This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. As a company that is trying to grow and provide a product to the community, they certainly have proven that they have other greedy ideas in mind. They swindle you into a "trial" which is actually a "30 day supply" and have you upfront agree to be charge ONLY "shipping and handling" which is 6.95, but then inside the little link that is in your confirm email in small print in the middle of the 50,000 words it states that you have just agreed to pay 82.95/86.95 per product and you have 14 days to cancel. Then when you call and talk to their horrible customer service they disagree and basically scoff at the fact that you didn't see their so called "blatant" terms and agreements..... At first, they could only cancel my account. Then the more irate I got, she stated that she could refund 40% of the charges... then went up to 50% and then finally to 65%, I as well as everyone else should receive a FULL refund. And all the while as I was letting her know how this was a scam she was essentially threatening to take the refund away and I would get nothing at all. I even tried to have the products sent back, as I have not even open them yet, "they cannot accept "trial" products back"..... Any company/business that I have dealt with are always very eager and willing to make the customers happy even if it was an error on their part... "customer's are always right." It sounds to me that the only reason this company is in business is to scam people so they can make a buck... they need to be shut down and everyone that has been affected by this scam should have their money returned. Class action!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE TO PAY $89.95 FOR NOTHING BECAUSE THEY SENT THE CREAM WITH NO NUMBER OR ADDRESS SO I COULD NOT CANCEL. THEN THEY CHARGED MY CARD BEFORE THE TRIAL PERIOD WAS UP. THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL.

SCAM!!! Inferior product and they charge your credit card almost $100 a month! They will cancel you but will not issue a full refund! This has got to be illegal.

Just because it's not illegal doesn't mean it's ethical! Anyone who checks out the reviews online for your brand will never decide to give you their business! That's why your company's target market are people who are naive who are often older people!
You trick them into signing up for a trial and then start charging them MONTHLY! Fine print or not, this business is a complete scam. And your products are useless, too.

I too was scammed out of $186 by these criminals. I am proposing we file a class action law suit against these people. I will do the leg work.
I ordered the "trial" back in January of 2018. I received only the face cream, no eye cream but was charged the $2.00. I could not find the part in the "trial" that said to cancel after a certain amount of time. I too was sent another face cream less than a month later and billed $96.90 plus the original $89.00 from the "trial" because I didn't cancel in time! I requested that I wanted to mail back the second face cream and receive a refund. I was given the royal run-around and told I would need to call back after I sent the cream back (around 5 days later) to see if they received the shipment back. Well, I did and the last time I contacted them was 03/12/2018 via email. I received an email back telling me the refund was processed and my "ticket" was closed and they would no longer be dealing with me! I still do not have my refund! In short; I have paid $185.90 for one trial sized face cream!! I want to start a class action suit against these people and I'd like to include everyone here that has filed a complaint. A refund of $185.90 would be nice but that is never going to happen. This company needs to be sued.

Desired Outcome

Either a refund of $185.90 or a lawsuit if I can get others to join me.

Our company strives to provide high quality products and exceptional service. We take complaints very seriously and have reviewed this customer's account in detail. We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers; therefore we have gone ahead and issued the refunds for the transactions in question to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, the claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false. The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the confirmation emails sent to each customer.

Customer contacted us on 01/10/2018, in regards to cancelling her account and requested that she be allowed to send back the products. The account was cancelled as requested and a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) given to the customer to send back the products so that a full refund can be given , as well as the Returns Address however the customer went ahead and filed a Revdex.com complaint after receiving information.

Customer provided us with a call back on 01/29//2018 , with tracking number *** and was issued a full refund
01/29/2018 02:42pm - Refunded - $96.90 Trans-ID: ***.

We have thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

We regret to hear that the customer would like to file a lawsuit after being refunded in full, as customers last interaction with us was on 02/14/2018.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this matter is now resolved, as we have gone ahead and issued the customer full refund for the transactions in question. Sincerely, Revyve Customer Support.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They have called twice to offer confirmation numbers of the so called refund they now said they would process but as of today 03/31/2018 the refunds have NOT shown up in my bank account. I haven't called them for the confirmation number but when I did that in January - the refund was not processed either and that is when they got nasty with me. I will call on Monday 04/02/2018 but don't expect much again.

I ordered the eye cream and ageless face cream and was not aware that I would be charged every month for another shipment. The receipt that comes in the box has no company name, address or number. Wonder why? I called the 2 numbers that are on my credit card statement and neither go through. I've contacted my credit card company to start the process of a claim against them. How are you supposed to contact the company to cancel???

