Although I got my money back, and there's no more actual loss, I have a problem with the business' response because it claims that "the issue was with a partner of RingCentral." That is not true. Every person I spoke with claimed to be working for RingCentral. They should not be able to lie to the public to save face.

We did not have service for those 2 months, they should be credited regardless. The problem is that they charged our credit card for those 2 months despite us withdrawing approval to automatically bill the card. They were instructed to stop billing, cancel service, and send us the bill for early termination. They failed to do that and continued to bill the credit card for monthly service. According to [redacted] the early termination is $400, they owe us $300 for the two months that we were billed in error, we asked that the remaining $100 be split in light of THEIR ERROR! They refused and in light of them violating protections set forth by the Consumer Protection Act they will now face a lawsuite because they could not credit us $50. failed to provide me with a phone service for my business that worked, I paid for a non-functional service, and I attempted fixing the problem with this company through the phone and they fail to fix the problem, I had ATW Communications ( a local subcontracting company) to look at the phone and they explained that all their customers with this company were having the same problem.  Ring Central wasn't able to provide me for the service that we had a contract, therefore that contract shouldn't be valid.
