I have been buying parts from Rock Auto for years. I ordered a full set of Struts for my 2007 Honda Accord on Friday, and they were delivered on Saturday! I cannot even begin to tell you that you will never find service like you get from Rock Auto at any local parts store. Their prices are outstanding and their customers are important to them. I will continue to purchase parts from Rock Auto as long as they are still on the internet. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for parts to check them first, then compare to what you can get locally. Some parts might take a couple of days to get, but it is certainly worth the time.

I was first introduced to RockAuto through a friend about 8 years ago. They have a wide variety of parts from interior to exterior to drive train. All cheaper then what you would find locally. And they have a no hassle return policy. I have never been denied an exchange or return. A+ in my book when it comes to prices and customer service.

After years of dealing with RockAuto I'm happy to say their parts quality and prices are excellent and their service is too. They're also quick to answer questions on the phone with a smile, I assume, 'cos they're personable!
