Art Djust finished annual furnace tune up and as usual he did a wonderful jobHe showed up on time and demonstrated through actions his vast knowledge of heating equipmentHe progressed through the job completing each task involved in a most professional mannerHe answered all my questions with answers I could understandHe left the boiler area tidy and the boiler running like new

Just want to give a 5-star review for the people from Woolley Home Solutions, and in particular Art D& Chris Jalways helpful and great to work with Art has been here many time and Chris is a first timer with apparently a great futureA lot of years of good service (and repairs when needed)!

I placed a service call due to a water leak from my furnaceThe service tech was on-time, polite, friendly and efficientHe analyzed the problem quickly and fixed it promptlyThen he cleaned up the small mess he made! My mother is a long-time customer with this company and very pleased with their service

No words can adequately express my appreciation for yet another timely and professional intervention by Eddie (Ed P) Woke up this morning to no heat, and was ecstatic when informed that Eddie was on his way to address our issue Over the years, we have learned repeatedly that Eddie will always get to the root of whatever is wrong and get things back up and running in a timely manner Today was another example of that, and given the bitter cold weather outside, we are enjoying having our heating fully functioning again Thanks a million, Eddie P

Had a non-emergency concern and Woolley was here in a few hours EdP was knowledgeable and friendly Fixed what needed fixing and helped me out with a few other items too Explained it all well

Ed P did the yearly maintenance on our heating unitWe have been Woolley customers and have worked with Ed for many yearsHe is a master of his tradeAlways polite and courteousA few days after the maintenance , one of our radiators stopped workingIt had nothing to do with the maintenance, but a priority service appointment was made and Ed's diagnosis and repair were spot on

My first home with radiant heat Had it fail on my the second month on a Sunday night Tried so many places but no one would help meLuckily I was able to speak with Art and he walked me through the phone how to get it running! I've since had a bolier tune up and Art was very informative and educated me on radiant heat systems

Art Dsolved the issue with the condensation pump on our boiler quickly and took the time to explain how the system works and help diagnose some other issues we have had since moving into the house years ago (that other services have not been able to resolve) Art is going to return in warmer weather when we can take the system down and resolve the issues

Today was the first snowstorm of the seasonAbout a foot of snow was expectedAnd, of course, our boiler went outWe called one company we've used in the past and they weren't sure they could get to usWe even called PSE&G (we were desperate) and were told they could come out tomorrowUnderstandable since the roads were so treacherous, but we didn't want to spend hours without heatFinally, I googled emergency HVAC services and Woolley Home came upI called and was told someone could come todayWithin an hour, I received a call that they were on their wayThey arrived earlier than expectedThey were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any and all questionsOne of the first things they said was, "We'll get you warm again in no time." It's hard to explain how much of a relief that wasThey worked quickly and methodically and were done in less than an hour for a price that was far lower than expected (feared)In short, Woolley Home was AWESOME and we'll be forever grateful for them for coming out on a day in which no one wants to be on the road and giving us heat as a blizzard fell outside

Joe Fwas my service professional He called to confirm the appointment and came within the arrival window He actually left the work area leaner than it was before he started the job I have had an account with Woolley for a few years now and have always found them to be dependable and professional with all of their services

Compressor for central a/c stopped working It was a tricky issue, but Art discovered and fixed it

Received excellent service! Had called on a degree day with a dead AC unit and Art Dfrom Woolley was able to come out the same day to repair the unit and tuanother unit I highly recommend Woolley Home Solutions! Service was professional, efficient, and courteous

Art D showed up as scheduled, always communicated exactly what needed to be done and answered all questions Art exhibited a high degree of knowledge about our heating system and completed the work in a neat and professional mannerWould not hesitate to recommend Art to anyone
As a side note, also have our oil delivered by Woolley, and have found Mark to be extremely professional and friendly no matter what the weather or time of year Always a pleasure to have either off these gentlemen show up at our house

annual boiler maintenance conducted by Art  Employee called to confirm appointment timeprofessional employee explained what he was doing and any steps I could take to keep the boiler running properlyThorough inspection and service provided

We have been customers for years and, if anything, the service just gets better and better We have both heating and A/C plans and the maintenance is topnotch But most importantly, whenever we have a problem, they are here promptly to solve it Cannot recommend more highly