I received an email from them stating they are canceling the order and going to credit my account.
This company writes the same response to everyone that has complained. Obviously, it's NOT very clear that you are signing up for monthly subscriptions or people wouldn't be complaining about it.
Hopefully they are good on their word and I get the credit, if not, my credit card company has already been notified and they will block the charges and take care of the charges.

This company is a scam. If you do not cancel you sample purchase within 14 days the company will charge you an exorbitant amount of money AND you will have signed up for a monthly delivery until you cancel your account. When I called my credit card company to contest the charge from RevyveSkin, the operator immediately recognized the company name, they have so many complains! Unfortunately there is the infamous "small print" that nobody ever reads so I had to pay for that crap. IT'S A SCAM, DON'T BUY.

This company is a scam, I have been reading other complaints and they have done the same to others as they did me. I did the trial, then was going to let the next one come thru, I was charged on Jan 1. In order not to receive any others, I canceled on Jan 5th. well the one I payed for was never received and all they talk about is there terms, well I was in my rights to cancel and they still don't get it. I think Mns run this place. I want either the bottle I paid for or a refund for the 89 dollar charge

when I pushed the button on their website for a 6.99 trial.I was later charged 89.95 and 82.95 twice. They would not refund me when sent back.
When I pressed the button for the 6.95 trial it automatically clicked me into another agreement that I could not read. Then when I got my bill I was charged on 12/17 89.95,then 12/20 for 82.95.Then I was charged the same amts again the following month.I called to cancel and returned products on 2/14 USPS tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX but they would not refund me for the first charges.I sent all of the products back and did not agree to these charges. This company should be shut down.Their products also had false advertising and did not work like they showed.I would like all of my money back.

Desired Outcome

I would like all of my money refunded(345.80)

I was billed after requesting a cancellation.
On 1/3/18 I ordered the trial order of both Ageless eye cream & advanced ageless cream. After receiving the product I called to cancel so that I would be within the 14 days of cancellation. Today(1/23) I received a box in the mail containing advanced ageless cream. I then proceeded to check my bank account which revealed I was charged on 1/18 $89.95, 1/23 $82.95 and 2/20 $96.90. First 1/23 is after day 15 which according to their website they charge on day 15 after original order and then they charge again on day 45 which the charge on 2/20 is after day 45. I have sent an email telling them I am returning the product I received today via priority mail tomorrow morning and I requested a full refund. I asked that $172.90 be refunded immediately and the remaining $96.90 be refunded upon them receiving the product back to them. The total refund I am seeking is $269.80. After reading the complaints found on the Revdex.com website I am hesitant to call them again after reading how others have been treated by them. This is not a company that seeks to provide good customer service instead they are sneaky.

Desired Outcome

I am asking for a full refund of $269.80. I would like to be refunded $172.90 immediately and the remaining $96.90 I expect refunded once the product is back in their hands. I want to be refunded the total amount because I have to pay to send it back...they do not provide a free return label.

Revyve Skin company is a total scam with horrific customer service
Initial purchase for what I believed was a one time trial of face cream was October. Upon receiving the cream, I didn't like it at all and had the hardest time trying to find the company's contact info. After receiving 2 more shipments to my surprise, I saw an invoice that looked as if they were continuing to charge me just $1 so of course I just assume keep it. By the 4th shipment my husband and I did some investigating on our debit card and saw that over $500 had been siphoned from our account from this company! As soon as we realized this we called our bank then the company. The customer service representative (Chelsea) was the most rude and down right nasty woman I have ever dealt with. They have zero scruples. We do not have an extra $500 floating around. We have a daughter in college, and 2 elderly parents living with us that we care for. This is such a horrible thing to do to hard working people. I am so disappointed and upset.I don't just want my funds back I need them back.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund, minus the $6.95, because I did order the first cream, thinking it would be the one and only one I received. I will pay for what I meant to order, the rest was scam that I did not authorize

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
This matter was eventually resolved after multiple phone calls after the 02/15/18 call. Although there are some inaccuracies in the businesses response, The end result was favorable as they stated. I will not bother to specifically cite the multiple frustrating conversations after 02/15/18, and need to call the Attorney General for help because this will only cause a more he said, she said situation. At the end of the day,I am pleased and grateful for all of my money back. I just wanted every consumer to be aware of how this company operates so others are mindful when researching their products. Thank you

DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a complete scam and their customer service is terrible! The first lady I spoke to was so rude! First off 14 days is not long enough to notice any changes in your skin. I noticed nothing! I called customer service when I received a 2nd shipment to let them know I didn't want the product and to cancel the subscription I didn't know I was ordering. I thought I was only being charge $6.95 for a sample but I got 2 whole bottles of the products. No where when I ordered the intro product did I see anything about the total amount they would charge you for the products if you didn't call in 14 days to cancel. $186??? Are you kidding me that is outrageous! The customer service representative finally agreed to help me and guaranteed to return me $186 for the second shipment. I also asked for a refund on the first shipment and she said she couldn't help me with that so I asked for a supervisor. I waited on hold and was then hung up on! If you make the same mistake I did and order this product, make sure when you return the product you call the customer service back and give them your tracking number, then they give you a refund in 5-10 business days you should get the credit. I will say the 2nd time I called to give my tracking number that customer service rep was much nicer. But I still feel I deserve a refund on the first products ordered because of the deceptiveness of the company and the fact that the products did not work for me. Good customer service is important for any business and customers are how they stay in business. They need to be more upfront about the pricing and the fact that they are enrolling customers in a reoccurring subscription before orders are placed. Also when customers are not happy with the products they should be able to get a refund.

scam company- do not fall into this trap
Company send a trial product, then charged me over $80 for product I never received. Representative REFUSED to give me the company name in order for me to submit a complaint on the Revdex.com website and then hung up on me.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money back. I was scammed into thinking I was getting a trial product and no further action was required. The company took over $80 out of my account FOR THE TRIAL PRODUCT that was supposed to be free (customer pays for shipping)

Received email AND phone call from Revyve claiming they had refunded me $82.95 on Feb 19th, 2018. Today is March 30th, 2018 and no refund received yet
I received a phone call and an email on Feb 19th from Revyve with the promise of a refund for $$82.95. Today (Mar 30, 2018) I called my bank to make sure the refund had come through and my bank (USAA) informed me no refund was ever received. Because of Revyve not giving me my refund when they stated they were my checking account was closed with a negative balance of $82.95 and has now affected my credit score negatively.

I would like my $82.95 refunded IMMEDIATELY as promised and confirmed by Revyve. I would also like Revyve to ensure that all three existing credit bureaus, TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax to be contacted and informed that my USAA checking account is a closed account due to Revyves mistake and should not hold any negative affects on my personal credit score.

Signed up for free trial only, and then I received a phone call that I owed over $70!
I signed up for a free trial to try out Revyve product. I paid shipping cost. Two months later I received a phone call at 8:30pm from some guy claiming I owed over $70. He said it was going into collections if I didn't pay it. He said I could settle & close the account for half $35. I asked him to send me a bill via email because I wanted to see what the charges were for. He said that I could only get a bill or email if I close the account. He wanted my credit card information. I refused. He said, you have to go through me or this is going into collections. I'm not sure why I owe anything, it was a free trial. I received a trial size cream. I didn't even open it. I offered to send it back, but he said no. I haven't received any other products, so I'm confused. I did not sign up for an on going shipment of this product, so why am I being charged. Also, why am I not allowed to,receive a bill with the summary of charges?!!!

Desired Outcome

It's a free trial. I paid the shipping. I would like to part ways with this company. I do not owe anything. I just want them to leave me alone, and stop threatening to send me to collections for something I do not owe!

Some who claimed to represent this company called me several times demanding payment & threatening to report me to credit bureaus. Perhaps it was an individual trying to scam me. I don't know. However I am satisfied with the way the company handled my complaint.

No refund after 24 days.Called and was told refund was given. Called my bank no record of refund.
This is a SCAM. First of all what skin care only offers a 14 day trial? Sent to emails and y issue was not resolved. Customer # on the bottom of email was out of order when I tried to call on 1-29-18. Customer service rude and makes it as difficult as possible to get a refund.

Desired Outcome

Refund as agreed upon. It is bad enough that I had to fight for a 70% refund and now I can't even receive that without causing me much wasted time calling and sending emails to customer service.

As I have called and told this company 2 times I have received NO REFUND. I have an email from the company stating they would refund $70. I then received another email from the company on 2/2 stating they were refunding me $19.95. NO REFUNDS have been credited to my credit card. The 'scam' I suggest is that I have never heard of a facial cream that only gives you 15 days to evaluate the product. That is absurd - anyone that knows anything about skin care knows 15 days is not a reasonable time.

