RA has always had very good pricing and fast delivery. Free shipping for existing customers would be a welcome attraction once and a while.

RockAuto filled an order another online company couldn't. Rock's service was also very professional. They sent me an e-mail confirming my order, another with shipping confirmation including tracking information. I knew when they received my order, when they processed my order and when they shipped my order. I knew where it was and when to expect delivery. Rock promised me 2-4 days for shipping. It arrived when promised in great condition. I'm thoroughly satisfied with Rockauto and would recommend it to others.

The customer service is terrible. They sent the wrong part and to remedy this they state that that's to bad and they will ship the right part but it will take up to six days to get it.

What's not to like?

I am very satisfied with the service, and my order up to this point.

On July 9th, I placed an order for 4 components totaling $362.00. A week later only a 7 dollar flange arrived.I called on a Saturday when I realized the other parts weren't coming. Long story short, they never acknowledged their mistake and disconnected on me twice. When I called to manager to complain they tried to blame me for the call rep disconnecting on me and when I asked for some kind of compensation for their mistake they basically laughed at me. I will never buy from them again and I strongly urge the rest of the country to do so as well

I ordered parts for my 24 year old Chevy and got them for half of the dealer price. I also received my order extremely fast. I will continue to shop @ Rock Auto for my restoration and hard to find parts.

They have all the parts I need and shipping is lightening fast. Isn't that what heaven is all about?

I have had only one minor issue and it was resolved immediately.
