They gave me a fair arrangement, 2 months free and I finally spoke with a manager. Here are the 2 remaining issues:
1) The manager was supposed to get back to me with his contact information and our new account manager contact information. Still no answer on that.
2) I was given 2 months free by manager but I received a notice by email today that my credit card was billed for usual amount.
Would like resolution on these open issues. Tried to contact executive response team but the email bounced back because their mailbox was full.

It took escalation to the Revdex.com before Ring Central would respond, but they did finally credit the account.

We have resolved most of the issue but have to hammer out a few more details. This is just an update for the Revdex.com sake, we are aware the issue is not fully resolved but we are still working on it with the customer.

Ringcentral has delivered exactly what was promised. We have been very pleased with their service and continual upgrades for us as users of their services.

They keep offering me a return label for the telephone I already returned, then ignore my response when I explain that the phone has already been returned. 'Complimentary Grace Extension' through November 18th, 2016 to continue using my Fax Services. Yet when I tried to use, I find my Service is Suspended. I cannot contact Management because their System won't allow me to Login to notify them of my problem with my service being Suspended. phone service for my business that worked, I paid for a non-functional service, and I attempted fixing the problem with this company through the phone and they fail to fix the problem, I had ATW Communications ( a local subcontracting company) to look at the phone and they explained that all their customers with this company were having the same problem.  Ring Central wasn't able to provide me for the service that we had a contract, therefore that contract shouldn't be valid. Account was reactivated in order to provide the refund. Apologies for any misunderstanding here. Sales agent discussed with customer.

I tried to cancel my account. Customer service informed me that, in order to cancel, I would have to pay for the entire year ahead for services that would never be delivered. To be clear: Ring Central will not allow you to cancel your account unless you pay for an additional year.

A refund was processed and the account closed as requested.

Be aware that even their service is working you cannot easily terminate the service with them. You can not terminate the service online, if you call them you cannot get in contact with a representative. Actually when you are waiting on the phone the estimated time is constantly increasing. Thirdly you are told that you can leave a message but that does not work either.