This is a complete scam! They provide inaccurate information, and trick people into getting their product, so they can get money out of your accounts
On 1/9/18 I was going to order the samples of the face cream and eye serum (for $6.95 each), but decided to hold off because I wasn't quite sure. I received voicemails twice a day for a good week asking me to return their call stating that I did not complete my online order. In my eyes not completing an order means it was not actually ordered. However, I got the product. Then on 1/29 and 1/30 $89.95 was withdrawn from my bank account. Yes, I should have called as soon as it arrived, so that part is on me. When I called in today they claim they never tried to contact me, and that I did complete the online order. At no point did I receive confirmation emails or anything of the sort regarding the "order"- probably because I didn't complete the order. I checked every folder. Spam ect. I was told that I needed to look for it because it was sent. I obviously demanded that the $179.90 be refunded to my account and said I would return the product- which I did not use. I was told that trial product could not be returned and was told the best they could do was refund $100 and it could take 10-14 days to get it. I definitely should have done more research on the company in general before even considering purchasing anything from them. Unfortunately, I did not and was another victim of their scam. Now they will reply with the same cookie cutter response they use for everything about giving consent in the terms and conditions blah, blah, blah. At this point I'm not sure that they aren't the ones completing the terms and conditions themselves. Horrible, horrible scam that I hope others don't get sucked into. Now I'll wait for their standard cookie cutter response blaming me, and taking no responsibility themselves.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of $179.90. Let's not forget the $62 in overdraft fees I incurred as well for the unauthorized withdrawal of funds!!

Our company strives to provide high quality products and exceptional service. We take complaints very seriously and have reviewed this customer's account in detail. We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers; therefore we have gone ahead and issued the refund for the transaction in question to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, there were a few inaccuracies in the complaint that we'd like to address.

Customer contacted us on 01/30/2017, in regards to cancelling her account and receiving a resolution. The customer was offered a refund of $100 which she accepted and stated that there would be no further escalations as she was OK with the refund given, however the very same day after receiving the refund the customer filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.

This is not a "scam" as we have thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this matter is now resolved.
Since the customer has been refunded for the transactions in question, we consider this complaint resolved and this matter closed.

Seeking a refund for 7 unopened jars of Revye Skin Advanced Ageless Cream that were automatically sent and charged to my 85 year old Moms Credit Card
I am filing a complaint as daughter and POA for *** to obtain a refund for 7 unopened jars of Revyve Skin Advanced Wrinkle Cream. I first contacted customer service on October 24, 2017 after taking over the finances for my 85 year old Mother who has dementia and on a fixed income. I discovered that she had repeating charges to her credit card in the amount of 96.90. I questioned her about the product; however, she did not recall ever ordering. I began to look for the product and found 7 jars in the vanity. Mom said "I don't know who keeps sending me this, I just put them in here". She had no recollection of the purchase or the "terms and conditions". I called customer service on 11-13-2017, 11-17-2017, 12-7-2017, 12-22-2017 and 1-17-2018 explaining the situation; however, they will not allow a refund. The say because the credit card was placed in dispute, that the litigation department is the one who would take care of it; however, they would not give me the contact information, I further asked for the CFO/CEO name and contact information which was also denied. I have to stand up for my Mother that has dementia and all other seniors. They should not be punished or exploited. It is my opinion that to not rectify this matter and do the right thing by issuing a refund is unethical, immoral and hinges on elder abuse. We need to do whatever we can to protect seniors from companies like this one that prey on them.

Desired Outcome

To send back the 7 unopened jars of Revyve Skin Advanced Ageless Cream for a full refund of $678.30, less $48.65 Shipping for a total of $629.65 Refund to be sent to: *** *** Anderson, South Carolina 29621 OR Refund returned to credit card

Customer Response • Feb 20, 2018

I received a call on February 8, 2018 from "Natalie" with Revyve Skin. She asked me what would it take for me not to escalate the situation and that she had been authorized to pay me $200.00. I told her I wanted the entire amount and I wanted to return the product. She then begin to say it had been too long and that the product was old. After going back and forth, I settled for $350.00. Natalie said she was going to credit back $350.00 to the credit card. As of this date, February 16, 2018, the credit has not been received. I called Natalie to question why I had not received the credit. She said it would take 10-14 days. I have never know a credit card transaction that did not post within 48 hours. I hope this is not a stall tacit, as I will continue to pursue justice for my Mom.

"Natalie's" contact information is 1-888-247-6883 ext *** When you call the number, you need to immediately tell the customer support person that you

Ordered free trial prod. Company charged unauth'zed amts of 6.95, 1.99, & 59.95. Call& email to cancel mem./refund during trial per. No refund given
Ordered free trial product 1/9/18 for $6.95. On 1/10 and 1/11, additional, unauthorized charges for $6.95, $1.99, and $59.95 were assessed. Called 1/14/18, during 14 day trial, for cancellation of automatic membership (not advertised ANYWHERE - found it in the T&C's) and refund. Also e-mailed. Given no refund or confirmation of cancelation. Asked for supervisor - one not available. CSR offered a partial refund. I told him I wanted a full refund less the shipping (policy in T&C's). He gave me the run around talking about customer feedback, product results and owning my own business.
He told me that technology was intricate and I MUST have clicked yes to purchasing products. I told him that these purchases were unauthorized that I ONLY purchased the free trial product. He kept telling me I was wrong and could not refund what had already been delivered. He told me to call back later and hung up.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $59.95 and $1.99 and cancelation of membership. No more charges to my account and no more product sent to me.

