that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
*The reason of my complaint -is about double billing  ( I have the receipts to prove this.)
*I spent close to 2 business days to talking to customer support as well as supervisors of the company.
*I got a response after filing my complaint to the Revdex.com.
*The company informed me that the double billing was a mistake. 
*The service that was billed twice will be reversed in the next billing cycle.
 
I appreciate Ringcentrals efforts in reducing my bill; getting a 50% reduction is my bill is something  I am grateful. 
My motivation in reporting the company is not to get a recurring discount but as a diligent citizen reporting fraud.

and local number from RingCentral, Inc.service can be for forward transfer to unlimited extensions but up to 5 Extensions at time will be rung when receiving incoming call from external party. However when transferring external call from 1800 or local number the calls are being dropped and not transferred therefore I and my company dissatisfied with the service and we choose not to continue alleged contract.
On two occasions I was meeting with opposition from the RingCentral, Inc.agents who were unable to resolve my concerns with the RingCentral, Inc.Telephone service during February and March 2015 below - Tech support tickets-

You asked us to come to reasonable compromise however the alleged service was marketed as being one where my company could transfer the calls to extensions and this was not the case at all. We tried to resolve the issues previously but RingCentral, Inc.were unable to provide technical support. We are willing to offer $100.00 for the settlement of all claims and for the closure of this matter immediately today.

Did not Recieve reply from RingCentral, Inc and tried to call them no response.

When a caller hangs up when dialing our system, the call is marked as missed. The customer forwards calls to other services from RingCentral. When the caller to RingCentral hangs up, the call does not forward to the other system.The calls...

the customer is referring to last 1-2 seconds, so there is no time for the calls to be forwarded before people hang up. RingCentral is working in other words, the "missed" calls are just hangups in other words.

We have a signed contract and have a reasonable expectation for it to be honored. We have attempted contacting the customer over 5 times and have not received any response. We are still open to discussing the matter but will need the Revdex.com help in making contact here since attempts so far have not...

We have cancelled the account and provided a goodwill gesture as well in the form of a one month refund.

There is no need for further contact. Ring Central is aware of the situation, has records of all our communications documenting the timing of my account cancellation, my credit card information (to process the refund) and they now have confirmation of the returned merchandise. We were able to discuss several points of improvement on website notation about contracts and terms to make things more transparent to future customers. I still do not agree with the contract practice, but as long as future customers are well informed prior to commitments, I feel that we made progress on both sides.Sincerely, [redacted]
