This company has provided me with consistent low prices, and fast shipping of any and all automotive parts. Not to name any names, but why would you shop at a brick and mortar store for twice the price?

The part I ordered shipped quickly and arrived intact. The part was the quality I expected and has been working properly since installed on the vehicle.

I have been ordering auto parts from Rock Auto for several years now. I appreciate the selection and the pricing. I have never been disappointed with their service or their parts, which, I might add, are better than the reman parts I can buy here at the local auto parts stores.

If you aren't shopping for your auto parts from Rock Auto, I know two things about you... You have too much money and lack appreciation for quality parts and service!

RockAuto has been my favorite parts supplier with the lowest prices and quality brand parts and quick shipping. I used them last year for suspension parts on a friends Mitsubishi; they were in stock and good quality. Made a new car out of a totally worn out 200,000+ mile squat box; still holding up over a year later with no noticeable wear. 2 very happy campers & 1 bulky wallet.

Review: Placed an order on 6/25/2015 - part was showing available at the time that I placed the order, it was only after I placed the order that I was notified that the part was NOT in stock. The day after the order was placed, the shipping time showed that the item was to be shipped on 7/7/2015 and that I should receive it by 7/14/2015. At this time I cancelled my order, and have made several attempts, contacting Rock Auto to "release" the funds back to my AmEx. I have emailed and telephoned them numerous times and have gotten NOWHERE!!!! Their Customer Service is horrible and really don't care about their customers at all!

very sorry that we were out of stock of this part! The order was

canceled upon the customer's request, and as our representatives

explained multiple times and as our Help

page explains (see below) we charge a credit card when an order

ships. This customer's card was never charged since the order never

shipped. RockAuto has not and will not capture funds, and it's up to

the customer's bank to release the authorization. When

you click "Place Order," we ask your bank to approve the

card information and the order total. If your bank authorizes the

transaction, but your order won't process, we'll automatically send a

"void" request to your bank within 2 hours. The void

request explains that we will not charge your card. Some banks

put an immediate "hold" on your account in response to an

authorization request, but will wait hours or days to process a

"void." Pending authorizations are temporary holds by your

bank, not RockAuto, and your bank is responsible for releasing the

funds back to you.

I have ordered parts from RockAuto for various vehicles over the last couple of years. The correct parts were always received promptly, the price was lower than purchasing locally even with the shipping charges and the core returns were very easy with the information RockAuto provided. I will always consider RockAuto when the need for parts arises.

I have been buying parts from Rock Auto for years. I ordered a full set of Struts for my 2007 Honda Accord on Friday, and they were delivered on Saturday! I cannot even begin to tell you that you will never find service like you get from Rock Auto at any local parts store. Their prices are outstanding and their customers are important to them. I will continue to purchase parts from Rock Auto as long as they are still on the internet. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for parts to check them first, then compare to what you can get locally. Some parts might take a couple of days to get, but it is certainly worth the time.