We take complaints very seriously and have reviewed this customer's account in detail. We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers: therefore we have gone ahead and issued the refund for the transaction in question to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, there were a few inaccuracies in the complaint that we'd like to address.

Customer contacted us via telephone on 01/14/2018 in regards to cancelling her account, she also had questions re the charges on the account, where she was advised of the products that she had ordered herself. The Customer requested that the account be cancelled which was done as requested and refund issued.

After extensive investigations it was borne out that the customer has never emailed in to us as claimed.

Also the claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false. The terms of the trial offer are clearly displayed in several places on the website and must be agreed to in order to place the order. In addition, a link to the terms is included in the confirmation emails sent to each customer.

We have thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer reads what she is signing up for when a product advertises as a trial. All trial offers must have, and agreed to, a specific trial time period.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this matter is now resolved, since the customer has been refunded for the transactions in question.

Requesting full refund of purchase price, as subscription was cancelled.
I agreed to a free trial of Revyve skin care products in November 2017. Shortly after beginning to use their products, I had a severe allergic reaction requiring hospitalization. I called in early December to cancel my subscription. On January 4, 2018, I was contacted by my credit card company questioning two separate charges in the amounts of 89.90 and 96.90 from Smooth skin and eye restore. Two companies I have never heard of or agreed to do business with. Today (1/16/18) I was contacted again by my credit card company alerting me to the subscription nature of these charges, and they asked my to call to discuss. I was given two separate phone numbers 888-887-3520 and 888-278-9486. To my surprise both numbers go to the exact same place. My first two calls were answered and then immediately disconnected prior to me even speaking. My third call was to Chelsea. I explained the situation and she said there was nothing that could be done. I asked to be transferred Stateside and she repeatedly asked why, ultimately refusing and hanging up on me. I then called and spoke with Josh. Again, explained the situation. He too refused to transfer me state side. He did however, put me on hold for a supervisor. When he came back to the phone, he also disconnected me. I immediately called back, got Josh again, and he immediately hung up on me. I called again. This time I got Emma. Went through the whole story again. Emma also said there was nothing that could be done. I asked to be transferred stateside and she also said no. She did get a supervisor named Ariel on the phone. I again explained everything. She claimed there was no documentation of my cancellation. She further stated that product was shipped and received by me on Jan 9, 2018. I received ABSOLUTELY nothing. She repeatedly called me by the wrong name despite me correcting her. She then offered only a 50% refund to which I declined, again stating I had cancelled my subscription, and received no other product than the original shipment in November. She then stated to me "well you can think about the resolution I am offering or..." As soon as she stated or, I asked her if she was threatening me, and told her I wanted to immediately be transferred to the corporate office. She told me no and hung up. I have been working with my credit card company. I tried in good faith to work with the vendor. I can see from the many complaints that mine mimics the experience of many others with this unscrupulous company. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

Desired Outcome

I want the charges for 96.90 and 89.90 refunded.

Our company strives to provide high quality products and exceptional service. We take complaints very seriously and have reviewed this customer's account in detail. We strive for 100% satisfaction with our customers. Therefore we have gone ahead and issued the refunds for the transactions in question to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, there were a few inaccuracies in the complaint that we'd like to address.

Customer contacted us on 01/16/2018 in regards to cancelling her account; the account was cancelled as requested. Customer then called in a second time and demanded to be refunded in full, agent explained the Terms and Conditions to the customer who immediately began using expletives to the agent and hung up. A Call back was made to the customer to advise that she was refunded, however the customer used expletives again and hung up a second time.

The claim that the customer was hung up on several times after trying to work in good faith with us is not truthful.

A call back was made to the customer again on 01/20/2018 to be given the transaction ID numbers in regards to the refunds to which customer stated that she had already contacted the Revdex.com and that we should provide the info there and hung up.

The claim that the customer was never made aware of the monthly subscription is completely false.

We refute the claim that we are a unscrupulous company.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this matter is now resolved, since the customer has been refunded for the only transaction in question which is the shipping and handling charge, Sincerely, Revyve Customer Support.
