorize any automatic payments. Since it was my debit card, its guaranteed,but tey will file fraud charges on my behalf also. I went to Google, found a # for htem, called, and they "couldn't find my name, address, nothing. I said they had to have SOME record, they mailed hte sample! They then had te audacity to ask for my whole debit card #. When I refused and told them I was going to report them and the phone numbers, they kept calling back from 2
different #s.trying to "resolve" the situation.

A Revyve rep contacted me and gave a full refund! Thank you. I dont believe ANYTHING would have happened if you had not filed on my behalf.

The claim was free CBD only pay ship. LIES! I was billed asap, no emails, nothing ... called they said it was my fault and would email cancellation ... no
I responded to an offer of free CBD oil if I paid shipment. I did it. I received it. Today I see an unknown bill on my credit card. I call the number. It's the CBD company. They say I did not respond to the 14 day trial. What trial? I received NO email, as "Lola" said I did. No, nothing. I told her to remove my name form their list of lies and BS. She was glad to do so and said I would receive a confirmation email. An hour has passed nothing. I am going to contact my bank as well as this company of lies has my credit card number that was used for the "free shipping" fee.

It has been found that some non legitimate company's will use our Customer Service info, number, and even our Name and sell Fraudulently to unsuspecting Customers.

We are certainly not a scam and have tens of thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer do some further checks as to who would have billed her rather than falsely accusing merchants of being a "scam".

Since the customer was not found in our database , we consider this complaint resolved and this matter closed.

I was lead to believe that this was something else I ordered and it was a 30 day trial. Now I am being charged. It is a lie.

No information given on cancellation policy.
On 8-17-18, while looking on Facebook, I saw advertised a skin care cream and eye serum with *** picture on it. I had just seen that she was retiring to promote her skin care line. I thought this was her line. The advertisement said product was free, just pay for shipping and handling. There was nothing in the advertisement regarding a 14 day cancellation period or the cost of the product. I called the # XXX-XXX-XXXX advertised. I placed the order for 1 - RevyveSkin - Advanced Ageless Cream and 1 - RevyveEye - Ageless Eye Serum. The representative said the product was free and just pay the shipping and handling of $6.95. She said nothing about a cancellation period or the cost of the product. The $6.95 was charged to my credit card. Three days later the products arrived. There was no return address on the package. In the package was a packing slip - Order # XXXXXXXX, Order date - 8-18-18, Ref. # - XXXXXXX, Customer # 77, CustPO# XXXXXXX,Shipped Via USPS, Mode - Domestic. Ship to and Bill to are on there with my name and address. Information regarding the products are there. There is a customer Support # *** Today, 8-29-18, I received TWO charges on my credit card. One from *** for $89.92 with a phone # XXX-XXX-XXXX and one from AAA Eye Serum for $89.95 with no #. There was NO advertising that these 2 products were individual. They appeared in the ad as TOGETHER. I called the XXX-XXX-XXXX. I was told that because I did not call and cancel, I was charged the price of the products. After telling her I was not aware of any cancellation period, she KEPT on saying I was responsible for the charges. During the call, I tried 3 or 4 times to cancel the account. She kept on talking about giving me discounts and I could hear her snigering with other co-workers. I finally told her I was going to contact Revdex.com. She finally accepted my cancellation request. Cancellation # *** I immediately called my credit card representative. She said they have many calls like this where all information regarding a purchase is not disclosed. She took my information and said they would hold the payments and investigate the matter. She said it could take as many as 60 days to complete.

I request no further contact with them after the phone encounter of today 8-29-18. The representative would not accept the fact that I did not know about the cancellation policy. Also I did not appreciate the sound of her softly giggling with her co-workers. I feel what they are doing is not right. I also would like the ad pulled so as no one else is scammed.

Our records show that the customer has never called in to us at Customer Support before to have the account cancelled as stated in the Terms and conditions; however the customer states that she called in and was dissatisfied with the service received.

