I'm from [redacted] my younger brother told me about this site RockAuto. They had the part I looking for at more than half the price as all others with a fair shipping cost. I'm so happy I will be coming back for so much more. Can't wait to spread the word!

Using the Rock Auto web site was very easy. I found what I needed and purchased it. I will have more to comment on when I receive the parts.

I was shipped a part that was broken and another part was sent to me hassle free in a timely manner.

Standard shipping with 'Landmark' is pathetic!
Rock Auto processed my order right away and shipped it the same day! Landmark then sat on it for 12 days in Fort Worth!
I will NEVER opt for the standard shipping again!
I cannot understand why a Good business like Rock-Auto would choose to align themselves with a shipping company with no standards and absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I've placed 3 orders with RockAuto. All have been very satisfactory, including 1 order involving several calls with Customer Service. Very positive.

Prices are excellent, even with shipping, far lower for same item at any Auto parts store. Shipped and delivered ahead of target date. Rock Auto then sent me a coupon for 5% off all orders, any size, as many orders as I choose for 60 days and the code is sharable with everybody I know. Pretty darn good.

I am very pleased with all aspects of my dealings with rockauto. They have a vast inventory, they ship fast, and they have acted fast to resolve any problems that I had, usually as a result of ordering the wrong part. Their return policy is excellent, and when you talk to them on the phone they are courteous and knowledgeable.

The entire process was completed during the commercial break of a movie. The reorder verification process is simple and secure. It is much easier to order from you because of your format. I look for the year make model engine size and then the category. Others are so clumsy and time consuming!
