Although the email did not explicitly state that the offer would expire after 1/11/2017, it did state that the offer was good for a limited time, and requested a call by 1/11/2017.We don’t believe that anything in the email indicated that there may be a longer time available to make the payment. Regardless, we do regret that the offer was misunderstood, and we appreciate Ms. [redacted]’s feedback in regard to her experience.We have emailed Ms. [redacted] separately to provide direct contact information for an agent who can assist her with resolving her account, and encourage her to call. They tell you that you are 'pre-selected' for $4,000 with Rise Credit. If you read the fine print, the interest rate is 98.71%!! I am guessing that someone who is desperate to get some money to pay bills would not see this and try to get the loan. Then at the very bottom it says you can choose to stop receiving the offers. If you call the number they give, you are asked to give your social security number!!! [1-888-567-8688] I hope someone puts a stop to these people.
