I think Rock Auto do a great job and have great service. The only criticism I would make,is that they should have a service where international customers could have multiple items bulk packed to reduce freight costs. The freight costs are usually more than the items are to purchase. I think they could do more international business if this could be arranged?

P.S this site is more user friendly than the other survey site for international customers. Thanks for that.

Top quality products or cheap quality products. The choice is yours but the prices are way cheaper than the franchise auto parts stores on whichever you choose. Fast shipping too.

This is my second purchase from Rock Auto. This review reflects my satisfaction with my first order, in its entirety, and my second order, through the ordering process (I have NOT received the second order yet).
Overall, I am very satisfied with Rock Auto. The on-line ordering process is straight-forward, though there are several sorting options that seem complicated (but I appreciated their function once I researched how to use them).
The prices for parts I have searched on Rock Auto are great, however the shipping costs seem high to me (one of the previously-mentioned sorting functions did help to save some shipping costs). Still, the total cost of the items I purchased are less than other prices I have searched, both on-line and at salvage yards, AND they are delivered straight to my door!
