The customer service is great and the shipping is quick. The prices are lower than the traditional brick and mortar stores, sometimes significantly lower. I will continue to do business with them. I highly recommend this company!

Prices are excellent, even with shipping, far lower for same item at any Auto parts store. Shipped and delivered ahead of target date. Rock Auto then sent me a coupon for 5% off all orders, any size, as many orders as I choose for 60 days and the code is sharable with everybody I know. Pretty darn good.

Fast efficient service, good quality and fair price.

I've found RockAuto to be absolutely outstanding. I ordered two MOOG struts and received them less than 48 hours after placing the order. RockAuto's price was 60% less than the best deal I could find at any of the national auto parts retailers.

We were sold and sent the wrong part but because my son was away at college, it was past 30 days when we discovered the part was wrong. RockAuto does not care that the part was a mistake, remains untouched in the original box and has never been and can never be installed because it's the wrong part!!! This is a horrible policy and terrible customer service - no accountability on their part and no quality control. Feels like an online scam and other's should be wary of doing business with this company!

I was shipped a part that was broken and another part was sent to me hassle free in a timely manner.

I am not a mechanic, but I am very car savvy. I went to a few nationwide parts house looking for some new headlight lamps. They wanted $45 for each one. However, one of the guys behind the counter says I should check out RockAuto.com. I knew exactly what I was looking for and found it in minutes. The best part is that the lamps were only $18, and for a much more reputable brand than any of those other stores were trying to sell me. After shipping, which I paid for 2 day shipping on, I paid $50. With those parts stores I would have paid around $100 dollars and would have had to wait a week. I will never be paying for parts from Advance, AutoZone, or O'reillys' again.

Ordered parts paid two day shipping thru usps called rock autoto find out where parts are not their problem forgot iam customer not very happy they were paid when order was placed 5days to get some parts

I have dealt with RockAuto, LLC several times over the past two years and have always received the correct part. They carry name-brand, quality parts for my older vehicles at lower prices, and the shipping is reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!
