The account was turned back on but the needed paperwork was not filled out so the account returned to a disabled state. If the paperwork is completed as requested, we would be able to help further but the person has made it clear they will not do so.

The two accounts have been consolidated at this time. We have kept the cases open so the customer can test but we believe the issue is resolved as a result of the consolidation.

them and discovering that they automatically give another number to a client after numbers have been ported away from them. They're stand is that they never received a letter stating that we no longer wanted service. However, any other company I have ever dealt with in the phone business, assume when you port numbers away that you no longer want the service.
I can see both sides of this situation however don't really feel that Ring Central took everything into consideration.

As discussed we signed contract based on us being able to have Internet at out location.
Since we can't and don't have internet at the location we reached out and asked to have the contract cancelled.
I ma confused as to their response as this was clearly communicated to them.

We had 30 days to cancel and called in to do so within the 30 days whereas no action to cancel was taken on Ring Central's side.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They are saying the account is now going to be closed on 01/30/17... However this is 6mo. after the fact, The initial request was made back in...

early June/16.  and they've already charged my CC in Dec/2016.  Which they require to have on-file to open the acct.   They are not even saying they will refund my CC.   So no I totally reject this weak response. Sincerely,[redacted]

As a goodwill gesture we have refunded the customer back the most recent payment and closed the account.

We have not been able to contact the customer but we have complied with the refund request in this situation. Just updating here in hopes that maybe he sees it from the BB since we have not been able to make contact.

Customer signed a contract on 11/12/2013 with the terms set for 12 months so that they could get a better price. We do expect that the terms of the contract will be honored.

We are sorry to hear that the refund is still being investigated by the credit card processor but we have no control over that.

The problem is rather simple. I advised the customer service person the old credit card used was no longer active as the business has been dissolved along with the bank account over 6 months prior and requested another method of reimbursement. After numerous attempts to clarify to what may have been a foreign service person as the language barrier was obvious, I even asked for a check. In either case your team went ahead somehow was able to refund a dead card number and acct so it went to VISA where it still sits almost 2 months later.
I'm stuck in a black hole between three companies with no monies for a service that I don't have anymore that was not working.  Bank representatives continue to regurgitate to me the same issue that it is stuck with Visa and it is being investigated. After hours and hours on the phone of wasted working time since 12/5/2016 with their different divisions from banking to claims nothing has been solidified! This is exhausting!!!!! and should have been handled as requested initially(check your phone recordings you will hear my request clearly), but your original support person did not listen, or maybe simply poor comprehension of a second language and grammar didn't allow understanding, in either case I am waiting for what may never be reimbursed to me.
