I have being paying them $a month and my months is up I consider that $3,is paid this off for a $loan,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: It's a blatant lie"Our underwriting process includes multiple steps designed to detect fraudulent loan applications and we diligently work to continuously improve these processes to stay ahead of fraud." No, they actually don'tI have requested in writing TWICE to hear the "process" they took before granting a theif FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS in my nameThey did not verify employment, address, or incomePlease explain how that translates to "diligence." RISE CREDIT is a cheap, fly-by-night "credit" company that intentionally grants bad loans, with the complete understanding that they will likely just write the bad loan off, anywayThey proport to help people with bad creditThe reality is, they charge exorbitant apr's to desperate peopleThey clearly take advantage of people's bad financial situations. What legitimate credit company sells an account to a collection agency literally within months of granting a loan.Crooks and theives, from where I'm sittingI honestly don't know how they sleep at nightThe sad thing is, they'll probably stay in business, adding more damage to our already suffering economy by taking advantage of desperate Americans in financial distress. It actually sickens me. Between karma and my attorney, this wrong will be made right. Again, RISE CREDIT, please tell me and the Revdex.com what process you took to ensure my identity. And I ask again, where was the money deposited?

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: based on the response, I am instructed by Rise Credit that I must take further action to resolve this fraudulent activity of a third person. I am prepared to follow the instructions given by Rise Credit in
its response (to submit an identity theft claim to Rise Credit). However, if this does not resolve the matter with Rise Credit acknowledging that this was a case of identity theft, then I will return to the Revdex.com to update my continuing dis-satisfaction with this business. Also, I remain of the view that this problem is a consequence of failings of Rise Credit to have adequate policies and procedures in place to accurately vet it loan applicants and meet its duty of care to me

I have been told this lie numerous timesThat is why I'm insisting that you, the Revdex.com get the full account information beginning on the date they funded meThey will not send it to meMy bank has no requests for payment from RISE anytime in AugustIf RISE had initiated any payments, I would have been charged an overdraft fee each time they attempted to get paymentAGAIN, MY BANK HAS NO RECORD OF ANY ATTEMPTS TO DRAFT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!Without them giving me some kind of proof that what they say happened, I will not accept their wordI need proof or my money refunded NOW!!!!

We are in receipt of the referenced consumer complaint, and appreciate the opportunity to respond. We would like to assure *** *** that RISE Credit of California, LLC d/b/a RISE operates in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, including those that apply to
interest ratesWe strive to be transparent and straightforward about our product, our rates, and terms so that consumers can make an informed choiceWhen *** *** received her RISE installment loan, she was required to electronically sign a Loan Agreement which includes Federal Truth in Lending Disclosures that clearly state the Annual Percentage Rate, the Finance Charge, and the exact payment schedule for the loan. According to our records, *** *** received a loan in the principal amount of $on 5/31/She agreed to a monthly repayment schedule consisting of payments of $572.66, which were due on the 15th of each monthIf paid as agreed, the loan would have been paid in full after monthsThis is a simple interest loan, and as such, interest accrues daily in relation to the outstanding principal balanceEach payment is applied first to the accrued interest, then to principalOver time, as the principal balance is reduced, the amount going toward interest will decrease and the amount going toward principal will increase. Our records further indicate that each of *** ***’s three payments were returned by her bank due to insufficient funds, although the first two were paid by the bank upon re-presentmentAs she discussed with our agent on 8/20/2016, her account had accrued additional interest relative to the delayed posting of all three paymentsThe principal did not increase, but the additional interest increased the total balance of the loan. Thank you for the opportunity to address this matter
