RockAuto's prices are always competitive and typically less than you can find elsewhere. Generally, they offer choices of the same item from several different manufacturers giving you options as to price, part quality, and name brand. Shipping is always very prompt with excellent packaging and great communication to keep you in the loop. My one experience with returning a defective item was as good as it gets....no questions, no argument, immediate shipment of a replacement item, and I didn't have to return the defective part. If I have time to wait a couple of days for delivery, I never check the local auto parts chain stores because I know that Rock will be significantly less for an equal or superior part.

Have dealt with RockAuto many times, and sent friends there - great service, prompt and great prices. Shipping is fast, even the Newfoundland. On the couple of occasions when I was unsure about which part I needed, their telephone staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Can't recommend RockAuto too highly.

I check Rock Auto FIRST when I need parts.
I do all normal maintenance on my car, to include tune-ups, brake pads/rotors, clutch & pressure plate, etc. This is a huge money saver. I avoid both dishonest mechanics AND high cost auto dealer service repairs.
Rock Auto has had everything I have needed for the 3 vehicles we drive. Their shipping is quick; I only wish it could be cheaper.
I appreciate their sending me notice of discounted older parts on the cars I have, they keep track of my makes & models.