The Customer also went ahead and filed a chargeback status on one of the charge with her bank.Once a chargeback is done an a charge, we cannot issue the refund ,we have to wait until this process is completed by our mitigators and the customers banking institution.

I'm 82 yrs old & signed up for a free trial of aging cream products on Facebook. Shock & confusion after being charged $684 and sent unwanted products
I am 82 years old and thought I was signing up for a free trial of face cream. I have been charged $683.89 for product I never would have consented to purchasing, as we have very limited money. I have had my daughter help me unravel what has happened and track down the company that did this, Revyve. I never could have managed to do this investigating myself. We have contacted the company to explain the error and they were only willing to cancel the reoccurring order, but only take back 2 of the 5 bottles they sent over 2 months. They said they had a 30 day return policy despite us explaining that we did not open the bottles, nor did we understand that it was a reoccurring order. This is what we have been charged:

On X-XX-XXXX I requested a trial jar of a skin care product called Bellaire Skin which was advertised on the Internet. The only charge was shipping & handling of $5.95. I entered all the information requested (including my credit card number, etc). When I proceeded to the next step an eye-care product appeared with a charge of $4.94. I could not complete my order without requesting this product also so I had to and proceeded to complete my order. I received an e-mail thanking me for my order (Order # *** Total charge $10.90. Skin care item $5.95 and eye care item $4.95. The next day I started getting several calls by a person named John - that the item is ready to be shipped and please call ***. I called and the person said my order was not complete and they needed all my information again. I did not want to give my credit card number, etc. over the phone because I did not know who was receiving this information on the other end of the phone. I said to cancel my order. I have been receiving calls from a company called Revyve Skin, XXXXX *** Suite *** XXXXX identifying as the company called *** I get three to four calls daily for the past three days. I told them to stop calling me. They haven't. PLEASE HAVE THEM STOP CALLING ME. I DO NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT.

They charged me the $10. It is a scam and I am too old and tired to fight for $10. I want this to be a report against those people. I just WILL NOT do anything over the internet again.

We got a "free trial" of their product not knowing they called it a "subscription" & they charged us $69.99 14 days later
We got an email stating that we could get a "free trial" of one of their products & we just had to pay the $5.95 shipping. We got the product & then I got a fraud alert 2 weeks later from my credit card company stating that we were charged $69.99. I called the credit card company & they said it's a "subscription" & that I had to call the company to cancel it. I called the company now using the name NATURELIFE, & they said in the "terms & conditions" it says that if we don't call to return the unopened product within 14 days of ordering that they would consider that we want to keep the item for $69.99 & that they would consider that we want to receive the product every month until we cancel it. It does not say that anywhere on the website unless you click "terms & conditions" according to the customer service person I talked to (& how many people actually click that button???)
She offered to have the item shipped out less frequently. I told her that we did not know it was a subscription & that I would send the opened bottle back & she said they could not accept an opened bottle & that I had to pay the $69.99 but that I could get a reduced price of $45 if I continued with the subscription...smh...I told her to cancel the subscription & she gave me a cancellation confirmation number (***).
Revdex.com does not have this company name listed under the other names the company is doing business as...I see a ton of complaints about them under other names...so they are trying to "pull a fast one" by using a different company name so when people try to look them up to see if they are legit they don't get any hits....it's a good thing their phone number is attached their Revdex.com listings...

