Since filing my complaint, I've reached out to the business' regular representatives another 2 times, in an effort for another payment arrangement to no avail. I've also returned the phone call from [redacted] (or [redacted], in reference to my complaint with the company. Ms. [redacted] called while I was at work on I believe 3/5/15. I've tried to return her call twice now, leaving her a message with my number and how to reach me, and I still have not received a phone call back. The message was specifically in regards to the complaint and I'm still far from satisfied with the way this company has handled this situation. Thank you in advance.

My Equifax credit score dropped 16 points this weekend because the account from Navient was totally removed. Yet Transunion was updated with the current student loan amount and my credit score went up 27 points. This means that this updates are recent from submitting the information. Please contact Equifax and see what is going.

I have not yet received any correspondence by conventional mail.
Given the successful delivery of my previous emails to Navient, and their ability to send me automated responses to those emails that I must first sign into my account to open, it seems odd that there would be any need to forgo electronic communication due to privacy. I find it highly probable that I will be now receiving an automated response by conventional mail if/when it arrives. A sly tactic indeed considering that the longer this takes, the more interest the company is allowed to charge me on principle that should have been forgiven long ago but wasn't due to a mistake on their part.

I spoke with a representative from Navient. They said they were working on resolving this issue but have yet to. I would like this to be removed from my credit immediately to avoid future hindernces due to this incorrect information.

Until I receive correspondence as to what is going on I will not agree to anything. Their response of them informing me that they sent literature in the mail doesn't mean anything.

This is a continuation of complaint ID [redacted] After I filed this first complaint Navients complaint department contacted me and supposedly corrected the issues and the world was supposed to be great. Now 2 months after he did that I received an email from them saying that one loan is $600 and the other is $300 behind, and the funny thing is my payments are auto drafted. I am reporting this again so that we I speak with my attorney I can say I've tried to resolve it this way before seeking legal action.
Translate
Desired Outcome:
I'm really tired of dealing with Navient about this so I would like the loans forgiven. I've tried on several occasions to pay them and have ran into many issues with it. The main thing is I just want this completely resolved and if that takes legal action so be it.
