I purchased the above part. The warranty says 12 months. After 3 months of use the part was bad. I contacted RockAuto and they said I can ONLY replace the part for the same part. If the part is low quality I do not want another low quality part. I asked for an in store credit to purchase a higher quality part and they declined.Desired Settlement: At this point I no longer wish to do business with them again.

Ordered an OEM bumper for my 2002 Lexus IS300. I placed the order around 1am EST and by noon the next day received an email from RockAuto saying the order has been confirmed and gave me a tracking #. 2 days later I received a call from my work office that a giant package was in for me. (Luckily I am an owners son and can have things delivered here). After leaving the job site at the end of the day I came by the office super stoked to find my bumper in brand new condition (like they said) all wrapped up in packaging with no broken parts. I couldn't be happier, so that's why I wrote this review. Usually people only leave reviews when they are [redacted]. As for the headlights I ordered the same night from a different website, I still haven't heard a [redacted] thing. See if they get a good review.