1) A "free trial" should not be a subscription....if they say free trial then they should not make it a subscription... If the company insists on continuing its practice of "subscriptions" then they need: 2) to make a change to their online ordering system in which the custom must click a button to acknowledge that it is a subscription & that the customer must call to cancel within a certain number of days or they will be charged $69.99. AND that they will be charged for the product if they open it because they do not accept returns on opened items!!! if, after the customer receives the product, decides that it does not work for them, allow the customer to return the product without being charged. 3) the company refuses to take back an opened bottle. This forces the customer to pay the $69.99 fee that was not disclosed on the website at the time of purchase...this is an unfair practice....it needs to stop...

ordering a free sample trial only to pay the shipping & not giving authorization to charge credit card for actual monthly supply
I ordered the so called trial sample offer which you had 48 hrs. to click in order to received this sample only for the cost of $6.95 shipping & handling for each product. The order took place July 3/18 & did receive pkg.via Canada Post by July 5. Upon receiving my Visa bank statement Aug 10/18 saw the charges of $135.53 for the skin cream & $124.98 for Eyeswithluster cream charged to my acct. July 16/ & 18, I called both days Aug 11 & 12 to get a refund stated I did'nt want the product to cancel all orders immediatley.

I wish to have a full refund of $250.00 for the 2 products I did not order. I have paid for the shipping & handling of the so called free sample but was not contacted to be able to bill my visa for future shipments. I have cancelled & have cancellation order numbers for both products on the advise of my bank.

I was promised 2 separate refunds on 2/3/18. I have had to send them bank statements proving that I never received the refunds, repeatedly called to follow up, and also emailed. No refunds to date.

During my first phone call to cancel this account, I explained that I took responsibility for not seeing the fine print, and politely asked for the amount to be refunded, as my family cannot afford this. I was told that I would be refunded $50 on each transaction, which I thankfully accepted. You are welcome to review the recorded conversation that took place. The refunds were not sent. I was given the same transaction numbers that are listed in your response, and contacted my bank with the same. There were NO REFUNDS MADE. When I called to let you know, I was asked to send bank statements to prove this, which I accepted, and sent. I was told that they would be mailed out to me by one person, and received an email from a "Natalie" saying that it was being reviewed. I followed up multiple times after that, where I was told that "these things take time" after 6 months of waiting. Again, you are welcome to review each and every recorded call. You are also welcome to contact my bank, which even took the time to review every transaction made to other accounts to make sure there was no error on their part. The refunds WERE NOT received. I have attached these bank statements. I am the in charge of fundraising for my son's baseball team, so my paypal transactions have been blacked out. All I would like is for you to honor your word. Send proof that the refunds were sent to my bank, National Bank of Kansas City, and that they were accepted. Thank you for your time.

I also ordered "free" samples of Revvy skin care products online. The ad stated I would only be charged shipping. My bank account was then charged 3 times for over 100.00 each for the samples. There is no phone number to call and get a refund. This company is a fraud. DO NOT buy from them

I was spammed this shady business. When I contacted them and asked them to stop, they refused to help. However, I noticed something disturbing when I looked into them. As an attorney, I felt a duty to speak up.

This appears to be a recurring payments/autoship business. Under Federal Trade Commission under 15 U.S.C. Section 41, et seq. and the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act. what they are doing is illegal. They appear to tell consumers that they agreed to autoshipments because it is in the terms and conditions. However, this is absolutely not the case.

Under ROSCA, disclosure of regular shipments must be clear and conspicuous. It cannot be buried in terms and conditions, but must be designed so that the consumer will be actually aware of what they are agreeing to. If this many consumers are complaining that they didn't know, the terms are clearly not in compliance with the law.

Secondly, the law requires a service provider to notify its customer in advance of the auto-renewal (and cancellation deadline) within a certain period of time before the cancellation deadline. This must be done before each shipment. No one should be receiving a delivery they were not expecting.

Consumers who have been billed for these subsequent shipments that they did not agree to do not owe the company any money. They can return the product (to reduce hassle) or keep it. The company may create trouble for them with collection agencies and credit bureaus, but if a consumer is so inclined, they may dispute them and have these charges removed, as they are not legally owed. If their credit cards were charged, they can contact the card company and dispute the charges.

If they would rather pay than go through this hassle, please at least report this illegal business to the FTC, local consumer protection agencies, their state Attorney General and any other appropriate authority. It is very shameful what this company is getting away with. I was irritated that they spammed me, but I realize that what others are enduring is far worse.
